This location was amazing ! Everything was as listed. The host was great with her communication and very attentive and helpful. I truly loved this experience with her! She made sure everything was set and in place for me upon arrival. I also added on one of the packages which was the “ Sweet Heart “ package for Valentine’s Day and she did an EXCELLENT job I loved it so much and so did my partner. Thank you so much and I would mostly definitely recommend !

Such a cute area and we loved Emmanuel’s space! Finding the unit could be tricky, but luckily we were provided with detailed instructions for a flawless check in! The pizza and gelato just steps away were definitely a plus! We would definitely rent this space again.

Beautiful apartment. Just as described. Joe & Samantha were great communicators. Apartment was clean and spacious. The balcony was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Conveniently located in the heart of the city and close to many restaurants. Would definitely stay again. And the beds were extra comfortable.

Great place to stay. Renee was extremely responsive and accommodating in me finding a last minute place to stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet place to stay!

Juliana was a wonderful host! Always proactive and responsive with communication. Exterior lights were kindly left on for an after dark arrival making checking in so much easier. The stay was wonderful. Very clean and cozy accommodations. I looked forward to coming back here to rest after long days of work. Definitely saving as a favorite place to stay for when I'm in the area again. Highly recommend!

The duplex was great - cute home and lots of nice touches. He should brag up the deep, huge old ceramic tub (spotless and comfortable for a long soak!) beds were comfortable. Location was easy to find and close to drive to what we wanted to do. Lots of abandoned homes and businesses in the area - seems to be true in a lot of what we saw of the city- but we felt totally safe. The home and yard are well kept up. Nice communication with Charles. Would stay again and would recommend!

Beautiful home, beautiful view, CLEAN, SAFE! Will stay again without a doubt!! Con- parking under the garage the number sign is down where you're designatedto park, the door to get inside in the garage is locked so you need instructions on how to get in. Only 1 elevator seem to works out of 20. All the amenities shown on listing you can't enter unless you have a code to get in (movie room, gym, rooftop lounge, game room.) Overall I still give it a 10 to stay!

Really nice place! Clean, nice location downtown, and we enjoyed the community amenities. The host also provided a digital guidebook with helpful information about the building, the area, and some local recommendations. The only downside was noise from the street - we were woken up by drag racing and loud music a few times, though this is not the fault of the host. Overall, would highly recommend for a convenient place to stay when visiting downtown Birmingham.

We really enjoyed our stay. Here in Birmingham for a family wedding, we needed room for 6 and the Patriot house worked out great. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with two huge walk-in showers. Kitchen was very clean and the living area very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, especially at night, which we liked. Josh was a very responsive host. I would highly recommend the Patriot House for anyone wishing to stay in Bham, especially if you have things to do with UAB or downtown.

Our stay in Birmingham was wonderful in spite of the Severe Tornado Watch. Danny was a very gracious and attentive host. He reached out to prepare us for the approaching severe weather and assured us he was available if we should need. The home was perfect and addressed all of our needs for our stay to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to many attractions. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Birmingham.

traveled to Birmingham for a wedding and found this Airbnb to be exactly what we needed. Location was great for all of our wedding activities. Plenty of stores to get groceries and such. Host was very to communicate with

Great home that is close to the downtown area. Plenty of room for our family of five. The house was nicely renovated and the neighborhood was great and was nice to walk around. We would definitely stay here again!

Martin’s place is the perfect pet-friendly place in the perfect location. The fenced-in backyard is awesome. This Airbnb had FAR MORE AMENITIES than any other Airbnb where I have stayed. The kitchen had plastic wrap and aluminum foil and soap and dishwasher pods. The laundry room had detergent pods and dryer sheets and an entire box of trash bags. The bathroom had hand soap and body wash and hair dryer and tons of other toiletries. There is SO MUCH STORAGE EVERYWHERE. My only word of caution is that this is marketed as a three-bedroom but it only has two beds. Feel free to bring an air mattress or sleep on the sofa if you truly need additional sleeping options. I still give this place FIVE STARS. If you are THINKING about it, BOOK IT. If you don’t, someone else will. Good job, Martin. Pearl and I can’t wait to stay here again.

This was an incredible stay. They had the place very well stocked. We could walk to restaurants and ice cream for the kiddos. We would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay! It is only about a 10 minute walk to Legacy Arena which was nice!! The airbnb isn’t in the most picturesque area, but the place is gated so I felt safe. I was there for the NCAA womens basketball tournament so I really just went to the arena and the airbnb, so it was perfect for what I was needing. The airbnb was clean and all of the appliances looked brand new. Definitely a place I would stay again for an event at Legacy Arena.

Very nice place. Only complaint would be that the bed frames are squeaky when you move, which is minor.

She is very responsive and had clear instructions. The place was very clean. She has extra blankets if needed. Check in was very easy

We really enjoyed our trip and this home was a big part of that! The location is incredible for walks with the family and convenient to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, a playground, and much more. The home felt very clean and made it easy to rest. I would highly recommend staying here.
