Sarah and Rickey's place was great for my family and I to stay for a week in Sacket's Harbor. It is easily walkable to town and the historic battlefield museum. The pool and hot tub hit the spot for the sunny summer afternoons. The interior was spotlessly clean, the master bedroom suite is immense, and the refrigerator was even stocked with water and soda. And, it has the biggest TV I've ever seen to unwind after a day of local adventures! The area is great too; only about a 20 minute drive to get to various boat tours of the thousand island region / Boldt castle. I also really enjoyed cycling on the long and fairly not busy country roads. I'd come back again for sure.

The house was extremely clean and welcoming for a large family. Separate sitting areas were nice as well as the open concept kitchen to living area. Beautiful kitchen and island and decorated for the holiday.

This is the ultimate “every box checked”, fully stocked and beautiful get away location! We cannot say enough about this home! Paul was so friendly, helpful and beyond generous even had a welcome gift upon arrival! Every detail was beyond an expectation or something you could even hope for! Full amenities, clean, spacious, and something for everyone!! We had so much fun and thoroughly enjoyed - My only complaint is our time went by too fast we wished we were staying longer! We highly recommend if your considering staying here- you won’t regret it, we have already looked at dates for future stays ❤️

The house is spacious and clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Our family came to see the eclipse and were amazed by the views from the house, of the river, the islands and Boldt Castle. Sunsets were incredible. 4 of the 7 bedrooms have their own baths attached. The beds are firm and linens new and clean. The 4 seater hot tub was clean and ready to go. The house is surrounded on the non river sides by a hotel and marina, but the place is oriented to the river. Once in the house or on one of the multiple decks you wouldn’t know. The hotel next door provided us with any help we needed. There is a kind of charm to how dated the place is. The kitchen is big enough for many cooks and we had fun making meals. That said, we were warned by previous reviews about the two old ranges. They were right. Two of the burners didn’t work and one oven wouldn’t come up to temperature. All in though we had a great time. If we come back to Alex Bay with a big group we will stay here again.

WOW!! I am beyond thrilled that I found and was able to book HopeAnn & Al’s home for the past three days! 😁 Not only was the home absolutely beautiful & so clean, the layout was just fantastic!! For our group of 5 Adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 11), this rental was really perfect!! The bedrooms, kitchen, and living area were all spacious and decorated with attention to detail!! And I really enjoyed the color scheme that flowed throughout the home with a wonderful nod to the nautical!! (Ahoy, mates! 🚤) Certainly worth mentioning, was the amazing basement that serves as a game room, theater and overall huge & inviting extra space for children & adults, alike! Additionally, the spacious deck (w/furniture) and the hot tub were terrific features that made our stay even more enjoyable!! Also, there is a lovely, enclosed sunroom just off the kitchen. Lastly, HopeAnn was beyond fantastic! She was so professional and so detail oriented; she thought of everything! I will stay here again!😁
