Connie was very quick to reply to my questions and helpful! The condo was decorated very nicely and had little touches like shampoo and conditioner as well as coffee pods and cookies ready for us! The view was amazing and I would recommend it!

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful location in Savannah! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The decor was thoughtfully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay seamless and stress-free. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to Forsyth Park and plenty of great restaurants and attractions. It was easy to access, and Diana’s communication and directions were excellent. We’re very picky about beds, and this one was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well! Overall, it was the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Savannah!

We really enjoyed our stay in Old Town Bluffton. The apartment was easy to find, was well appointed, and was very close to everything in downtown Bluffton. We especially enjoyed walking to see the river, the shops and restaurants, and the Thursday Farmer’s market. We would highly recommend to others.

We would stay again, the location is wonderful and the beach is awesome. Very private location and we loved the deck/fenced in yard for the dog.

We stayed here for Spring Break. The location was perfect. It was a short drive to many of the restaurants. We were able to rent bikes basically next door and biked down the beach & all over Sea Pines & the local downtown area. There was a wagon of beach chairs & a cooler. We didn’t end up using them but it would be great for a warmer time. The beach is just across the street, very easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The indoor pool & hot tub were great! The hot tub was actually hot and the pool was heated. The supplied beach towels were great! It is a great place to stay with kids. Our kids (15 & 11) were very happy.

Matthew was very accommodating and helpful. Very clean and nice place. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a great time!

The Tiptons are super hosts!!!! The location was great. Close to the beach and the pool area is cleaned daily. The unit was well stocked and neat.

We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

This home was lovely and perfect for our family of five. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a very quick bike ride or walk to a beautiful and uncrowded beach. The beds were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was spacious, well-stocked and great for preparing meals. We loved our time here and hope to return one day soon.

This was a wonderful location for us and our extended family ranging from 2 yrs old to 75. The beach is a very close and easy walk for all (there was a beach wagon and chairs in the garage—we had brought our own also). The pool is right outside the front door and also extremely convenient. The house is as described and more. The amenities are wonderful with an extremely well stocked kitchen that is also labeled and organized. More silverware and plates than you could ever need, serving dishes, pots and everything you could ask for. It was clean and well kept, we have already booked for next year!

We are family if five and a dog. We had a great time staying in this house. The place is clean and neat with a fenced backyard. Great location- less than five minutes walking distance to the beach; bike/walking path right outside the house; close to a shopping plaza and many cafes and restaurants. Most importantly the house is pet friendly and doesn’t cost extra to bring my dog. The beach is very dog friendly as well and everyone had s fantastic time here.

This is a wonderful place for a family, really convenient access to all of sea pines (including an easy drive to the beach club for parking-go early and you can get a spot but after 12 the lot was full even during spring break!). but also located at a great spot to get out to the rest of HHI. The home is Very clean. Very spacious and the kitchen is huge with an additional eating area next to the kitchen. The hosts were extremely responsive our entire stay. Weather kept us from utilizing the fire pit but we had such a great stay we hope to be back and try it out in the future! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!!!

We had an incredible stay in Sea Pines at Caitlin's house. The space was incredible and our kids could not have loved the pool and kids bunk room more. The location in Sea Pines is perfect - easy bike ride to Lawton Stables and the Forest Preserve and Harbour Town, or out of Sea Pines to the Lowcountry Discovery Playground - and just gorgeous all around. We hope to book with Caitlin again next year!

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!

Craig was responsive and helpful! The location of the Airbnb was great. We were right off the beach, close to salty dog, and enjoyed the sidewalks for walking and biking. Pickleball and Tennis courts at south beach were so close, and bike rentals were a short 7 minute walk. The pool was heated well, and we all had a lot of space with each room having its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and we liked that there were lots of living spaces inside and outside that we could all hang out. We appreciated the early check in after a full night of travel, as well.

This is an older building, but pretty well taken care of. It was a little frustrating having to have a key fob anytime you went outside, but I can appreciate the security of it. The room is exactly as described and cozy! This is actually two units made into one, so we were able to have our own space and so were my parents! It is a quick walk to the beach and to the shops. We rented bikes and rode all over the island all weekend, it was a blast!

Everything was as expected. Beautiful location handy to everything you need! Thanks again for another great visit to HH and the lowlands!!

Frank’s condo was perfect for our family of four plus our dog! It’s a beautiful condo with a fully-equipped kitchen and very tastefully decorated. The beach towels and chairs were so nice to have provided. The location was great with being close to the beach and close to Coligny shopping and restaurants. Frank’s directions were very accurate so we had no issues getting to the condo and getting inside. Our family will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo with everything needed. Indoor pool and hot tub were a big plus and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Prefer to have less clutter in kitchen drawers and decorative items. King bed was very comfortable. Clean and easiest access with parking near back door for unloading. The frosted cranberry hand soap in bathroom was a nice touch. Amazing shower! Gloria was the most responsive and nicest owner we have been hosted by. We enjoyed going to the outdoor bar with food available at the Marriott vacation rentals next to the public beach access! We look forward to renting from Gloria again. Had a fantastic time during the holidays there. Island Life bike rentals were fantastic to work with too.

Great space for a long weekend for 2 adults + 2 elementary aged kids. Van Der Meer tennis court is right behind the unit, so very easy access if you sign up to play. Neighborhood was quiet at night. Owner always responded very fast to any questions I had.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

This place was part of the Seaside villas with lots of housing. Short walk to the beach and the beach itself was very good. Ryan stocked the place well. Every condo had a view of the beach even though its not perfectly ocean facing and it felt very good to sit outside and watch the ocean. Would highly recommend this place
