Mayra's place was awesome! Great location, about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown or a 5 minute drive and there is plenty of public parking. My only qualm was 1) we ran out of coffee pods and had to buy more and 2) we wish there was an extra safety bar to go behind the door. Being on the first floor and that close to the street it would have given us an extra level of comfort, especially since there is glass on the front door. The beds were awesome and the house itself is super nice! If you stay on the bottom just note if there's people above you then you will be able to hear them walking around etc. just like a normal condo. Didn't bother us!

This unit is on a first floor of a two-story building. It is centrally located on a quiet residential neighborhood very close to Forsyth Park and a Kroger grocery store. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies, and the unit was very clean & nicely decorated with a modern artistic decor. The owners were very receptive and timely with their responses to a couple questions and requests we had. The only issue we had was with the sound that easily traveled from the top floor unit down to the bottom floor. You can hear footsteps and conversations coming from upstairs. That leaves light sleepers like us at the mercy of the upstairs guests remaining quiet. The hosts were very understanding with our noise concern during our stay. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay in Savannah.

Great location with everything we appreciate: clean apartment, comfy bed and couch, good water pressure, toaster, Keurig, even nice wine glasses. Best of all, communicative, quick-responding hosts! Walking distance to the river and to good restaurants. Highly recommend!

Matt’s place was absolutely perfect! My husband and I frequently visit Hilton Head and have for decades. This was by far one of our favorite places. Location is excellent and the condo was so comfortable. The thoughtfulness behind the amenities and small details from the phone charging stations to the beach supplies made our stay incredible. We can’t wait for our next visit.

This was a great little apartment with lots of Savannah charm! Nicely appointed and plenty of room for our family of four. The garden helped it feel secluded while being downtown. Location was excellent, with lots to see and do (and eat and drink) easily walkable in all directions.

This space was so perfect for a month long get a way. So convient to all things Hilton Head. The condo was so comfortable and put together. We had all the supplies to cook every meal we needed. Bike trails, a public pickle ball court, the beach, a play ground, and a park all withing walking/driving distance. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location for our Bachelors Party of 8+. We specifically picked Andrew's place for the size, location and walkable access to anything and everything that is Savannah. The music on the weekends does play from the bars & clubs below until 3a, but that didn't hamper any of our stays as we were planning to be up until that time anyways. Highly recommend if you have a large group and want to enjoy what Savannah has to offer after dark!

The location was great. The king bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is large with everything that you need.

The place was in the best location and, at most, a 20 minute walk away to anywhere you’d like to go. Parking was a breeze and we were always able to find a spot very close to the home. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful visit and great communication from Lori. Perfect spot to walk to the beach or visit Sea Pines, could not be more convenient while also being in a quieter, secluded area. Really enjoyed the private beach access since it dramatically cut down on the crowds that typically occur at Coligny. Would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lincoln! The apartment was clean, simple, and surprisingly more spacious than it appeared in photos. The location is fantastic and is walkable to anything you’d want to do in downtown Savannah. The place was very clean and I appreciated the addition of ceiling fans in every room so we could keep the space cool & comfortable. The apartment is quiet and well removed from the bustling downtown area, especially with the bedrooms towards the back of the apartment. It was really peaceful and all around a wonderful place to stay! I would highly recommend William’s place to anyone looking for a nice spot in a good location for a reasonable price!

Everything about Garry’s place worked well for us. We walked all over Savannah, the accommodations were comfortable, one block to a market, short walk to Forsyth Park, easy parking space in the back, comfortable bed, and more. Garry’s a great communicator, all went smoothly.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Savannah at Jerry’s studio apartment. It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the shady deck and listening to the birds singing. It’s in a very convenient area and Jerry provided many recommendations for eateries and activities. Thanks again Jerry!!

The house was perfect for our girls' weekend! The neighborhood was nice with walkable coffee shops and fun local bars. Starland Yard was awesome and we loved the tiki bar! We took the free trolley down to the Historic District daily, which was so convenient. We sat out on the balcony to read and relax and even enjoyed the soaking tub! Loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

A wonderful place for mother daughter trip to Savannah. Very walkable and Kroger nearby.

We have used AirBnB for trips all over the country and internationally and rarely have an issue. I suppose it was just our luck that the rain leading up to our stay delayed the contractors scheduled to paint the exterior floor/halls and update the pool. We arrived amidst buzz saws and wet paint signs announcing our unit may be inaccessible through the next week. The minute we messaged Keith he called concerned as this was not the schedule provided by the contractors. We were at risk to be painted in or out the apartment! Within the hour he found a beautiful oceanfront space with exactly the accommodations we needed and more. We hurried to pack our bags and left as they started taping and cleaning our floor to paint next. The remaining stay was quiet and peaceful, enjoyed with friends despite the rain. We did not have to pay an up charge for the new space and Keith refunded us the first night’s stay. He went above and beyond and this made all the difference.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The place was a perfect little oasis just outside the hustle of Savanah‘s downtown, but an easy walk to all the fun.

We stayed here for Spring Break. The location was perfect. It was a short drive to many of the restaurants. We were able to rent bikes basically next door and biked down the beach & all over Sea Pines & the local downtown area. There was a wagon of beach chairs & a cooler. We didn’t end up using them but it would be great for a warmer time. The beach is just across the street, very easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The indoor pool & hot tub were great! The hot tub was actually hot and the pool was heated. The supplied beach towels were great! It is a great place to stay with kids. Our kids (15 & 11) were very happy.

We had a fantastic time at Brandon & Chase's place. First, the location was great. It was a short walk to Forsyth Park, and while we didn't go to any restaurants in the neighborhood, close to some restaurants. I was apprehensive about parking before we went, but finding parking on the street was a breeze. Second, we traveled with two 4-year olds and an 11-year old, and it turned out to be a was a very family friendly stay. Lastly, the house was great. It was as not only decorated nicely but comfortable sleeping all five of us. Though the house was an older home, it was very clean and well-kept. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool since the weather was cold, but we did enjoy how serene it was out back after a long day of site-seeing. Brandon and Chase were so responsive and easy to contact, too. We would definitely stay in this location again.

Super friendly host! Beautiful views while in hot tub. Best part was the bathtub! Also… gust room bed was sooooooo comfortable. Great stay.

We had a great experience in Savannah and our stay at this home contributed greatly toward that. It was a great location and lovely home. The “extra” bedroom on the rooftop was fun for our teenage daughter. We also loved the dining room and hammock in the living room (hammock did have a tear but it was still usable). A few things to note: There is only one indoor shower (the second full bathroom has a tub only) but it wasn’t an issue for us. They are currently building a restaurant adjacent to this home but work didn’t begin until after 8am each day. It was no problem. Lastly, the bedroom linens were somewhat odd to us but everyone does bedding in their own way, I suppose (there was a fitted sheet, thin comforter, then flat sheet on top). All in all, we were happy with our stay!

This resort is close to everything. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, park and the beach. My kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ping pong table.
