We stayed here for a spring break trip and it great. Private and quiet but also close to it all. The bikes provided were perfect for taking the trails to the beach for sunrise or into town to shop and visit the lighthouse. Kitchen was spotless and two full bathrooms were helpful with kids. We will definitely book with Jessica again.

Steven's place was terrific. We were on a quick stopover, but the location and the accommodations were wonderful. Steven was responsive and even let us check in a bit early.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was just as pictured, clean, comfortable, and with such nice amenities. It was the perfect amount of space and layout for our family of four, including two teenage girls. The location was awesome! It was an easy walk or bike ride to the Beach Club. The bikes and beach chairs were such a nice bonus! We also enjoyed spending time at the pool. Sea Pines is a beautiful area and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for such good communication...everything was so easy from start to finish. We hope to return again soon!

Amazing place for a family vacation huge townhouse that fits the whole family comfortably. Very walkable to the beach and great biking paths

Beautiful home and great location. Besides not being able to adjust the thermostat (I had elderly folks with me who were freezing) and searching throughout the home for tv remotes, and cleaning the appliances and dishes, minor details, this home is amazing and I would visit again. The host is very responsive.

Wow! I can't express more, how this was a home away from home experience. This home is huger 3 floors well kept and very clean with all home imneties, for comfort and convenience, huge bedrooms, comfortable beds. Great neighborhood and quiet area. A plus hosts. Highly recommend

Nice home with large bedrooms in a quiet section of Sea Pines. There is seating for 8 at the dining table. The living room has a sofa and two swivel chairs. The kitchen has most things that you would need to cook meals. This was a great place to have a family get together.

We booked the house very spontaneously, and the communication was quick and seamless. The instructions were clear, and the house was exactly as we had imagined—it looked just like the photos. The area is very quiet and only a short distance from the historic district. We had a wonderful time in Savannah and would like to thank our hosts!

Very comfortable; felt right at home. Easy peasy and practical kitchen. Amy was very responsive and helpful. Location was fabulous and neighborhood was peaceful. Less than a 15 minute drive to downtown Savannah and a 5 minute drive to supermarket. Only inconvenience was the ones in the shower ran out of hot water. Thanks for your hospitality!

The villa is beautiful and you can’t beat the location! It’s an easy walk/ bike to the beach club, harbour town, and the stables. The villa was exactly how described, very clean and perfect for our family and dog! Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica’s pet-friendly condo! It was so nice to find a place that welcomed our dog. The location was perfect for morning walks and very close to restaurants and shopping. Fantastic location and outstanding host! We will definitely be back!

Very nice, peaceful community and a spacious 2/2! The beds are super comfortable, it’s across the street from the beach and near Coligny Plaza where there are lots of shops and restaurants and a grocery store.

Great stay and wonderful location! Really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the host and the space fit our needs perfectly. Loved being able to walk the dogs to the sea pines beach club. We will absolutely return!
