We had an absolutely incredible stay at Jay’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The place itself was everything we could have asked for—cozy, beautifully designed, and nestled in a stunningly scenic area with breathtaking views. During our weekend stay, we experienced over a foot of snow, but Jay had already arranged for a plow service in advance, ensuring the driveway was always clear and accessible. Thanks to his careful planning, we had no issues coming and going, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Beyond that, Jay was an exceptional host—communicative, proactive, and incredibly accommodating. He kept us updated throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Came down for a rugby tournament with a group from Kingston ON. This spot was spacious, clean, very nice and up to date. No issues at all! Would love to come back in the summer once the weather is nicer to enjoy the beautiful yard set up they had.

My personal best Airbnb experience hands down!! The home owners thought of everything, and you have everything you need except for your own personal belongings and sustenance. This is how Airbnb’s used to be back in the day but Ryan and his family’s home have taken it to the next level! Modern, clean, clutter free. They’ve thought of literally everything. Worth every penny. Don’t hesitate. If you’re staying up in the 1000 islands, stay here. No brainer in my book! Thanks, Ryan and fam for a wonderful last minute weekday getaway.

This place was amazing! The kitchen was stocked to the brim, which was a huge plus. Even though the weather wasn’t the best, the view from the porch was stunning. The beds were super comfortable, the water was hot, and the hot tub was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

The house and grounds were great, Such a wonderful find for a weekend getaway. Gillian med us upon our arrival and gave us a third walk-through of the property. A very kind and welcoming host. There was an incredible amount of space in this country ranch, both indoors and out. A hot tub was clean and large enough for my group to hang out, picnic tables outside, made for a good barbecue. It was such a short trip to downtown Alexandria Bay, five minutes, it really was a great place to be right next to the heart of it all well not being stuck the rest of the visitors. We all look forward to looking this place again and enjoying the thousand islands

oh yeah, it's this one! This is the place if you want to go if you're visiting the Thousand Islands! It's close to all the main attractions typical of the area but in a quiet and beautiful zone.

The cottage was great. Rustic with a lot of character and reminded me of St Lawrence and Finger Lakes vacations when I was a kid. We've stayed at a number of places on the river over the years and this was the first time upon arrival I turned to my wife and said..."Now THIS is a river cottage." It had everything you could ever want to just be at the river and enjoy yourself. Susan was a great host, gave detailed, easy, and clear instructions and was very responsive.

We rented this place over the long weekend and just loved it. Robert was a very response host. Everything was perfect. Very spacious place with everything you could possibly need. Very close to town, grocery store and sight seeing. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.

We loved our stay in Buck Bay. The weather was great and we enjoyed the dock and kayaks that were provided. We will be back!

For the third summer in a row, our stay at the cottage did not disappoint! As expected, Barbara and her team were wonderful hosts, the house was clean and well maintained. Check in was a breeze and of course after coming back for a third year, we certainly did feel right at home. With two adolescent/teenaged kids with busy summer schedules, a week of peaceful quiet, family game night every night and beautiful sunsets is exactly what we all need to recharge!

It is a wonderful place and Kyle was always responsive with very good detailed instructions. The house was very clean and organized. Would like to stay again sometime in the future when we could enjoy the lake and some swimming.

Exactly as described. Right on the banks of a river full of smallmouth. Saw eagles and turkeys everyday! Very remote and peaceful. House was clean and surprisingly bug free despite being right on the water. Make sure to bring mosquito repellent if spending time outdoors.

Melissa’s cottage was as advertised. Very comfortable with a great view. Saw a couple awesome sunrises. The cottage is set in a protected cove making kayaking enjoyable, and she had kayaks available for use by guests. The deck above the boat house has chairs and a picnic table with umbrella for use by both properties they own. We saw and visited with neighbors all of whom were very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed for our week stay. There is a DG market conveniently nearby. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at this beautiful home! Communication and directions were good. The home provided all we needed for our few days. It is located near some nice hiking areas, as well as near historic areas and nice restaurants in Sackets Harbor. The views from the home are gorgeous, and water easily accessed.

Lovely stay at this AirBnB, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and there was a warm community atmosphere in the neighboring households. The views from the house and the yard were astonishing and the house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. A perfect stay!

Linda is a great host, friendly and communicated clearly. The place is immaculately cleaned, comfortable, and has gorgeous sunsets! Quiet getaway but a short drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. Definitely would stay at Linda's again!

We had a very peaceful, quiet stay. Beautiful views. The kayaking was awesome, with easy access to the water. Accommodations were excellent with everything we needed for cooking meals. Rachel was very responsive to questions before our stay.
