We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home during the long weekend for Thanksgiving. Kitchen is huge with lots of cookware. The kids really enjoyed the game room as well as the movie theater. The thing that was the biggest hit with everyone was the game bumper pool. If visiting in November like we did you should note that the lake is lowered and you cannot see any water at the house. Which we knew going into. Still made for a beautiful view. The outdoor pool area is really big and would be very nice in the summer months! Would like to visit again in the summer to take advantage of all this property has to offer.

We hope to return next year. It’s has very comfortable beds and pillows. Also the all the furniture through out were comfortable. Views through all the large windows were so beautiful. Enjoyed swimming in the pool at the campground too. People around were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Modern Cabin. It was very peaceful and quiet. Our kids loved the movie room and the hot tub the most. We would definitely recommend if you are visiting Sevierville, TN.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and had tvs in every room. There was plenty to do in the house and was very comfortable. The only issue was the lake was gone lol but that obviously can’t be controlled. It was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely rent from Julie again!!!

This was our second stay here and we all enjoyed it very much. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need for a short or long stay. We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you!

We had the best week at Michael & Dawn’s for Thanksgiving with extended family. The houses and overall space was perfect for the amount of people - adults had the space to relax & talk while the kids had the space to hangout. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, there was ample linens/towels and it really felt like home. We communicated with the owners many times and they were extremely responsive & helpful. We also met the property manager who was more than willing to help with issues, if they arose. It was exactly what we were looking for and we’re thankful Michael & Dawn opened their home to us!

Dylan and Suzanne was extremely helpful and quick responding to any minor issues that I had. The house is beautiful and very spacious for large groups. House is located not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Our family spent Christmas there and we had an amazing vacation. Will definitely consider going back! Thank you Dylan and Suzanne for being so prompt with responses every step of the way. Directions to the house, checking in and checking out. They made the whole process easy and stress free!

Beautiful, peaceful, well-equipped and plenty of space to relax and enjoy this wonderful lake house. House has multiple decks, inside and out by water, to enjoy the fantastic views and water. Kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing gear provided. The outside deck and bar on this house are so enjoyable. Highly recommend! Jason is amazing host as well - very responsive and hospitable. If you want to head to the lake, this is the house. Sunsets are simply beautiful!

We stayed here over thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect! Just far enough removed from the hustle and bustle of the towns we were visiting! The house was immaculate and everything you could need to cook a full thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen with no problems! 10/10

This place was gorgeous! Views are great of Douglas Lake but river is very low in winter. Rooms were all spacious and nice! Having 3 bathrooms is a plus especially on lower level where there’s entertainment and extra bedroom. The entertainment room was a hit every night! The only downside was I did not do my research on how far it is from Gatlinburg. If you want a secluded retreat this place is perfect! Alyssa the host was extremely friendly and responded quickly when needed.

Our stay was amazing! The house is in a great location that was so peaceful and quiet! My kids loved being right on the lake. Jason was very responsive to the lots if questions I had. The house had everything we needed. It was nice to have the sheets and towels provided as well.

Paige was an excellent host! She met us at check-in with the keys and gave us a tour. She was friendly and helpful; answering us promptly whenever we had a question. The property was beautiful and serene, while the home was very tastefully decorated and comfy. We will definitely want to stay here the next time we are visiting the area!

We couldn’t be happier about picking Rick and Cindy’s AirBnb over the many different ones we looked at. Everything about the home was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The commutation from the host was amazing, and they were happy to help us with anything we could’ve asked for. We 100% recommend this home to anybody looking to come to the area, you will not be disappointed!

It’s a spacious double wide. Very cozy and homey. The quiet rural neighborhood was the perfect place to come back and recoup after spending our days in pigeon forge/dollywood. The water does shut off every few mins, which is notable, but not enough to mess up our trip. It comes right back on if you give it a second. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we opened the door it felt like home and was a warm atmosphere. We instantly felt settled and began to relax. The home is decorated beautifully. Has all the features you need. The beds were all comfortable. Our family loved the pool table, outdoor patio with gliders and swing. Close to the city for a game or event but just far enough removed you feel at peace in the country. We highly recommend this home. We definitely plan to return for some family fun in Gatlinburg and the Smokies in the spring & summer. Thanks for everything.

Nikkis place is gorgeous! A peaceful slice of east Tennessee, we loved seeing the cows come up in the pasture from the back yard every day and loves the family friendly set up of the house. Beds are comfy, VERY comfy couch in the big living room. Only 19 minutes from downtown knoxville so it was the perfect mix of peacful countryside and easy city access. Nikki was so sweet and came right away when we locked ourselves out and she let us pick her brain about the area and gave us great recommendations.

Travis did an excellent job and responded fast! We loved the house and amenities. I missed the note on the lake being drained, but we were informed. A few suggestions: additional seating in the front room, and hooks to hang coats/bags/etc on.

Loved our stay here! Easy to find, far enough out to be away from hustle & bustle, yet still close to conveniences. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and when I discovered one small issue, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. It is incredibly charming and perfect for a multi family getaway. We will certainly share this location with friends and other family members.
