We had a great stay in Homewood! The condo was super clean, quiet, spacious, and had everything one could need. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful. There is a grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. Fabulous restaurants and shopping are two blocks away! I highly recommend!

Lauren and Jenny are great to work with and this property is fantastic. I have stayed here a number of times while traveling to Birmingham and the experience is always great!

My sister and I came to town to visit our best friend who lives locally. We thought this place would be the best bang for our buck, and were not disappointed at all. Would definitely stay again when we visit our friend in the future.

We really enjoyed our trip and this home was a big part of that! The location is incredible for walks with the family and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, a playground, and much more. The home felt very clean and made it easy to rest. I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay! It is only about a 10 minute walk to Legacy Arena which was nice!! The airbnb isn’t in the most picturesque area, but the place is gated so I felt safe. I was there for the NCAA womens basketball tournament so I really just went to the arena and the airbnb, so it was perfect for what I was needing. The airbnb was clean and all of the appliances looked brand new. Definitely a place I would stay again for an event at Legacy Arena.

Amy’s place was very clean, very comfortable and had all we needed in the kitchen. The location was great. Very walkable area which was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for a basketball tournament at Legacy Arena and wanted a place in which we could walk to the arena. The location was perfect for walking to the arena. Everything about Amy’s place was good for us. We would highly recommend her place for a stay in Birmingham.

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Joanna’s place was a very pleasant, comfortable and clean condo. I always wonder if bedspreads get changed with linens at AB&B’s. I could see that she washes all bedspreads when I noticed that she has extra clean new ones stacked in the closet for rotation. The sheets were comfortable and there are blackout curtains in the bedroom. Both bathrooms have a door between the sink area and shower so two people can comfortably be in there at the same time. She included a nice touch of high end soaps and other products that I enjoyed using. The kitchen had fully stocked coffee bar, spices and other items you usually do not get but may need. There is a TV in every room with many choices. Great internet and lots of options for charging phones in convenient locations. She informed us of an alternative traffic pattern which was very helpful. We will definitely use Joanna’s place again if we are in the area. She was very easy to work with.

Sadie was very responsive to any question or request we had, even though it was a shared space the privacy was respected. When we went to a game for the day, she let our dog go for a walk with her. We would consider staying the next time we visit if she has availability!! Thanks for a great weekend!

As a college basketball Offical you just want somewhere to lay your head but also to be nice and clean. This little apartment checked all the boxes. Super nice and very clean Definitely will be staying here again

Me and a few of my friends stayed here for the weekend to visit Birmingham and what can i say, a great trip always starts with a great host! Emily was amazing as a host providing all that’s needed, and even recommendations when needed! Check in and everything was a breeze to deal with and we experienced no problems while on our stay!

The apartment was great, very neat, and very peaceful. We felt right at home and was impressed at how wholesome the environment was. Will definitely come back.

This place is conveniently located near Homewood and is within 10 minutes or so of many great places to eat and drink. Less than 12 minutes from downtown as well. The place looks out onto woodlands behind the unit and was great for bird watching and resting.
