We had a lovely Easter weekend here as a three-generation family – grandparents, parents, and young children all thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is absolutely beautiful , stylish, and full of character, set in a peaceful spot, it even includes an old water-mill. The location was ideal for us with easy access to Oxford and the surrounding area. There’s a new children's play area just a short walk away, and the local farm shop nearby was perfect for picking up fresh produce and treats – we had everything we needed without having to go far. The hosts were thoughtful and welcoming, and the house was spotless with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for everyone to relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

The house was lovely, had everything you could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. We stayed with three kids (one baby) and it was just perfect. Our kids LOVED the pool (super warm and Just right for the kids) and the games room. The welcome basket was amazing and super generous- best gift ever!

We stayed for just one night, and it was a perfect stopover. Very tidy and had everything we needed. Georgina is very friendly, she gave us some milk too when we realised we forgot some. They've got two lovely dogs, a gorgeous garden and a very spacious bath. Georgina was very flexible with our check-out time since there were no guests the next day. We left around 1pm. Amazing Stay at Goose Farm – A Hidden Gem! I had an incredible stay at Goose Farm! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and stunning countryside views took our breath away. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The farm itself is a dream for nature lovers. We enjoyed watching the animals, taking serene walks around the grounds, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a real retreat, yet close to nearby villages and attractions for day trips. I can’t recommend Goose Farm highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle

I’d like to thank gardener Rex for answering all my questions throughout my stay. Without you Rex, it could have been tricky to communicate. Anyway, I and my family had a good time at Christopher’s place. It’s a place for both peaceful break or active sporting time. Great garden for a calm walk throughout a day, great pool with a hammam(a steam sauna), a tennis court…my family really enjoyed all the facilities. Also kitchen was really well equipped and a welcome bread and milk were delicious! Location was also great. Famous Cotswold big name spots, restaurants, farm markets are within 20 min by car.

Really lovely house and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if staying in the area. Close to the town centre, lots of walks nearby and close to some lovely villages and towns. Beds were very comfy, all rooms were spacious and a bit quirky. Lexy even left us a nice bottle of wine on arrival which was a lovely touch. Thanks so much!

We had a great stay here. Really comfortable place and spotless. Perfect for a weekend in Oxford and not too far to get into town. The restaurant options nearby were great too. The house was great and Hatmane was really helpful. Thank you.

Great stay. Very convenient location. Lovely cost cottage style house

Lovely, spotlessly clean, peaceful house and clearly a lot of care had been put into details. Check-in was straightforward and Leima gave great instructions. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and it was great to have an ensuite in every one! The kitchen was well equipped and the toys in the living room were very welcome! The graveled garden has plenty of seating and great for the children to let off steam. Had been concerned about toddlers on gravel, but it had the distinct advantage of not being muddy after a shower of rain! The neighbourhood is quiet and the house is in easy walking distance to a small supermarket and playground. Laima is a lovely host, she responded quickly and was always very helpful. Highly recommend this house!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Cotswold. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Besonders das großzügige Kinderzimmer hat den jungen Gästen gefallen. Neben der Lage mitten in der Natur war der Games Room ein weiteres Highlight, was von den Kindern gern genutzt wurde. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Wir haben auf Empfehlung die kleinen Pubs der Umgebung besucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Eine Bushaltestelle für Fahrten nach Oxford ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Oxfordshire.

Had a great stay at Maria's very cosy accommodation whilst we were visiting family in Oxford. Great location for the city centre. Beautiful house very spacious and modern and the beds are so comfy. Will definitely stay again. Used a number of places over the years in Oxford but this was one of our favourites.

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay with our own private garden. Lovely surroundings. James was a very friendly and helpful host. We asked for a couple of things and he sorted them out immediately. Our group enjoyed their stay very much and would happily go there again.

A lovely house, very comfortable and in a superb location. It was easy to get the park and ride into Oxford, and explore the surrounding area eg Blenheim Palace and Thame. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Oxford.

Had a really great stay here at Hamish’s place. Very clear and easy check in. Lovely views from the garden. Down a quiet street so was very peaceful. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Our whole party have rarely slept so well. Really good spacious communal areas. Kitchen dining and living areas were great. Good pub 5 minutes walk and shops and a really good Chinese nearby. Very good showers and a good size bath for relaxing in. There were 5 of us and it was very spacious for us. Larger groups would also fit comfortably. We had no issues but Hamish was pleasant and very helpful before and during our stay. Highly recommended and hope to stay again myself.

Had a short stay at Juliet’s lovely cottage in the Cotswolds with my family. Entire experience was flawless. Communication was superb and efficient, place was clean, and very cosy / homely. I would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us. Walkable to shops, restaurants and train station for trips to London and Oxford. House was perfect for our group. Enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor patio. Couple of minor inconveniences included not having dishwasher and laundry detergent available for use at the property. We chose to purchase our own for laundry and just hand washed dishes as we weren’t eating a lot at the property. Also there were 6 of us and we ran out of hot water a couple of times with everyone showering so a larger group might have struggled. We didn’t mess around with the hot water settings to address this but instructions were provided for adjusting heat. Very clean and comfortable property. Would definitely recommend.

A great house with plenty of space for our group. It was really easy to get into the city and there was a great park and cafe ten minutes walk away. We ended up walking into the city from there as the route was so peaceful and then it was very easy to get a bus back. Amy was great at letting us know when we could check in and very quick to respond to messages. We’d definitely stay again.

Katie house was perfect for our week in Oxford, we know the area well and the house was a perfect refuge for a day of walking around the town. Clean, spacious and everything worked. Plus Kathie made sure we were welcome properly!! Definitely recommend!!
