The Cane Patch was a very short walk to downtown Dahlonega and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were kind and flexible and the location was filled with thoughtful amenities. Would highly recommend!

Great location near UGA Classic Center. Also close to greenway for walking/biking. Very clean. Loved the TVs/streaming apps with logins and appreciated the power strips throughout for easy charging.

We're very happy at Pearline's basement apt. She was very responsive and friendly. Her place was very nice just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and safe...and a few minutes away from all the plazas full of great restaurants and stores. Highly recommend it!

As always there was a variety of coffee and muffins. Her yummy breakfast casserole and fresh eggs.

The home was amazing. House has plenty of room and the furniture was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. They definitely didn't feel like cheap mattresses. Everything was staged perfectly. Stephanie ensured we didn't need anything. Highly recommend and we hope to be able to book again for our next trip.

Rebecca's place was a very comfy and affordable place to crash during our dance workshop weekend.

I’m so appreciative of this host! It was a short birthday trip with my friends for myself and long story short we had some problems with our first host and the place we booked and this host really accommodated us at such short notice. Seamless check in at 9pm. House was really clean and big with a beautiful backyard. Master bedroom A+++++! Would love to stay again anytime I’m in Atlanta. 5 stars from me wish I could do more!!!

We absolutely loved it!! Spacious and cozy. In a wonderful neighborhood. And super close to everything without being in the middle of it.

#CLUTCH location for all things UGA graduation/game day! The beautiful back deck should be highlighted better, because it’s an incredible space for outdoor cooking/dining/birdwatching! The home has everything you need, and then some! Very efficient layout!

Great location by Brumby Hall where our daughter lives. Ken's place was very clean and had everything we needed.

From the time I booked to the end of our stay Sandy was very responsive!! This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo was perfect for our needs during our stay! We came to the area because our daughter had a Gymnastics meet but also to watch the Gymdogs competition as well! The directions were on point and took us right there. We love that it's in a gated, patrolled community! The condo was Very Very Nice! Both beds were comfortable and had clean soft sheets! The bathrooms were the same size and the water pressure was perfect! We loved sitting out on the patio when we had 2 hours downtime. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen but we didn't use it during our stay. I did however take advantage of the washer and dryer! This condo is on the 3rd level with only stairs, no elevator which was fine with us! Always can use a little exercise!! Each night we heard no noises and slept great! We Absolutely LOVED staying here and Recommend Sandy's condo to anyone! A++++++

I have used AirBNB many times from many US cities to international travel. Lori definitely stood out as a host, bringing a higher level of communication and ease of our stay. All correspondence was in real time and/or proactive...never a need to reach out with a question. All check in/out detail provided, easy and actionable. She would also send check-in notes to to ask how all is going and if we needed anything else...totally committed to make sure the guests are enjoying their stay! The location is in the thick of it all! There are plenty of food, drink, record shops, local culture options right outside your door. The unit offered exactly what was needed with amenities, was extremely quite & comfortable. The address is on a fairly busy street, the unit is on the 2nd floor facing the street...and you wouldn't know it. Aside from the faint church bells from time to time, never heard a thing outside. Highly recommended!!

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

Corey was very responsive and helpful. When we asked a question he responded quickly. The house was great for us to use while working in the area. The location is exactly what we needed (close to the interstate) We stayed around 3 months and had no issues.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and seen in the photos. We especially liked the complementary coffee.
