I don’t remember how many times I live in this apartment, for me, it is not just place to live in Jakarta, it is a home in Indonesia. Yusak is also my friend, kind, warm-hearted and gentle. But I have to say sorry that last time I cracked the glass of the table. So if next customer come in find it cracked, please don’t blame Yusak, it’s me broke the beautiful table. You can believe that everything here is perfect. And now the mall nearby the apartment is open, very good and convenient, shopping, dining etc.

위치와 가격면에서 대단히 만족합니다 주인과의 의사소통은 매우 빠르고 정확하게 문제해결들을 해주셔서 좋았습니다 한가지 아쉬운 점은 아파트 악세스카드가 몇개 더있었으면 가족이 머물기에 편할 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다. 카드가 한개라 여러명 움직이기 오르락내리락 바빠서 조금은 아쉬웠습니다

Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Sudah 2 bulan disini… staff sangat ramah.. checkin mudah.. staff sangat membantu ketika ada yg ingin di tanyakkan / ada kebutuhan lainya. Furniture dan elektronik lengkap. Suasananya nyaman.. security disini ramah.

Tempatnya sangat nyaman, bersih, dan sesuai dengan deskripsi. Kak Hendra sangat proaktif, bahkan menawarkan early check-in dan late check-out tanpa biaya tambahan, yang sangat membantu selama perjalanan. Komunikasi juga cepat dan ramah. Pasti akan kembali lagi jika ada kesempatan!

Lovely place, very clean, great amenities lot of space, nice multimedia and TV available. The hosts were very responsive and extremely friendly, they were also very flexible. A real comfortable place anyone could feel at home!

tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

Rumah cukup besar & di dlm perumahan, parkiran bs muat sampai dengan 3 mobil, Pak Willy jg cukup responsif walaupun kami sempat selisih paham utk singkatan hr (hari dan hour) di awal pemesanan. Sayangnya rumah ini maksimal cuma bs utk 8 (delapan) org saja, sedangkan saya bersama rombongan. Pastikan teman2 konfirmasi apakah di dlm rumah bs merokok atau tdk terlebih dahulu sblm memesan, karena di dlm rumah Pak Willy ini tdk bs merokok, shg saya dan suami tdk bs menikmati rumah ini krn suami sy dkk tdk bs merokok di dlm rumah. Over all rumahnya bersih & nyaman.

Fijn verblijf! Wordt altijd snel gereageerd en probeert overal mee te helpen. Er wordt nog gebouwd in de straat, maar heb daar weinig van gemerkt.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

It’s such a nice and great house! The house is really clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed at the house with my family for 3 weeks and honestly it was such a great experience. Mr. Abdul is such a great person too and fast response with everything that I’ve needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants to have a large space or looking for a long term stay since its really affordable. Lastly, I would definitely book this house again in the future!

I like the open space concept of this house. The place is about right for 3-4 people. Thank you; it was a nice place to stay.

Clean and spacious accommodation, with great view of the sea from living room and main bedroom. Close to amenities with 24h grocery store and many local foods at the doorstep. Secure apartment. Cater to the needs of family.

over all sudah cukup baik, namun memang ada kekurangan 1. Biaya parkir mahal karena tidak didaftarkan member dan regulasinya member hanya berlaku 1 unit 1 mobil. antisipasi bagi penyewa saran saya parkir di vallet,lokasinya jalan akan masuk mall dengan harga 35rb per hari. 2. Sebaiknya pemilik menyiapkan dispenser air galon,meskipun pemilik sudah menyiapkan air minum botolan,namun tidak efisien. antisipasinya kami harus beli atau masak air sendiri 3. alat masaknya tidak lengkap, alat masak menggunakan alat pemanas konduktor yang hanya support 1 panci.sehingga agak kerepotan jika kita mau masak dan bergantian.meskipun kita sudah bawa panci masak sendiri percuma juga tidak support dengan alatnya. sebaiknya disiapkan kompor listrik atau kompor gas. 4. alat penanak nasi tidak disediakan.antisipasinya bawa penanak nasi sendiri.

Je ne sais par où commencer. Mon séjour d'un mois avec ma famille chez Justin était tout simplement fabuleux. Notre hôte était vraiment conciliant avec nous. Au moindre pépin, il était prêt à nous rendre service. L'emplacement est idéal...proche de l'aéroport et pas très loin du centre de Jakarta. À quelques minutes de scooter de deux stations. Aussi, le personnel de Puri Orchard (agents d'entretien et agents de sécurité) était le personnel le plus chaleureux et le plus souriant que j'ai vu de ma vie, au point où mes propres enfants étaient tristes de les quitter à la fin de notre séjour. J'ai vraiment adoré les commodités et l'hygiène était au top. Si je dois revenir à Jakarta, je reviens chez Justin à coup sûr ! 🇲🇨💌

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. Not only was the place decorated beautifully, but it was also super easy to access the mall and a great place to stay in passar minggu. The host was super friendly and quick to respond and gave me recommendations for local eats when I asked for them. I also find the included washing machine super useful. I would definitely come back again when I stay at passar minggu again!
