Great place , great location and great host. It gets no better. The host were very helpful and responded in a professional timely manner. The apartment is perfect! The amenities that comes with it is the cherry on top. I know where I’m staying every time I come to Louisville

We absolutely love Serena’s place. We make it a yearly visit. Her place is always clean and welcoming. The rooftop view of Kentucky is breathtaking and a bonus amenity to her home. Lots to do, great restaurants. Serena’s communication skills are outstanding See ya next year

The place was pristine. The host was responsive at check in. Zero issues. The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy a view.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful historical house. Liz was very informative on our upcoming stay including weather details in the area. It had snowed a couple of days before and she had the driveway plowed and salted for our safety. She also checked on us throughout our stay and responded in a very timely manner. The house was very well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer for your convenience. She also had a few other necessities for the kitchen that could be helpful for cooking. The house was exactly what the pictures show. Decor was very tasteful and up to date making our stay feel very comfortable and a great home feel. We honestly were sad to leave this cute house and would definitely look into this exact house if we ever went back to this area again in the future.

This house as super cozy, located in a secluded neighborhood, with an amazing back porch looking out over the river. Anna is very responsive and kind, we had a wonderful stay.

The house was everything advertised and as nice as the pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub and river front view. The bathrooms were new and very clean. Parking was a breeze. My grandson loved the game room. Thank you for an awesome place to stay during our trip to Louisville.

This was one of my favorite Air BNB stays to date. The cottage was so incredibly beautiful. It was super well stocked, clean, and there was a great amount of information about the property. We will definitely be back.

We had so much fun and some much needed rest with our dear friends at River Retreat. The house and location are GORGEOUS and the owners are thoughtful, friendly and extremely accommodating. We cannot wait to come back next year!!

Absolutely perfect! I would say this AirBnb is one of the best that we’ve stayed at. Amazing views of the river. Kristen was very responsive and had everything we needed at the house. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and hot water! I definitely recommend Kristen’s house! I know I didn’t want to leave!

The place was well worth the price! Easily walkable to just about anywhere downtown. The condo itself was spacious and provided a great common area for people the hangout. Definitely recommend for any larger groups traveling to Louisville

Absolutely amazing stay! Wonderful location, accommodations and hosts. The most well stocked of any place I’ve ever stayed. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away. Perfect home base while exploring distilleries of Louisville. Felt like coming home when returning to Jodie & Doug’s place. Norton Commons is a sweet neighborhood with plenty to offer all on its own. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

Amanda is responsive and flexible. She answered in a timely manner and accommodated us. The place was clean and in a great location. It was easy to explore Louisville and make it home without extraneous planning. The complementary items helped those who forgot things, and it was overall clean and add listed.

This place is awesome!! Super clean and well supplied with what we needed. The sitting area and dining space allowed for our team to hang out and have some amazing conversations and make some great memories. What a great spot within walking distance to so many places! Great view of charming street, architecture and all the excitement. At the same time, it was quiet and cozy inside. Thanks Amanda for being a super host and solving the little hiccups so fast so we all were able to have a wonderful weekend together!

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

Great Host !! The place looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. Great area to just park and walk to many restaurants and etc. also just a quick to drive across the bridge to Louisville for other festivities and etc. i would definitely stay again and recommend Marshall’s place !!!

We booked this place when in town for a volleyball tournament and it was perfect for four families. We enjoyed being near restaurants and other things to do away from the expo center.
