As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

My stay here was great! The place was super clean and had literally everything you needed! It was like being at home but away from home. Liv was very quick to respond to any questions and I had and was very kind and helpful!! Highly recommend staying here!

Very affordable place and a friendly, responsive host

I felt right at home. Charlene is an awesome host. House rules were clear and completely reasonable. The property is peaceful and serene, I would definitely book with her again.

Beautiful, clean and cozy. The beds and couches were very comfortable. We were able to walk to a variety of places to eat and shop. Kane is a great town and Emily’s Airbnb allowed us to enjoy it all while also enjoying the space! We will be back.

The place was clean and as advertised. It is a recent renovation, well-furnished, and very clean. Abigail is friendly and responsive regarding any issues.

Oh my goodness…this is the cutest little apartment!! Great location, the decks are perfect for outdoor time and many amenities! We loved our stay and will be back for another fun weekend in the future!

Our stay was great. We hadn’t planned on spending so much time in the house, but we got snowed in! It was a perfect spot for a memorable vacation. Lynlee was an excellent host, getting us plowed out and communicating well. Everything is very clean and the place is well appointed.

We had a fantastic stay at Terri's place. The apartment and rooms were all spotless and cozy. Terri's instructions made it easy to access the home and get inside. It snowed the day we arrived and she made sure that all the snow was cleared by the time we got there. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here again! The home was very cozy and perfect for a getaway for my husband and me. We enjoyed having the bikes available so we could ride around the neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and the loft was beautiful-exactly as described and actually much larger than we had anticipated. The directions and instructions were very clear and we felt very safe in this quiet, downtown location. We had one question and Christopher responded in less than 2 minutes. Definitely recommend this property and we will be booking again when visiting family and friends.

This is our second stay in a month and Sydney's place has been spotless both times. You can smell the clean when you walk in the front door, and I have yet to even find a speck of dust anywhere . Well appointed and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

Great location for accessing St. Bonaventure campus. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. You do hear some street noise in the space, but bedrooms are toward the back, so this did not disrupt sleep at all.

Christopher's place was ideal for our group of 8 adults on a ski weekend. We enjoyed the main floor and fireplace while still having our own space. However, parking was a bit challenging as we had 4 cars. We knew there was only one spot at the top, but upon returning from dinner, all the spots were taken, so we had to walk. This wasn't an issue for our group, but it might be for others. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, clean, and perfect for a week or weekend ski trip. Our family of 5 had a nice stay at this rental. Ski in/ ski out to Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Would highly recommend it!

Had an amazing experience staying at Michelle’s place! Every room was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. The backyard was definitely a favorite of mine!

We stayed for three nights at Greg’s place to try skiing for the first time with our 3 kids. The place was just how it was described, and had a “cabin/ski feel” which was fun. There was a bunk bed and double bed in one room and another bed in the other room, which worked well for our family of 5. Location was great, we walked everywhere. It was about a 5 minute drive to holiday valley and Holimont, which was very convenient. Greg was very responsive and we felt like any questions or issues were addressed immediately. Would stay again!

Had a fantastic stay! it was clean, beautiful, relaxing. We had a prime rib dinner in the tavern downstairs and it was excellent food with great, friendly service. ended our evening with a soak in the hot tub. We will return.
