Great place for a nice weekend get away!

The stay was pleasant! Was worry at first that we wouldn’t be able to have a late checkout but Leonard, was super friendly & helpful. We were able to get the exact schedule we needed. The place was gorgeous, & super comfortable. My partner & i even mentioned wanting a home like this one. It’s a decor that catches your eye. Definitely staying again!

Easy to find cheaper than the picture perfect crappy hotels in the area. Do plan on staying again in the future!

This is our 2nd time staying at Leonard’s Airbnb and it was just as great as the last. Wonderful place makes you feel right at home and the host is very friendly! I will continue to book this Airbnb on my trips to Helen!

Sherry’s place in Helen was ideal. The view of the river, the ease to access, all what we were hoping for. Comfortable throughout, nice bedding, plenty of towels, and very quiet. Kitchen was well appointed and the refrigerator was, well, next level! The one thing that I will note is, for older folks like myself, a youngish 70, it might be a little longer walk into town then you might want. Doable, but longer than one might think. Overall, an awesome place!!

Mauricio’s place was absolutely amazing. I am not new to booking with Airbnb, and many places would list amenities, but when you actually enter the place, some are missing. Mauricio’s place had all the amenities and even more. The place was very clean, temperature was at just the right temperature, lots of privacy, very quiet, and they even had free water and candy! I especially loved the touches of plant-life here and there to make the place feel more cozy. The large tv in front of the bed made movie night very comfortable. Hot water is easily accessible and comes out very quickly from the shower. Plenty of towels were given. And finally, the bed was extremely comfy and spacious. This place was absolute perfection. If I was staying longer, I would’ve 100% extended my stay. Mauricio also helped my dad jumpstart his car when the battery went out. He was very quick to respond and was always happy to help. I highly recommend booking from them!

Cyle’s condo was just as described : neat, tidy, updated, well lit, plenty of accessories and they left us a “ welcome” gift with some snacks and drinks .. a kind and thoughtful gift.. We would highly recommend their place with its soft yet comfortable bedding, very good and well maintained a/c/ heating unit.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. She worked remotely from the unit while I was at my company's nearby facility. It was a comfortable place for her to work. WiFi performance was flawless. The kitchen is modern and was well-equipped for our purpose. Bedroom was comfortable. The location is quiet. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Had a little issue with hot water the first night, but made a plan to spread out shower time between all and we no longer had the issue. In walking distance to the town!

Very nice area and location in East Cobb area of Roswell, GA. High end residential area. 3 minutes down the road is Publix and Kroger shopping centers along with restaurants, cleaners and gas stations. The location is a bit of a drive to major highways like 285 and GA 400 because it is imbedded into neighborhoods. Very responsive hosts. Any questions or concerns I had they got right back with me and indeed came out timely. This is a basement apartment of a large house. Both are rented out as Air B&B. If both areas above & the basement apartment are rented out at same time, you can hear each other. Be a respectful neighbors. Nice backyard,sides not fenced, perfect for dogs. Everyone that came while I was there brought their dog(s). The driveway is super steep & curves to right going up.House is on a hill, first one on the left as you turn off Childers.Take driveway slow, Low gear depending car. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. Very satisfied with my stay of 2 months.

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

I stay w Ren frequently. Love the place and the location - near highway for easy access to city and plenty of super restaurants in the area. Ren is a great host!

We absolutely loved our time in Helen and the lodging was no exception. The place was very clean and was only a minute or so from most of the things we did downtown. It was nice that the neighborhood was gated and made us feel at ease. Would recommend for sure!

Came as a last minute weekend getaway with my husband. The town was wonderful and the apartment is within walking distance of everything. Apartment was clean and cute. Loved the fireplace but didn't use it, something to turn on and use during cold months. Only complaint we have is WiFi was very spotty but we didn't have very good service in the town anyway.

This place is really great! It’s in a quiet and cozy location with some great food nearby too. There’s a ton that the hosts have done to make this stay instantly comfortable like including all the tools you need to use the roomy kitchen to make meals. The in-unit laundry and screened in porch make it feel like home. You can’t go wrong with this location if you’re visiting Calhoun.
