I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. It was so nice to have the gym so I didn’t have to lug my normal equipment around and had it been warmer I would have been in the pool. I’ll DEFINITELY be staying here again If it’s available next time in working in town. There is so much space and I felt right at home. The place is quite other than the fact you could hear the city life outside, but that’s city life.

This place was amazing!!!! The photos don’t do it justice at all. It is so much bigger than you would ever expect. I will say the walk from the elevator to the our door was extremely long so people who are disabled or older probably should find one not so far away from the elevator (4 minute walk). The location was perfect for us. They have an amazing Pool area where there is a beautiful view over the balcony. The pool was small and shallow (good for kids) but convenient to cool off. The parking garage and all access to building are locked unless you have a key card or parking pass, which was great. The beds and showers were great! The only thing i’d love to see in the future is an outdoor chair on balcony and a less springy couch. Sandra is amazing!!!! And extremely helpful, we had a little trouble finding the entrance to the building but as soon as we contacted her she sent PICTURES of where,what and how you are supposed to find it. SHES AMAZING!!! Will stay again!

It was centrally located to everything I wanted to do! It was a really great location and the property was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandra’s place! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, which made everything so convenient from the start. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. One of the best parts was access to the building's amenities — the gym was clean and well-maintained, and the swimming pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also really appreciated the underground parking, especially during the occasional spring showers in late March. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s just a short walk to Railroad Park, which was great for our family outings. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby — we never ran out of options for good food. Overall, Sandra was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Birmingham!

Very clean, easy in and out once we were in the first time (would have been better if we'd paid better attention to the very clear instructions!). Sandra was extremely responsive and very helpful when she did respond. Easy and relatively quick access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great that it included access to an EV charger, made it easier on us! Bed was extremely comfortable, best I've slept in months (I wish I had peeked at the brand, I'd consider buying one for our guest room!). Very satisfied and will stay again when we're in Birmingham. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Had a great stay! Host was very informative and fast to respond with answers to questions. I would bring a sound machine, to sleep! Being close to the hospital the helicopters and sirens echo downtown, but wasn’t a bother once asleep! We were in town for nursing school clinicals at COA. Walkable distance to UAB and other hospitals downtown! Would stay again!!

We had and excellent time. We enjoyed seeing the live turkeys in the back, relaxing on the front porch and playing the old school arcade games. Jimmie was very responsive and answered questions timely. We would definitely recommend. Thanks for being a great host.

Good location and affordable roomy house for the 8 of us that stayed there.

Great place in a great neighborhood!

Great place for our family of 4. They had available EV charge port for a 220 (dryer outlet) in the car port, ask for the code before check in. That was really awesome, I brought my cable from home for my car so I didn’t have to go somewhere after a day of driving. The keypad worked to get in but tap the two numbers that randomly light up to get the full keypad then put the code in. They provided basic amenities for little kids, some games and toys. There’s also a crib in one of the rooms. The backyard is nice and big. Two adults and two toddlers were had plenty of room. But if you have a bunch of adults, there is only one bathroom. Very nice quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute walk away from a pretty nice park and a bunch of pretty nice little bars and restaurants. We were 10 minutes away from any part of downtown.

Had a great weekend in Birmingham staying at Sonny's place! You can tell how much he cares about making sure his guests feel comfortable and cared for. We spent a good amount of time on the back deck enjoying the view! The TV in the living room is gigantic and was perfect for watching some late night March Madness. I would recommend this place to everyone, Sonny was a fantastic host!
