We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

Our recent stay at the beautiful Shivdhaar Estate in Kud Patnitop was an unforgettable experience. The property offers a perfect view, making it ideal for newly married couples seeking a romantic getaway. The organic food served was top-notch, adding a unique touch to our stay. The host and caretaker were incredible, ensuring our comfort and making us feel at home. We had the best time and would highly recommend Shivdhaar Estate to anyone looking for a serene and memorable vacation.

terrific stay! from the moment we booked until the moment we left we felt taken care of! we received very helpful recommendations for both a driver/guide for our time (umer) and the home cooked meal by the chef was the best choice we made (delicious food for both breakfast and dinner). staying at the house felt like coming home. thank you!

Svetanjali is a beautiful property. We visited with our family for 2 nights and the place is gorgeous - even better than the pics! Spectacular views, tastefully done house and all small amenities taken care of. We went in end of December and were lucky to get snowfall. The staff had geyser and heater on before our arrival, making the arrival so cozy! Throughout the stay the staff was warm and responsive and we had some delicious food (we opted for all meals, at additional cost). Highlight for us was the bonfire and barbecue dinner. We will definitely visit again if in Dalhousie!

stayed at Abshar heritage villa in june first week along with two little kids. Really enjoyed the stay. Property is 5 min drive from Shalimar garden. Property is located at base of the mountain and 2 min walking distance from a river. Rooms were nice and clean. Property has nice garden. Aaqid helped us in all respect to make our stay memorable. Aaqid even helped us with cab and a driver for all our travel..

Our short stay at Raghuvansh’s place was amazing- we felt right at home. The location is easy to find, with cafe next door with sumptuous local and other food. The property is well maintained, very clean and spacious. The caretaker, Jeet Bhaiya, in particular is proactive, responsive and accommodating to requests like groceries and food- he prepared delicious and simple food for us on our request. The host also kept communicating to ensure we had a good stay. The place is very close to Dalhousie, but away from crowded spots , so it’s a great option for a cozy, private and serene stay, with access to picturesque spots. Overall super comfortable and clean home stay, with amenities and support provided. Highly recommended!!

The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

Wow. Can’t take my thoughts off this place. It was so well maintained, spacious, fully ventilated. The place came along with the breakfast which was included in the stay and made by a cook who was really good at his job. The Bnb was at walkable distance to the famous Mall Road. Ekaansh was very responsive and recommended us with some nice places to visit and good food have. Overall this stay is a 10/10.

We had an absolutely wonderful and cozy stay at this Airbnb! The property was thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything we could possibly need, from heaters to heated bedsheets, ensuring we stayed warm and comfortable throughout the chilly weather.The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. The host was incredibly welcoming, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The caretaker was equally exceptional, always attentive and making sure we were comfortable at all times. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. A special highlight of our trip was the surprise Christmas cake organized by the host;a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that we will never forget. From the cozy ambiance to the exceptional service, every little detail contributed to an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Srinagar and look forward to returning someday.

Both, listing as well the Host are amazing. The place was clean and the Host is available all the time. She will make sure your stay is comfortable. The house was clean and AC was on when we reached, just to make us feel comfortable. I personally loved the place, however my only concern were her dogs. She is a dog lover and they are out all the time, so I had to call her all the time whenever I had to go out. I really felt bad cause I checked out early in the morning and had to wake her up just to escort us out. Secondly, I thought that I had booked the entire place, however the owner stays downstairs. I personally like private space where I can come and go anytime without bothering anyone but it just to add that the Villa is not private. Rest the place has no flaws.

Lovely stay with a perfect location near Dal Lake, Nishat Garden, and Pari Mahal. The host was exceptionally responsive and attentive to our needs, even arranging cab services for sightseeing. Their politeness and care made the experience truly special. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the bonfire on request added a cozy touch. The electric blankets were a lifesaver in the winter, and the well-behaved caretaker was always available to assist. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay!

A Peaceful Getaway with Amazing Hosts! We had a wonderful stay at this property! Even though it’s a little away from the town, the location is perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the property are stunning, and the garden area is a lovely spot to relax and unwind. A special mention to the caretaker uncle and aunty—they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with delicious food on request, which added a homely touch to our trip. If you're looking for a serene retreat with warm hospitality, this is the place to be. We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and gave us a true home-like feeling. I visited with my family, including kids, and we all felt at ease from the moment we arrived. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel like part of their family. They genuinely cared about our well-being, guiding us whenever we went out and ensuring we had everything we needed. The host was incredibly helpful—not just as a host, but more like a friend—suggesting the best places to visit in the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the food! Basir’s cooking was simply magical. We tried one meal outside but missed his delicious food, so we decided to have all our meals at the house instead. If you have Basir in the kitchen, I highly recommend enjoying the home-cooked meals—especially his Kashmiri dishes, which he prepares to perfection! A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We are lucky to have one more family in Kashmir now.
