Michelle is an outstanding and very responsive host. Her home was magnificent, super clean and provided our family with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were fresh. The views surrounding the home were the best and the neighbors were friendly. No doubt, we will be staying here again this year and every year we are in this area. Had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed and we were very happy with it. The home was listed as dog friendly and we brought our pups, there were dog treats and extra bowls which we’ve never experienced before! The space was more than big enough for all of us and we enjoyed all of it! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and had a great time on our family trip! The home was very homey and comfortable to us. We would definitely stay again if we were planning to take another trip to this area 😊

Paige was an excellent host! She met us at check-in with the keys and gave us a tour. She was friendly and helpful; answering us promptly whenever we had a question. The property was beautiful and serene, while the home was very tastefully decorated and comfy. We will definitely want to stay here the next time we are visiting the area!

Working out on the road a lot, staying in hotels can make you feel wore out. Having this beautiful home to come back to after a long day is needed! Comfortable, cozy and relaxing!

Jason is a terrific host, who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed. He provided a very clean, comfortable home that smelled incredibly pleasant. His house also felt extremely private. Honestly, the neighborhood was so quiet that it actually felt as if I was staying on a secluded plot of land. I am glad that I chose Jason’s home as it was very hard to overlook all of the positive reviews.

We stayed here over thanksgiving weekend and it was perfect! Just far enough removed from the hustle and bustle of the towns we were visiting! The house was immaculate and everything you could need to cook a full thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen with no problems! 10/10

We enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was well-priced, accurate to description, clean, easy to get in, great amenities and special touches like dishwasher soap tabs, shampoo/conditioner, lots of clean sheets and towels. The heaters worked well but were a bit noisy, but thankfully Susan has a plethora of warm blankets available! The master bath was immaculate and the rest of the house was perfect. Beds were very soft and cozy! Appreciated tissues, paper towels, and a portable fan in one of the guest rooms. Susan really has thought of it all!! Thank you for a wonderful stay while we enjoyed Dollywood!

Very conveniently located just minutes from Jefferson City Health and Rehab which is what brought us to town. Nice lakes nearby and a few parks. We would stay there again.

Ryan’s apartment was exceptionally clean, orderly and very spacious. It was quiet, and I felt safe. Excellent location for access to Douglas Lake. Ryan was very responsive to any questions i had. I look forward to staying here again,

Stayed here a few night with my loving girlfriend and we had the best time. While there was the smallest hiccup we couldn't be happier. everything was nice and clean, organized, and we felt truly like it was our home. Lori was more than happy to communicate anything we may have needed and it made us feel like she was with us the whole time. loved staying here and would definitely recommend. we may even have to stop by again some time just to enjoy another visit.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

The place was lovely and was very comfortable. Easy to find and just far enough out of town to avoid the crowds that can come with the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. Very roomy and bed was comfortable but a bit small with it being a full size bed. Had everything we needed and easy parking. Only drawback we had and this is the first time ever was that the cleaning crew was extremely late and did not arrive until well after our check-in time (which we weren't aware of until arrival). They took about an hour to get it cleaned up. These things happen, I am sure. But the host or rather their hosting service (I believe) was non-responsive when we reached out to find out what was going on. We only received automated arrival and departure communications. Never got a call/message regarding the issue we had with cleaning. Ultimately it worked out just fine and we had a great stay.

Great stay!! Perfect for someone who's visiting town, especially if your visiting Carson Newman it's a 2 minute walk! Also walking distance to food, campus, and more. Very easy to fine as well and felt safe and was clean!! We were visiting some family at Carson Newman and were able to walk to the game! We came in kind of early and she was able to accommodate us getting an early check in!! Very friendly host and super cute friendly dog as well! Will 10% book again when we come back to visit!

We had such a great stay! It’s a very convenient distance to a lot of things to do and eat. The bed was also very comfy!

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

The condo was clean and spacious. Great for a family. Only surprise was the master did not have a shower so we all had to share. The location was great. Close to everything pigeon forge had to offer. Our family had a great time!

My husband and I loved staying at Connie’s condo! It was the PERFECT location for getting out and exploring Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be staying here any time we come back to Pigeon Forge!

It was so peaceful and relaxing, but close to everything. We loved feeding the ducks and geese!! Condo was nice and clean!
