I’ve never had a more communicative or responsive host! This stay was so seamless from check in to check out thanks to Britney. The Airbnb is in a great location Downtown, artfully decorated with a gym and a rooftop seating area. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the downtown Birmingham area!

This place was the best stay I have had in Alabama. The apartment is amazing, the amenities are really great too. This is a place with a real gym...not as those tiny gyms at hotels where you can't even move. The location is another great point. I rented a ebike at cahaba bikes and just go Oak Mountain State Park from the apartment without using the car..is very close of such an amazing nature. Is also close to any groceries or mall you may need. I was there for work. The silence in the place at night was something a appreciate a lot. The host, Clint, was very responsive, clear and fast. I would definitely come back.

Very nice apartment in a great location! It was quiet, easy to access, and worked perfectly for the two couples in our party. The pool is not heated, so pretty cold in early February, but the fitness center is spacious with nice equipment.

Our trip was mainly about spending time with the family so we spent most of our time at The Canopy and in the Air B&B. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. There were many thoughtful extras like cold filtered water, toiletries, cooking utensils, throw blankets, and plenty of coffee for your first morning when you don’t feel like sprinting off to the grocery store. Our place was top to bottom clean, spacious, and a delightful experience.

Fabulous experience here, would absolutely stay here again! In town for a dance competition and especially enjoyed our private space away from the hotels! Hostess went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, Fabulous communication prior to and during our stay! If I could give this 10+ stars I would! Start to finish everything was easy...great GREAT value for the price! I honestly cannot say ENOUGH about this experience and nothing negative to report whatsoever. We felt very comfy and safe and as relaxed as possible given we were there for a dance competition LOL. We also LOVED meeting several residents there! AWESOME!!!

We really loved this as a home base in Birmingham. It was very easy to get downtown and pretty much everywhere else we wanted to go and it was clean, quiet, cozy and comfortable. There was a neat balcony that looks towards downtown and some nice amenities including a pool (it was too cold when we were there to use either, but nice to have). Note for anyone with mobility issues, you do have to walk down a fairly long hallway from the elevator, and from the parking spot to the elevator. It wasn't at all an issue for us and we had a lot of luggage, so totally doable.

Wendy’s studio apartment was clean and well appointed. A dedicated, covered, parking space is included with the stay. Easy parking was a blessing in downtown. Wendy was very communicative and her directions for check in were very clear and were provided in plenty of time. The only thing I would caution is that this location is near the hospital. If ambulances at night bother you, you may want to bring earplugs. Personally, I became used to them and started not to notice.

Eddie is very sweet and had lots of local recommendations! The bed is very comfy, I would pass out lots of nights coming home from work! 10/10, great location as well!

My wife and I spent a long weekend in the 'Ham as a quick getaway for her birthday. The house was beautiful, the location was handy for much of what we wanted to do (eat and hike!), and Charles was a great host. He communicated clearly up front, was responsive and helpful the few times we had questions, and otherwise didn't bug us ... which is EXACTLY what we wanted for those few days without the kids calling our names at every turn. IYKYK ;) The house itself is a beautiful old home. The things that needed updating, like appliances and showers and such, had been, but the rest still had the patina expected of an historic old home like this. The outside patio area was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. Our only regret was that the first evening was the only one warm enough to enjoy it (boo winter!). We would absolutely recommend Charles as a host and the Warren House for your stay!

The house was perfect for our large group. It also offers lots of entertainment. There was plenty of space for the whole group to eat dinner together and play games. We truly enjoyed the house!

Kind, responsive and helpful hosts paired with plush digs and plenty of room to live and play — can’t ask for much more! I had a lovely stay and slept super well on the epically comfy beds and quiet environment. The house insulates pretty well too, which was important due to the low-20s weather we had during our stay. I’ll totally come back next I’m in Bham!
