The place was very clean , the host was extremely friendly and very formative. Thiis is my first time to Japan from Australia and they made the transition very easy. I would recommend staying here if your coming to shinjuku. The host even helped me find a local gym and went out of their way to give me instructions on how to get there. extremely kind

한 달동안 편안하게 내집처럼 보냈습니다. 한국분 사장님은 매우 친절하시고 가족처럼 편안히 대해주셨어요. 늦은 시간, 이른 시간에도 차로 픽업해 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 티비도 스마트 티비고 냉장고와 온수기등도 유용하게 잘 썼습니다. 비록 지하철역은 살짝 멀지만 다양한 코스의 버스가 많아서 어딜 가더라도 큰 문제 없었으며 근처에 마트도 꽤 많아서 여기저기 다른 마트 다니는 재미가 있었습니다. 코리아타운도 나름 도보권이라 구경하는 재미가 있었어요. 강추드립니다!

If you want a convenient location, this was a great spot to stay in. It was easily walkable to the Gotanda and Osaki stations. Shinagawa station was also close by, which made it quick to catch the Shinkansen. Great supermarkets nearby (we love picking things out that we’ve never tried before when traveling abroad) as well as a Lawsons just across the street. Definitely appreciated the washer and dryer and kitchen (for breakfast and coffee).

You have to give this place a try. Or else you missing out. Walking distance restaurants are massive. I m not talking about one block or two. Literally the whole area are filled of restaurants and many shops to explore for coffee and small bites..etc Host is very friendly and knowledgeable. He will guide you around the place and also there’s a small lobby room you can visit. It’s definitely worth. It’s about few minutes to shinjuku and other cities and easy to return to drop off stuff and head back out.

Clean and for Osaka spacious apartment, your getting way more room compared to a hotel for less money. Location in Korean town is awesome of you like korean food. Else station is 3 mins away and connects to Osaka loop line. You won't have any direct interactions with the host, buy she is responsive over chat, and will give you Typhoon warnings, etc. All in all can definitely recommend for current price.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war genauso wie in den Bildern – modern, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage, die es ermöglicht, sich gut zu entspannen, und die Nähe zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Verkehrsanbindungen (wenige Minuten von Susukino entfernt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat mir sogar ohne danach gefragt zu haben bei Schlechtwetter einen Regenschirm vorbeigebracht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Toshiko’s place was perfect for our overnight stop in Sapporo. We were even able to park our rental car right next to the building. The views were beautiful - you could see the city and the mountains covered in snow. Everything was very well stocked, Toshiko was very communicative, and the beds were very comfortable. 写真通りの素敵なお家でした。広々していてお部屋は床暖房で暖かく大変快適でした。 ベッドルームも複数あるので家族で滞在するのにぴったりです。 2階のゴルフのお部屋も楽しく小さい子供も楽しく過ごせました。 Kotoさんご夫婦はcheckinの時間に迎えてくださり、とても感じが良く荷物も一緒に運んでくださったり親切で素敵なお二人でした。 こちらの都合での変更にも快くご対応いただき本当に助かりました。 とても素晴らしいお家でお勧めです。 ありがとうございました。

房子里电车站很近出行很方便，房东接待的时候也很耐心，房子很温馨就像家一样，非常干净，下次有机会还会来的!

Kimi & Mari had a fantastic accomodation that was very comfortable for myself and 7 other friends who I stayed here with. Kimi was proactive with details and saw us in person which I favor a lot, instead of passing sensitive information (passport) over through airbnb or third party websites. Our family of 8, including a 4 year old, had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Setagaya. The house had everything we needed and more! It was spacious, clean, and well equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made meal prep easy, and the living area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Tokyo. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to rest. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like extra toiletries, laundry facilities, and even small details that made traveling with a child much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with convenient access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. Getting around was a breeze, and we loved coming back to such a peaceful and comfortable home at the end of each day. Our host was also fantastic responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress free stay. We would stay here again!

Sachi's place exceeded our expectations, especially having an exercise room available when the weather outside is below freezing with snow flurries. Her recommendation of a local bakery and deli (Sailer) a half block away turned out to be world class in our humble opinion. Her home had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only difficulty was getting our car in and out of her garage because of the busy street location. Thank you Sachi for allowing us to stay at your place. We definitely want to return.

Micky’s place is absolutely gorgeous. Great facilities and very traditional Japanese style. If you want to experience the Japanese way of living, it’ll be a great experience. Everything is clean and well maintained with clear instructions. The location is awesome close to 2 train stations. Really enjoyed our style. Highly recommend this.

Das Gästehaus ist einfach traumhaft schön. Super geräumig und man hat sehr viel Platz. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Ich war 2 Wochen dort. Ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum ist 1,5 km zu Fuß entfernt oder ein Ministop ca. 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Busstop ist 250 m entfernt. Auf Nachrichten oder Fragen wurde direkt reagiert und geantwortet. Ich wurde auch oft zu tollen Orten gefahren und zu Restaurants mitgenommen. Alles in allem ein sehr toller Aufenthalt und ich kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
