Second time staying here this year and was just as great as the first time. Truly one of our favorite places to stay. Very clean, comfortable, tons of amenities, and responsive host. Planning on staying here every time I’m in town! Highly recommend!

Loved having the space of a house while my gf and I were in Denver. It’s only about 20 mins into the city. The place is kept very clean. The master bed may be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The hot tub in the backyard we used daily. So relaxing. Loved our stay.

Great location for activities, and easy access to walking trails. We felt right at home and loved the secluded feeling, while being at the heart of shopping, restaurants and great rec center activities

Justin’s house was just what we needed for our family. So much space available, wished we had stayed longer.

We enjoyed the house and spacious yard. Super clean, including the hot tub. Responsive host. Would have loved more coffee and some foil or storage bags. Comfy beds and excellent cotton linens. Beautiful space and great books.

We had a great stay at Tim’s place while we were volunteering at the Rocky Mountain Horse Rescue Centre. It was always great to come back to somewhere that felt like home, turn the fire on and relax after a day with the horses. Tim’s place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable giving a great nights sleep. Having a washing machine and dryer was a great bonus. Supermarket and Costco nearby for groceries. Tim was always quick with responding to messages. We would definitely stay again if back in Denver.

Clean, spacious home in a quiet area. Plenty of room for our group of 5 (2 couples, one single). The keyless entry worked great. Chose the location because it was near family for me, but it would also be good if you are looking to be near Boulder and Golden; each are about 20 minutes by car. Would definitely rent again. Tue and Vanessa responded almost immediately to any questions, and I appreciated the straightforward check out instructions.

In a word, awesome! We took our annual family vacation this year in Denver to coincide with Christmas. With a group of 7 young adults (28-37) plus my wife and me, we wanted a place where we could all be together under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. Jessica's place checked every box and then some. The house is perfect for a group of this size and the location makes it easy to get everywhere from downtown Denver to the mountains. And the responsiveness of Jessica is amazing. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Denver. You will not be disappointed.

Home was BEAUTIFUL! Very spacious and plenty to do. We enjoyed the hike right in the backyard. Pool was out of service but still enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing. The limited water was kind of tough for our large group, but we managed. Keep that in mind if you’re booking for a large group. Ashley was wonderful to communicate with and she had even suggested places to stop for groceries on our way up to the house. Her and David were at the house when we showed up and were very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the in person welcoming and fresh flowers that were set out. It snowed while we were there. Came back from skiing and the drives weren’t cleared off but then shortly there was someone to clear the drive. Hoping to go back when it’s nicer out so that we can sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. Lots of wildlife to enjoy as well in the neighborhood and drive up to Loveland Ski.

The house was great! Very clean. Nice neighborhood. The pack and play was nice for the baby to sleep in. The owner was very helpful and checked in with us throughout our stay to be sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend this place!

The location was a great place, near many grocery stores, restuarants, and shopping stores. The lake/park nearby is very accessible and good for runners/walkers. The home is kid friendly, a great stay for familes. Although we visited in the winter, we look forward to renting again in the summer for pool use. The owner was very helpful and quickly responsive when I had questions.

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful, perfect for our family and dog! We picked up $300 worth of groceries and barely left the premises. When we ran into snags (our human error) Joane and Luis were literally a phone call away! This place was perfect! Our boys (17 & 18) loved the basketball game room! Bonus! The kitchen is perfect for hosting! The spacious house was very comfortable and described beautifully!

Perfect place to stay in Wheat Ridge. Riley had everything that was needed, and the property was very comfortable and great for a remote working week between ski trips. Highly recommended for a comfy and convenient place to stay!

The place was exactly what I was looking for. You basically have your own spacious apartment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the conifer / pine area

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Neil's place in Indian Hills, CO. It was a fantastic experience. The house was beautiful, clean, and had comfortable beds (each individual commented about the comfort of the beds). It had a gorgeous sun room which you could sit in and see wonderful wildlife. We saw many mule deer in the yard which stood or laid down staring at us inside the sun room. We stayed here the night before and night of our wedding. It was pet friendly and we all were welcomed into this home. Neil even left us a beautiful Congratulations note. We loved the decor of the place, it was very eclectic. We also loved reading about those who had previously stayed in their guest book. Lastly, I would like to state that the communication was fantastic. Anytime I reached out, I had a response almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again or at another one of Neil's places.

Wonderful place to stay. Located right outside the little downtown and easily walkable to get food, shop, and explore with the bonus of great views. Location was perfect to either drive over to local hiking trails in the mountains or take a day trip into Denver to explore the city. Would love to come stay again in the future and highly recommended!

Rebekah and Jason’s place was a fantastic stay! Plenty of amenities that made us feel right at home. Rebekah also helped us with local recommendations as we are moving to the area. Bonus points for their dog Archie who was occasionally playing in the backyard. Highly recommend their Airbnb for any future guests!(:

3 of us stayed here while attending a training during the days, and it was a great landing spot in the evenings. Close to everything we needed, and we’d definitely stay here again. What would have made it better? Having a humidifier in the house. Wow I forgot how dry Colorado is! (We’re from the east coast, where it’s humid in the winter). It was still a great stay, I just always like to include one piece of constructive feedback in my reviews. :)
