Had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed and we were very happy with it. The home was listed as dog friendly and we brought our pups, there were dog treats and extra bowls which we’ve never experienced before! The space was more than big enough for all of us and we enjoyed all of it! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and had a great time on our family trip! The home was very homey and comfortable to us. We would definitely stay again if we were planning to take another trip to this area 😊

The house was very nice, clean, was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for cooking. I work in the area January through April and being able to cook my own meals is a bonus. My wife is short and wasn’t a fan of the tall chairs at the table, but she loved everything else about the place. I wanted to book the house for the entire month, but I could only do 2 weeks at a time.

Working out on the road a lot, staying in hotels can make you feel wore out. Having this beautiful home to come back to after a long day is needed! Comfortable, cozy and relaxing!

Jason is a terrific host, who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed. He provided a very clean, comfortable home that smelled incredibly pleasant. His house also felt extremely private. Honestly, the neighborhood was so quiet that it actually felt as if I was staying on a secluded plot of land. I am glad that I chose Jason’s home as it was very hard to overlook all of the positive reviews.

We had a fabulous stay! Easy location to find….everything worked properly in the home….the beds were comfortable and the view was stunning!! Would definitely recommend!!

This was a perfect place for a private gathering! Everything was clean and easy to find. The host is very communicable and easy to contact. Lots of fun things to do in the cabin and beautiful surroundings scenery.

This is a great place to stay! It is close to many fun things to do in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub! The host was very communicative and nice. We really enjoyed our overall experience with this host and their property.

Anna was a great host and her place is just wonderful. The cabin is lovely, you definitely feel the Great Smoky Mountain's energy. The jaccuzi on the back porch is a plus, as well as the BBQ on the front porch. The living room is very comfy and the kitchen has all you need. Would 100% recommend this place for any groups of at most 7 guests. Host was very responsive and brought us additional chairs to the cabin. It's a go to if you want to hike in the park and enjoy some tranquility.

I had an amazing stay at Eagle Splash Vista! The cabin was incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a highlight and a great way to unwind after a long day. The location was good—peaceful and secluded, yet still close to major attractions like Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains. However, food options and grocery were a bit far, so I’d recommend planning ahead for meals and shopping before you get there. The cabin's amenities were top-notch, from the cozy living space with a fireplace to the well-equipped kitchen and fun game room. I’d highly recommend visiting during the cooler months to fully enjoy the outdoor hot tub and cozy ambiance. We went in February so there were not a ton of bugs, but I can imagine summer months being a challenge. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would (and will) definitely stay here again!

The Lazy Bee was beyond expectations! Very clean and cozy. Thomas was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. We will definitely be back!

Everything about the place was great. Grocery stores, restaurants etc all nearby. The main strip in Gatlinburg is still close, traffics just makes the drive seem longer than it actually is. Everything was exactly what the description says it is. Little pricey but what’s not these days?

We would definitely return to Brian's place! The house and backyard were exactly as described, everything was clean and perfectly maintained, both inside and out, and it was a very peaceful stay. After a long day on the road it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the securely fenced in yard with our pups, and relax in the cozy home. The home is fully stocked with many extras.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home during the long weekend for Thanksgiving. Kitchen is huge with lots of cookware. The kids really enjoyed the game room as well as the movie theater. The thing that was the biggest hit with everyone was the game bumper pool. If visiting in November like we did you should note that the lake is lowered and you cannot see any water at the house. Which we knew going into. Still made for a beautiful view. The outdoor pool area is really big and would be very nice in the summer months! Would like to visit again in the summer to take advantage of all this property has to offer.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a phenomenal week with a nice mix of staying in and going out. The location was great - far enough from town to feel private, but close enough to enjoy all the surrounding attractions. The house itself was even better than described. Plenty of space, comfortable furniture, and fun entertainment - we especially enjoyed Golden Tee and the theater room. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of household items available (stocked kitchen cabinets, bathroom toiletries, etc). Chelsea was a fantastic host! She was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would recommend this house for couples and/or families. Great stay!!

Cute little trailers. It was quite cold, but that is because it’s winter time. She had space heaters in each trailer and it only took a bit to warm them all up. Bath house is super cozy and clean! She always responded right away and made sure we had everything we needed! Next time we come back it will be in the warmer months, but this was the perfect option to bring our human AND fur children.

It’s a spacious double wide. Very cozy and homey. The quiet rural neighborhood was the perfect place to come back and recoup after spending our days in pigeon forge/dollywood. The water does shut off every few mins, which is notable, but not enough to mess up our trip. It comes right back on if you give it a second. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this house is great. i love all the bears and the cute decor. it was a rainy weekend and was cold but this home was perfect for gloomy weather. We definitely made sure the hot tub and fireplace was used as much as possible. Only downside to our trip is that we brought our manual honda civic and it was hard to get out of the drive way. other than that, it’s a lovely spot and i hope to come back when it’s warmer! Thank you Cindy and Brian for welcoming us to your home and for your hospitality!

Pam was very helpful in helping us find local venders that we needed to get our home project moving. Very responsive to our request and patient with our constant extending our check out due to delays in our home construction.
