Was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay at the Dandridge House. It was conveniently located near Swan's Marina and Brian was very attentive. Thanks for the memories!

Absolutely fantastic home and amazing hosts! The house was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The A/C was ice cold, and the showers were nice and hot - perfect after long days out. We’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals, and this was easily one of the cleanest and most comfortable. It was ideal for our family of five - close enough to all the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peaceful downtime. Would 100% recommend. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great quiet place away from the busy tourist areas. We had three families in the house and it was plenty big for all of us to sleep. We did run into issues eating as we had to stand since there are only 6 seats at the table and we had 12. There were barstools, but they were about as high as the island. Also, it’s hard to have 12 people moving around in the kitchen, make sure you have one person cooking at a time. As my family says, it’s a two butt kitchen and not one more will fit. The other issue was we read plenty of towels. With the 4 provide beach towels, we had enough. We regretted not bringing our own towels as we were constantly running out or using really small ones even hand towels to bathe. Lastly, while the bedroom was quiet, the beds were mushy and should definitely be replaced. We are all in our 40s or close to it so our backs were hurting. The couch, game area, movie theatre, and outside campfire area was great! There is plenty of parking for 3 mini vans too! Thank you.

Paige was an excellent host! She met us at check-in with the keys and gave us a tour. She was friendly and helpful; answering us promptly whenever we had a question. The property was beautiful and serene, while the home was very tastefully decorated and comfy. We will definitely want to stay here the next time we are visiting the area!

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay! Great location in between Sevierville and Knoxville for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Great layout and floorplan of the house and loved all of the decor. The house was very clean and it has one of the most well stocked kitchens ever! Loved the big sectional couch in the den for relaxing and watching TV at night too. Very comfortable beds and loved having ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well! We would for sure stay here again!

Possibly the best Airbnb we have stayed at, everything was walking distance , nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Every room had a balcony and its own restroom. Will definitely stay here again.

We visited TN to see my sister and the house was so cozy. It was nice to have her over & grill out. The house looked like the pictures & very comfortable. The host gave us check-in instructions that were easy to follow. I would highly recommend it as it was like home away from home. The back porch setting was beautiful with all the trees. Thank you!

Great place if you’re fishing Douglas Lake. Close to ramps, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Everything is as described. And has plenty of room for boat and trailer parking.

Shawn is a phenomenal host. The place was impeccable. Fresh flowers, beautiful decor, ice cream/gelato in the freezer, espresso cued up... check-in and check-out were a breeze. Recommendations for eating out were provided and both he and his wife were accessible throughout out the stay. Not only will we go back but we will also explore the many options that Shawn offers with AIRBNB - especially the farm. If you in the area, you need to at least visit the farm. Thank you Shawn. It was an awesome stay. I look forward to our next one.

Lori’s place was just as described; simple and clean. She was very communicative and helpful. Approximately 15 min drive to public dock for fishing, grocery store & restaurants.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Ryan was quick to help me resolve any issues I had during my stay.

WOW! Talk about a great place to stay. It was our first experience staying in an AirBNB, and Michelle made it all so easy. We just hope all the rest that we stay in are as top notch as this one! Michelle goes way and above, to see to all of your needs, and to make you feel right at home. And you couldn't find a nicer place to stay. Everything is so well put together, and clean...better than alot of motels we have stayed in. You could just see yourself living there! Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

It was simply magnificent. Ham and Terry were excellent hosts. They provided us with great accommodations and were incredibly kind. They were amazing with our giant dog as well. We’ll be back soon.

I have no words to describe what an amazing host Laura is—by far one of the best hosts I’ve ever had across all the properties I’ve stayed at. Her place is super cozy, well-equipped, clean, and organized. It’s also really close to all the key spots. The beds are super comfortable, and she was always attentive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Overall, this was a great Airbnb. The sectional was an electric recliner that did not work and that was a minor inconvenience after a long days of hiking. However, overall it was a really lovely place and April was incredibly responsive while I was there and had to reach out with a few questions. I would absolutely stay there again.

Condo was as described. Along with being clean, everything you would need is there. Quite area. Just a short drive from everything. We could hear the people above us at times but that is part of apartments/condos. We weren't in the room that much so it wasnt a big deal. Great host, would use again and plan to. Thanks again.

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

This is a great place! Simultaneously isolated and close to everything. It feels like a cabin , but you are in the middle of Pigeon Forge within 3 min. Close to Gatlinburg as well. It's an older place, but very clean with great amenities and multiple balconies. Kitchen had everything, unlike some other places we stayed. Very nice gas grill outside, we use it daily. We enjoyed watching birds and hummingbird, as Brian and Teresa provided food for the bird feeders. I worked remotely during my stay, and wi-fi worked great. Free Dollywood fireworks nightly, although slightly obstructed. Sometimes there are some noise from Dollywood rollercoaster, but it's not a problem if you are running around during a day.

We'll be back next year! Really great! Came in late at night but lights were on welcoming us. Absolutely perfectly clean, including the condo exterior. The kitchen was the most equipped I've ever seen. We could have prepared a Thanksgiving meal (including a mash potato masher). Really quiet, spacious and absolutely clean. Loved all the bear decorations and feeding the ducks & geese outside by the river. Thank you!
