We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mia Mia. The place was peaceful and comfortable, plenty of room for 4 adults and an infant. We particularly enjoyed walking around the property at sunrise to spot the kangaroos, bunnies, birds, and a fox! The house is in a great location, quick drive to local towns with plenty to do.

The house was just perfect for what we wanted. We enjoyed the outside balcony with BBQ and outdoor table. With sheep, cows and a Shetland pony staying in the next paddock. The view was beautiful. The train track that ran past was of interest and now in anyway annoying. House was very tidy and had everything that you need from shampoo, conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, towels, all the kitchen gear you would every need. Big TV not that we turned it on at all. There was wi-fi but we didn't use it as the area had service. We felt secure in the property as it was behind a gate. We were visiting Puckapunyal so it was nice and close. Nearby is Seymour and it's a well serviced town with supermarkets. Karen and Darryl met us on site for check in and were really lovely people and we chatted for a while. Karen showed me around the property and pointed out what we might need. We didn't see them again until we were driving out of the property on Sunday at 10am. We will stay there again.

I felt that Sea Lake wrapped me in their arms and made me feel part of the community. For a moment in time I was a local and I loved it. The lodgings just continued the feeling with all the little things that made me feel like I was at home. Great stay, great communication from Rob, heaps to do and just an easy stroll from the pub. 🤗

Great place to stay. we were a family with two teenagers and plenty of room. nice outside area on the deck. everything is there that is needed. clean and comfortable, responsive and ready to help hosts.

Gorgeous home! It was perfect for what we needed. Fantastic outdoor space. Check in was a breeze. Beautiful linens and furnishings. Would absolutely stay again.

Janet and Andrew were both very welcoming to their property. The surroundings were beautiful and filled with spanner artwork which were fabulous to explore. The gardens were also filled with birds and we also cited llamas in the far. Overall it was a comfortable experience to stay overnight.

We spent the weekend at Simon’s house. It was within easy driving distance from Melbourne at the end of a busy work-week. We had let Simon know about the late evening check-in and when we reached, the house was ready for us including the heater turned on to keep the house warm. It was the best spot we could have picked to celebrate the weekend; waking up to a serene sunrise and kangaroos around the house were a huge bonus! There were activities like table tennis and darts which we enjoyed. The house was well maintained and overlooked the farm and had clear view of the mountains. The beautiful paintings on the walls gave a cozy and comfortable feel. The complementary ciders and fresh juices were amazing. It was easy to communicate with Simon and Carlie. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.
