Best of the best!! I don’t typically write such detailed reviews, but this experience truly deserved it. The pictures are just a small glimpse to the beauty and attention to detail this place offers. Every room had a cozy yet modern vibe, with thoughtful touches throughout. The back patio in particular was my paradise. Cara & Marcelo went above and beyond communicating and ensuring a seamless & stress free check in- making this place truly feel like a home away from home♥️ The location is the cherry on top. Tucked away in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and just minutes to amazing restaurants, shops, parks, and historical landmarks! I could go on and on about how this place and the hosts made our trip so special, but in summary, it’s truly a gem. So.. if you’re looking for a sign, this is it.. book it.. you won’t regret it!!

Lumi was an Awesome host! Always responded quickly and catered to our needs. We had a wedding to go to and she was kind enough to set up a rack for us to hang our dresses when we got there. Adorable and comfy home. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

The home was beautiful and cozy. We didn’t bring a dog but we loved all the things that they had for dogs. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We loved the master bathroom and the master bed was so comfortable. The home had everything that my husband, my daughter and I needed to throughly enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for everywhere we needed to go

There are moments in life where you cannot describe perfection! Came down for a business trip and my mind was blown as I felt like I was just walking into my home. Would highly recommend this property and this host!! Just not while I need it! lol! Thank you so much for everything

I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

This charming, fully renovated historical home was a delightful stay! (looks exactly like the pictures) Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, the home blends classic character with modern comforts. #gorgeous Check-in/check-out was a breeze, making the arrival seamless and stress-free. #easiestcheckoutever The prime location was perfect and just a short distance away. And Michael was polite and excellent with communication. Highly recommend for a cozy and convenient getaway!

Place was nice & a good break from the usual city neighborhood - we were in town for Christmas & Vickie had the home decorated for the holidays so that was wonderful for celebrating so our kids could still have gifts around the tree. Place was as described & easy to find with the direction provided.

This was my second long-term (one month) stay at Peggy and Jim's, and it was just as good as the first time! The location is great, and the apartment is always squeaky clean and has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Their place is cozy, which makes it feel like home; and their gracious hospitality made it all the more so. I already am looking forward to my next stay!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

Eric and Blair were perfect hosts!! The place was so cute and so clean and just what I needed for a great price. They were very responsive and helpful. Cute little kitchen, great decor, comfy bed! There was a beautiful cherry blossom tree in the yard and a cute porch to enjoy. Couldn’t recommend their place enough and can’t wait to return!

A cool studio, located just off the UNCG campus. Bert's place is comfortable with room to hang out. The kitchenette has what you need for a short stay. You're not going to prepare gourmet meals here, but the listing makes that pretty clear. Besides, you have many great dining options nearby. The pictures and description are accurate - no surprises. Bert was responsive and made sure I was all set when I checked in. I'd happily stay here again.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

this was above and beyond our expectations for how nifty place to stay. if you have to stay in salacity, this is is where I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I had a nice quiet peaceful stay. It is a great location for trials at Rising Star Canine Ranch. The hosts were super nice and accommodating. I hope to book this place again.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

This apartment is adorable and very cozy! It was great for my weekend stay in Greensboro. It was also a 10-minute walk from downtown and about 10 minutes from a little grocery store (Deep Roots Market).

Great stay at Jeff’s place as usual! Checked in on Friday night and did not move the car until we left on Sunday morning! Outstanding stay in every way imaginable!

Sweet apartment, cute neighborhood! Loved the front porch! Easy drive to downtown, but also walkable if you’d like :-) super cozy inside- the perfect space for a sisters weekend!

Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and as pictured and described. No issues during our stay. Very close to Highpoint University. Would stay again.

Sir Drew's place was exactly what I expected. The building is charmingly old but the inside unit is definitely upgraded with new appliances. Be prepared to hear footsteps and quick chatter outside the unit from current tenets living in the complex. Location wise, I would give it a solid 10. Just down the street from the main part of downtown and 10-20 mins max of a drive to other popular parts of Greensboro.

I stayed here for a weekend visit for HPU and Joyce’s condo was absolutely perfection! The location was ideal in terms of being in close proximity to HPU (uber was 5 minutes away) as well as being able to walk and explore around the area (local restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, etc) while feeling EXTREMELY safe as a female who was by herself. The condo itself was exactly as described. The courtyard was beautiful and clean as well as the condo being perfectly filled with everything needed from kitchen appliances, to many clean towels, to a very clean and tidy space. Joyce herself even provided some water bottles in the fridge as well as some baked goodies on the counter! She was VERY flexible (I had a late flight that ended up getting delayed and waited up to make sure I was able to check in which was around midnight) and responsive! Cannot reccomend Joyce and this condo enough!

We have stayed here every year for the past 4 years and it definitely feels like “HOME” when we are here!!!!! It’s so cozy and relaxing!!! This is a great location to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping!!!! Thank you for the quail eggs and for always being kind to my friends and I!!! See you in 2026!!! 😊
