A shame we missed Rolf as we later found out: he left in the morning on the evening we arrived. Dini, his local manager, started communicating with me a week in advance and as we arrived late, she instructed security to help us move in. The staff was wonderful and were instrumental in making us feel absolutely comfortable, from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. We had a great and relaxing week and I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a 5 star stay.

wonderful quiet location. amazing place. very cinematic. big space. and what peace from the sound of water. everything is clean. clean bed linen. for me it is always important. high ceilings! and what a hospitable meeting! we even tried to order a massage - very cool they do it on the balcony to the sound of the surf. good roads. shops nearby. you can even walk along the embankment. super!

Lo abbiamo scelto per stare tra la gente autoctona senza però rinunciare ai comfort al rientro dalle nostre escursioni completamente indipendenti . Con lo scooter è tutto accessibile e raggiungibile. La giovialità del personale e dei vicini di casa che ti scrutano, ti accolgono sempre con il sorriso, senza mai disturbare è un altro elemento che ha contribuito a completare in modo piacevole il soggiorno .

We loved our stay in this modern apartment in Sumberkima Hill. The view from the room was amazing and the resort was incredible. Staff on site were so friendly and accommodating of any request. We loved it here! It is worth noting that this particular apartment is situated a little further from the ‘main’ resort which means you really do need to take the shuttle service everywhere (which is available at all times!). There is also a bit of construction happening which didn’t start too early but also worth noting. We loved it here so much we booked to stay an extra few nights in another apartment on the resort! Highly recommend Sumberkima hill! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For everyone’s reading, Villa Lantana is a super peaceful place. Around 5 minutes away with scooter from the main road, you’ll find out the villa Lantana standing in the middle of nowhere. Once at the villa you’ll arrive in a super peaceful garden, two little water lakes, beautiful flowers and trees. The villa lantana is magnificent, the design is amazing and corresponding to the photos. Regarding the host, Lily is sooooo friendly, helpful and sweet. The team is super responsive, listening to your need. We had an amazing full body massage organised by Lily. She even helped us with our scooter by lending us one of hers. Our stay was more than great and we recommend this place and team ! Thanks Villa Lantana Team

What a fantastic place to relax and enjoy life! The pictures on the web do not portray the real beauty of this place. We did not want to go. Willem's communication and the dedication of the staff are the best we have ever experienced. Nothing was the problem. Kadek's food is fantastic, and we could not get enough of it! We were spoiled and pampered! You must love dogs and cats, as this is their home, and they will be all around you but will not "pest" you for attention. Dogs love walks on the beach in the morning, and a cat will sleep with you if you let him (one cat). Kadek will book all the activities, so going online is unnecessary. We recommend the dolphin tour and snorkelling (you will get picked up by your boat from the villa). Gede (the diver) will pick you up from the airport and take you anywhere you wish to visit. It's a perfect home for relaxing, focusing on your life, meditation, or doing nothing. Dolce Far Ninete!

We stayed here for a week and it was amazing. Ketut’s cooking is incredible, she is extremely cheerful to be around too. Dini was very helpful when we needed to ask for certain things also. Although we stayed during rainy season, we had mostly no rain & the mornings were sunny, the view of the hills and ocean at the end of the garden were amazing. The villa is well maintained and taken care of every single day & all the staff are very kind, when we needed to get to an ATM, the gardner kindly let us borrow his motorbike for free. Really the only bad thing about this place is that you have to leave. I would suggest trying Ketut’s Rendang as its extremely delicious.

As a family of 8 ( adults and teenagers ) we stayed at the villa for 5 days. It's such a peaceful, clean and beautiful place. I'm so glad we came during the off season. Even when it was raining once in a while we still had enough sunny hours to enjoy the amazing garden and pool. All the rooms are so beautiful that you feel very welcome right away. The stuff are so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much. You made our stay a unforgettable time.

Die Villa verdient keine 5 Sterne ! Sie verdient Fünftausend Sterne ! Ein absoluter Traum ! Tunjung der Koch hat unglaublich gut gekocht , Ayu hat jeden Tag alles Blitzsauber gemacht und sich um alles gekümmert , der Gärtner war spitze und der Security hat uns ein tolles Gefühl gegeben und sich um alles gekümmert ! Die Kommunikation vorab war immer sehr gut. Wir waren leider nur 3 Nächte - wären gerne viel länger geblieben. Ein Haus zum abschalten, genießen und das Paradies ganz nahe zu spüren. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder und empfehlen dieses schönes Haus allen die etwas besonderes mögen. Ein wahres Schatzkästchen. Vielen Dank Susan an Dein tolles Team! Das war ein Traum !

In the end of our vacation in Bali we decided to visit the north of this beautiful country. We found this huge villa and were really happy to stay there. Thank you very much for your hospitality and kindness. The staff, Dea and Ariani were very supportive and did their best to make our staying comfortable and wonderful. We asked them not to attend the villa too much, because we like privacy and being alone. And it was okay for all of us and for them too, girls and the gardener came to clean and wash villa each morning while we were sleeping. And when we awoke we saw clean and fresh territory everyday. Thank you very much, I think we will return here in a year🙏🏻

Our family (four people) spent two weeks in Villa. House is even better than photos reflecting. Everything was clean and good quality—many additional facilities eg. PS5, Boose sound speaker, poker chips and cards. The view from the Villa is amazing, pool big and clean. Sunbads and furniture are very comfortable. However, the service was the most important thing that made our stay incredibly successful. Desi (our home maid) is a good spirit of this place. She is so kind and helpful. Our gardener and security man was kind and useful as well. The house is located in a rural area surrounded by rice fields and small farms. The view is incredibly serenity. One major problem - the beach is dirty with (for two weeks no one cleaned it) and water is not clear/cristal because of many streams and ditches nearby with water flowing from fields (including garbage, unfortunately ). Two dead dogs, a goose and animal bones washed up at sea during our stay. Thanks to our gardener it was quickly buried.

Our two families had a wonderful and relaxing time at the villa. We loved being surrounded by nature, particularly the geckos, birds and watching the bats at night. Kadek was an amazing cook and lovely and gentle house keeper. She was extremely accommodating and understanding of our dietary needs. Both adults and kids alike looked forward to dinner each night. Putu managed the property and helped us with all our needs and organised an amazing snorkelling trip for us. He has a positive and gentle presence and was always available when we needed anything. Kadek and Putu made a wonderful stay even better.

Great place for us to sleep and rest overnight. Not much in the area, but if you are after peace and quiet it ticks lots of boxes. Was a little harder to find when Google maps stopped working as we only knew the general area, but found it in the end. Everything around is very basic, but the locals are friendly. House itself was as described a the pool was a hit with the kids. Access to the beach in front is thru a little estuary with a steep sand incline. We had breakfast for the 7 of us. It was scones and jam and savory cakes with egg mustard and savory chicken. Also a fresh banana smoothie. Most most of the kids didn’t eat it, but it filled a hole before a big day diving and snorkeling. If you stay more than one night you should have a bigger range. The only thing I would note is the downstairs bedrooms the air cons were quite weak. My wife and I ended up going upstairs and sleeping with the kids as it was much cooler. Lovely place and would stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Pondok Wahyu Sedana. The villa was even nicer than anticipated with gorgeous views. It was quite tricky to get to - you definitely need a scooter or a car if you want to leave the villa as the nearest village is 1hr 20 return walk up and down hills in hot and humid conditions. An unexpected element was the inclusion of staff (a 'butler' type service which we dismissed as we felt uncomfortable having someone constantly in the space with us, and a security guard onsite). Just something to be aware of! Communication was great and you can organise great and affordable massages to the villa too.

the stay at Annekes villa has been overall perfect. she communicated very active and helpful, accommodated our twins boys and even arranged some toys. villa location is right at the beach which is very clean and proactively maintained. the staff is excellent and ary took amazing good care of us and is an amazing chef, better than most restaurants up north. we will definitely recommend the villa especially for families who appreciate the space and garden right at the beach and the superb service by the staff.

Great Villa with all the expected amenities and comfort. The staff is great, always available for shopping, cooking , etc The villa is amazing, it is in my sense bigger than what the picture suggests. You will need a car or driver (that is what we did) to go places as it is isolated, but that is exactly what we wanted: peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommended 😎

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Herzlich empfangen von den guten Seelen des Hauses wurden wir auch in den nächsten Tagen mit Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und tollem Essen verwöhnt. Der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt, der riesige Pool glasklar und sauber - wir wollten am liebsten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Auch der Strand war ungewöhnlich sauber, so dass wir im Meer baden konnten. Vielen Dank an Komang, Fitri, Gede, Manas und das ganze Team für die schöne Zeit!

Stayed here this week - the perfect place to relax after a few months of busy travel. We both loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Not sure I can add anything additional to what has been covered in the 5* reviews below - Villa Nujum is a beautiful villa, tastefully decorated and has a fabulous pool. Its quiet location , appealed to us and we were not disappointed. The staff are excellent - and Ani and Putu prepared some of the best meals we enjoyed during our time in Bali. Truly worth a visit.

Had a wonderful stay here for my girlfriends 21st. Incredible scenery and amazing staff, helped with all our needs and can't thank enough. Perfect for a relaxation holiday but still near activities all about an hour away. Thank you for a lovely stay!!
