Beautiful place for a reasonable price, I have no complaints.

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

Cute apartment in a great location to visit my daughter at the seminary. The place is quirky and a little small but it suited my friend and I. I wouldn’t recommend any more that two people (or possibly a couple with a small child) because of the size. The living room furniture isn’t very cozy or comfortable but the beds were good. The galley kitchen is adorable and serviceable. Think of it as a great place to stay for a night or two, in place of a motel, rather than a “vacation home”.

William's place is in a nice safe and quiet neighborhood. His listing is within walking distance of numerous of restaurants and other businesses. There is a kitchen, washer and dryer and WiFi available. The shower pressure was good and the bed was comfortable. This place was nice and clean and there are items needed to cook (cook spray, seasonings, etc). But the place is a bit small and cramped in certain areas. You do have to go up stairs, which means you have to lug your luggage up and down them. Also a lot of the pots and pans are scratched, but believe that is from previous Airbnb guests and not from our host. I do appreciate that William was very good at communicating from the beginning. He always check in with me each day and also have some food/ restaurant recommendations. Overall, my stay was just fine and would consider staying here again if visiting Louisville.

Great value for a clean and comfortable place! It took us a minute to find the key cubby, but once we did the building was easy to navigate. We were in town for an anniversary weekend so we missed small comforts like a board game or deck of cards. Place is very minimalist, but overall no complaints. Very clean and has a few essentials. Stackable washer/dryer was a nice touch! Location was 100, but beware if you’re ubering none of the drivers speak English. This almost landed us in a difficult situation.

I really enjoyed my stay here, and Evan and Kinsey were great hosts that were easy to communicate with! Very clean and cozy space!

Lynn was an amazing host and her home is absolutely beautiful! I would give her 10 stars if I could! She was so kind to offer my family a high chair and pack n play as well as awesome suggestions for playgrounds and activities! There was also a baby gate that easily folds when not in use! We had a small issue when we were there and she quickly rectified it! Our two families had plenty of room with 2 wonderful bedrooms on the first floor and full bath as well as 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs with full bath! The beds are super comfy! We were traveling with an 18 month old and his cries at night never disturbed us downstairs! There is a door at the top of the stairs that can be closed so it's like 2 apartments in the same house! We were also very conveniently located to all attractions and great shops nearby without noise from the highway. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. I would definitely want to stay here again when I am in Louisville!!

Wonderful view, lots of places to sit and enjoy the river, and very responsive host. We really enjoyed the space.

The hosts were always available and helpful if we needed anything. The location was easy to get to, was in walking distance to Z Bar (Zanzabar) when the fun ones wanted to go out after the old folks went to bed, and had all the eminities needed (except a crock pot). There were 10 people in our group and we had a wonderful early Christmas. It was a great spot to meet between Wisconsin and Alabama. This house is amazing bc it is old, huge, and very well-updated! We would all stay here again!!

Great place in a great, walkable location in downtown Louisville! Marianne was very responsive and friendly and the listing was extremely accurate (pictures, description, etc.). We had a wonderful time and will be back to visit Louisville!

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

I had a long weekend stay for a conference in Louisville. Ameer was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond when I had questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay there again when I'm back in town.

Matthew was a great host. We had issues getting our keycards the first night and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He got us inside in no time! The condo was perfect and just what we needed for the weekend.

We enjoyed our stay. Mary made sure everything was perfect. The place was the perfect size and very clean. We were able to walk everywhere so that was nice. I definitely recommend staying here!

Would stay again. Very clean. We had one issue with the toilet/plumbing, we were able to resolve it, but host was responsive and friendly throughout and said he'd contact plumber. We were not able to park in the spots near entrance (very tight, some spots taken) but parked on street with no issues.
