Tania's place in Williamsburg was clean, spacious, peaceful, comfortable. Location was a good distance from main Williamsburg attractions. A car is helpful to get around the area, and parking at Historic Powhatan was adequate and convenient. The setting was beautiful, and basic amenities (grocery, pharmacy, coffee shop, gas stations) were within walking distance. Tania's responsiveness was prompt and reliable, as were the staff on site.

We had a wonderful stay at the Powhatan in Williamsburg with Tania. The whole process was very smooth. The space was clean and large. We had plenty of space for our group. I would absolutely stay here again.

Extremly clean, spacious not to mention there was and upstairs sitting area with a flat screen TV to our one bedroom unit. Great stay and price

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and had an ocean front balcony. The 2 double beds were great and pull out sofa was pretty comfortable, no rail digging in your back. There is a cafe across the street that has a big menu and good prices. Definitely happy we booked with Scott.

If you’re visiting Williamsburg, this is a great option to stay with family. Lots of activities, safe and peaceful area.

The location and facilities were better than expected. Easy check in and check out with parking garage connected to the resort and resort was facing the beach. This was rght on the boulevard and was not a "remote" location. At night this was the only beach front property that had the beach and ocean illuminated so you could spend time on beach or even in water with illumination. While the facility was dated it was clean and well maintained. Support staff were friendly as well. Colleen checked in frequently with us making the whole experince very stressfree. I plan to work with Colleen again to secure accomodations at this resort again or other locations that she manages.

Tania was so helpful and the place was beautiful. We had a last minute getaway and she was so accommodating.

Emma was extremely responsive, answering my questions within minutes. Cost, especially for the area, was unbeatable and the activities on location were perfect for kids and adults. Exactly what we are looking for and would not hesitate to come back and book again next time we are in the area. Cannot recommended enough.

Emma was great to work with! Location was great for Williamsburg! Only thing I didn't like but wasn't a deal breaker as it is out of Emma's control was during check in at the front desk we were bombarded the entire weekend with the front desk checking to see if we were coming to the timeshare presentation! Other than that everything was great. It worked perfectly for what we needed. The amenities on site were so much fun for adults and kids!!! We will be back if we need it next time in Williamsburg!

Great stay! It was nice to have 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen and family room! The amenities were great and perfect location for our 2 day visit to Busch Gardens.

Just as listed! Condo was clean, quiet, and fully stocked. Nearby to Busch Gardens and Water Country, which was great for our family. On-site restaurant was yummy! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!🤩

Great stay for my family of 3. Definitely could have accommodated more guests. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was very spacious. Apartment was spotless. Great restaurant and bar in the entertainment area. Multiple pools, arcade, tennis courts, basketball, mini golf, indoor movie theater and more all within walking distance. A few minutes drive from Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and Colonial Williamsburg. Would definitely stay again!

We've stayed at this resort many times and been disappointed in how old and run down some of the units are. That was not the case this time! Everything was in great shape and fairly new. Will definitely book this unit again next time we're in Williamsburg.

This place was wonderful. My 3 teenagers loved all the stuff there was to do. The room was perfect. I didn’t feel well a few days and stayed in the room, while everyone else went out. I can say it was so relaxing, laying in the comfy bed and dark room. We would definitely stay with Emma again.

This is our second year staying with Emma. She is an amazing host. She is helpful, responsive, and proactive. The resort is amazing with kids. There is a free arcarde, a great pool, mini golf, smores by the firepit every night. great family vacation rental

Excellent for a family stay in Williamsburg. Very close to all local attractions. The game room, pool, mini golf and other activities at the resort add a ton of value for families with kids. Our kids ages 6,12,14,and 17 loved this property. The rooms themselves are a little dated but still in good shape and what we anticipated for this style of “timeshare condo” property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Emma's listing was at an excellent resort with endless amenities and plenty of opportunities for entertainment. She offered plenty of information and suggestions.I would stay again.

The rooms were extremely clean! There was plenty to do at the resort to keep the entire family entertained. We definitely will be coming back again.

Had a blast. Great place. It is more of a hotel experience in the way of needing things. Like if I needed more towels, I'm so used in a regular Air BNB to do my own laundry and etc. Here I just called down to front desk, put old ones out front, and new clean ones arrived and things like that. The service was great. I always got follow up calls to make sure I was taken care of. The arcade, pools, mini golf and etc are awesome if you have kids. My kids had more fun doing stuff here than all the other Williamsburg stuff we did. I will be back.

Beautiful condo, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the stay!
