Renta de condominios vacacionales en Jätkäsaari

Mi estancia en el apartamento de Mark & Ketta ha sido maravillosa. El apartamento es precioso,más bonito que en las fotos, tiene de todo El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, pude desplazarme a pie y también en tran via, todo muy cerca. El centro comercial Kampi a 8 min caminando, 2 min en coche. Mark & Ketta estuvieron muy atentos en contestarme todas las veces que contacté con ellos. Recomiendo el apartamento de Mark & Ketta al 100%. Me quedé 1 mes, estuve cómo si estuviera en mi casa. Volveré a Helsinki y por supuesto doy prioridad en contactar primero con Mark y Ketta! Muchísimas gracias Mark & Ketta, sois mucho más que súper anfitriónes, ante todo son personas amables,que hicieron todo lo posible,para que me sentiera a gusto,desde el primero momento de mi llegada. Muchas gracias por el champán y la chocolatina de bien venida. Hasta pronto

Lovely apartment in one of my favorite neighborhoods! The apartment is tastefully decorated, spacious and bright. It’s quiet, relaxing, and yet just blocks away from the best bars and restaurants. Pia was a wonderful and responsive host. I wouldn’t think twice before booking again!

Huoneisto on erittäin puhdas ja kodikas ja tarjoaa kaiken, jotta voit tuntea olosi mukavaksi. Todella kiva sisustus, rauhallinen scandinaavinen design, mukavat vuoteet, tilava olohuone, jossa on myös työpöytä, erinomainen tunnelma! Keittiössä on kaikenlaisia laadukkaita ruoanlaittovälineitä, astioita ja aterimia. Lyhyet matkat metroasemalle sekä bussipysäkille, kauppoja (kauppakeskus Lauttis mukaan lukien) ja useita leikkipuistoja sekä ihana Kasinonrannan uimaranta on lähellä asuntoa. Kethe on mahtava majoittaja, lämmin ja avulias, kommunikointi hänen kanssaan oli helppoa ja sujuvaa. Asuimme yli kuukauden Kethen huoneistossa ja suosittelemme lämpimästi majoittumista täällä uusille vieraille!

Kaikki sujui hyvin, ainoastaan sähköauton latauksen hinta oli pettymys. Muuten kaikki majoituksessa sujui erinomaisesti ja vastasi kuvausta.

Everything worked really well and I appreciated the clear instructions and the flexibility of Johanna. The place is cozy, easy to find, located in a peaceful area and has all you need for a short stay. I totally recommend it!

We stayed at Salla’s place for five months due to renovations in our apartment, along with our cats, and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, a great coffee machine, and a fantastic location. The big, comfy bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable stay!

I loved the northern style of the apartment, with ceiling to floor double paned windows with a windowed-in balcony and a nice courtyard view. There is a 24-hour grocery on the lower floor for groceries.

Un appartement fonctionnel, propre et bien aménagé, très agréable d'y séjourner pour quelques jours. Bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Situé dans un quartier calme. Perttu est un hôte réactif et accueillant, très arrangeant concernant l'heure d'arrivée. A recommander !

We had a fantastic stay here - Iiris & Josh had thought of every detail for our little girl and were so helpful with check in when our flight was delayed. A real 'home from home'. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Joonas was a great host. He sent us clear instructions, replied quickly, was flexible with the check-in and made sure we had a great stay. The apartment was perfect for our group of five people for a weekend in Helsinki.

A spacy, comfortable and well-equipped room in a large flat. Shared facilities and positive atmosphere. Minutes of walk to a mall and a travel hub (Helsinki area as well as long distance trains). The host is very nice and welcoming. Thank you very much, Endrit.

Estuvimos 5 días en Helsinki y no pudimos encontrar mejor ubicación, no se encuentra en el centro pero hay buses a menos de 5 minutos y metro a 10 minutos. La zona era muy tranquila y preciosa con unas vistas al lago. Muchas gracias Saara

We absolutely loved this place. Everything there made sense. The host was communicative at all times, and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The design of the house is extremely logical and high quality. The location was perfect if you want to be in nature and a little outside of Helsinki but close to everything you need. Renting a car will help but is not absolutely necessary unless you want to visit Nuuksio, where it can be difficult to find return transportation. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There are apples growing by the sidewalks on the walk from the house to the beach, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk away and has all of the food that you would need. The neighbors were friendly and helpful (even the quirky one). Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

Antonino is a very kind and welcoming host. His place is well-located with plenty of things to do within walkable distances. Although it's a shared apartment, you have your own bathroom and plenty of privacy. This is a great spot for solo travelers for a couple of days. I personally think shorter stints is recommended as the bed is on the smaller side. I had a great time and appreciate Antonino's warm welcome and great advice!

Great month spent in this shared accommodation! Endrit is responsive, friendly and does everything to make you feel at home The apartment has many advantages: Proximity to the largest station and shopping center in Helsinki (maybe even in Finland), The apartment has a private sauna but you also have access to the top floor (by reservation) of a larger sauna, gym, smoking balcony and a 12.5m heated indoor pool Just incredible, I will not hesitate to book this accommodation again !
