I had an incredible experience at Frank’s place. He was very easy to reach, extremely helpful, and obviously cares about his visitors. The place was spotless, smelled wonderful, and is in a wonderful neighborhood! The St. Charles streetcar is very accessible and close to the house. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Uptown New Orleans!

This was the perfect location for the activities we had planned. We really loved the historic neighborhood and the laid back vibe of this location. Initially, we were concerned about parking, but there was always a space available very close to the unit. While we never met the owners, they were very responsive to our questions and provided helpful suggestions. All in all we would highly recommend!

You couldn’t ask for a better location! It’s right in the middle of the best restaurants and coffee shops yet it’s incredibly quiet. We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here and walk to our favorite places right from casey’s home. It was also clean and very comfortable! Would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here when we were in town for a wedding! Excellent location right near magazine st and all the bars and restaurants it has to offer. Brian was very communicative and it was easy to check in and out. Defintiely would recommend staying here!

I have stayed at many airbnbs and this was one of my favorites. We stayed with our 3 kids under 5 and we felt right at home. Walking to the nearby coffee shops and the saint charles street car was super easy and very beautiful. The Azeleas were blooming and all the houses around are beautiful. We felt very safe and thought this was the best location from a time we came 2 years ago. We ate dinner at Superior seafood one night and it was delicious and a quick walk. One night Lori made me a delicious cocktail because she saw me with all 3 of the kids and could tell it had been a long day on the french quarter. She was so accommodating and sweet! Would love to stay here again next time and will tell my friends! Thanks again Lori! The kids love the stuff animals you passed along and kept saying how kind you were.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

This unit was very comfortable and well equipped! Beds were comfy and we slept well. We didn’t hear any noise from other units. The desk was helpful as I had remote work to do. Parking in the building was convenient. Walking to French quarter was quick. Security in building made us feel very safe but felt safe in the neighborhood regardless. Kitchen was well equipped. Large grocery store was walking distance. David was very responsive to questions before I booked and while staying there. Would definitely recommend!

It was an awesome place, clean,comfortable beds , well stocked and great location. I definitely plan on staying there again in the future !!!

This is a beautiful home! It’s small and quaint, just what we needed. The surrounding neighborhood was rough, and several locals told us not to be out after dark. We had no problems though and felt safe the entire time. It’s also not far from all the attractions that we were there to visit. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars

As a man of many words I will honestly say I have one word for this Airbnb.....PERFECT. Would absolutely stay here again if in the New Orleans area or recommend to Family or friends.

As senior citizens we were delighted with our 2 week stay in this shotgun house in a lovely neighborhood. The home is lovely with wood floors and soaring ceilings. The location is perfect for nearby restaurants, grocery shopping, neighborhood walking, and sitting on the front porch watching New Orleans flow by (including the street car!) We always had a parking place right in front of the house. We knew Blair was available should we need any information. We would definitely return.

The house was very comfortable and clean and in a great neighborhood. Easy to access the city or relax in the house. Short walk to Tulane to visit campus. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks!

This was the perfect place to stay at with my children for their first Nola trip. Close enough to the main part of city and close to the quarter but just enough out of town for it to be quiet. Loved having private parking Insaid the gate!! Made it so easy to let my kids play outside while we packed and unpacked car. Had a cute tree swing and toys inside for them to play with. This made our trip so much easier with children.

Awesome pad right in the heart of mid city. close to so many good restaurants, city park and not far from downtown and french quarter. Very cool traditional shotgun home. Well furnished, light and charming. Parking is on street but we didn't have any trouble finding a close spot every time.

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

We stayed at Gigi’s place for a Mardi Gras trip and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were right in the heart of all the action with our own balcony to retreat to whenever we wanted! Plenty of restaurants and shops, and the streetcar picks up right outside. Gigi and David were very responsive and were even able to provide recommendations on where we could park our car for free during the parades. This is a stay that’s worth every penny!

Brad's large apartment space was the perfect location to explore the beautiful city of New Orleans! Although the location is only a few blocks from Bourbon Street, the unit was very quiet and secure. Brad provided quality recommendations, and do not miss going to the fabulous World War 2 Museum, about a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

Exceptional apartment with a great layout for two couples and everything you need to relax and feel at home. Location was superb and close enough to walk to the French Quarter and downtown. Very quiet spot and we would most definitely recommend to others.

One of the Best Airbnb Experiences We’ve Ever Had: We were incredibly impressed with our stay at The Natchez. From start to finish, it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. If you’re heading to NOLA, it’s hard to beat this place—The Natchez sets the standard. Everything about the property is well thought out. The branding is on point, the layout is perfect, and the amenities are top-tier. The pool and two hot tubs made it feel like a resort. We were in town for a conference, but it’s clear this place would be just as amazing for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Honestly, we wish there were more places like The Natchez in other cities. We highly suggest expanding the brand—it’s clear they know exactly how to do it right. This place was great!! The location was perfect, as everything was walking distance! We did not have to get an Uber once, which was extremely nice! Travis was extremely responsive, and was flexible when it came to accommodating an early check in! The place was clean and had everything that was on the listing. I would highly recommend staying at this place!
