We had an amazing month-long stay at Teresa and David's Airbnb! The home was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. Andrew hosted our Road Crew while we were working on the installation for Greater Heights Climbing Gym in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. He was by far one of the best hosts we have dealt with so far! Our stay was fantastic! We were looking for a getaway for some serious R&R and this space did not disappoint! The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, with a huge, cozy couch, soft and comfy oversized blankets, and a giant TV—perfect for relaxing and watching movies. The views out the giant windows were stunning, letting in plenty of natural light and offering a peaceful glimpse of the surrounding landscape. This is a basement space with the owners living upstairs, but we never saw them, and our privacy was fully respected. And the cherry on top? Meeting the Icelandic horse herd—it was an unforgettable experience! I would love to visit again in the warmer months to take advantage of the walking trails and kayaking. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and a unique touch of nature.

If you’ve come across Twila’s bungalow while browsing Airbnb, you might just be looking at the perfect spot for your trip. We hosted our family holiday gathering here, and everyone left on Cloud Nine! The house felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Each themed room was beautifully designed, showcasing Wisconsin pride including rooms dedicated to Les Paul and Frank Lloyd Wright. The space was cozy, fully equipped, and ideal for a winter hideaway—our stay included a bald eagle flyby! Twila’s amenities are unmatched. Five stars can’t capture it—she goes above and beyond what’s listed. For example, we sat down for a movie, wishing we’d brought popcorn, only to find it waiting for us in the cupboards! After nine years and 20 Airbnb trips, I can confidently say Twila is the best host I’ve encountered: friendly, helpful, and never intrusive. While it’s pricey, this bungalow redefined what a top-tier Airbnb should be. If it’s within your budget, don’t hesitate.

Everything about our stay was 5 stars. From the soft beds, clean and extra linen, overall cleanliness responsive host it was great. We are in town visiting family and had to change our timeline twice. Jason was kind and understanding about it all. I would absolutely stay here again or any other location Jason would have available.

no complaints but a few helpful tips for this property. it's super quiet and peaceful. if you want to just get away from the noise of everyday life, this is the place. the inside isn't much on privacy. it can be hard to close bathroom doors so it might not be great for a group that values modesty. there also aren't shades on the skylights in the bedroom so you're probably going to be up with the sun. If you have a big car, it can be difficult to back out of the car shelter. this is especially true if there is snow piled on the edges of the driveway. I would back in if you can. the shower and tub are on the smaller side but the water pressure and heat are great. all in all this was a great experience and exactly the chance to unwind that my wife and I needed.
