Kim and Rick were excellent hosts. They were always so responsive to anything we needed. The house was perfect!! Clean, comfortable and in a great location. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at their place.

Lee Ann’s place was great for us. Was close to Keenland and downtown. The place was very clean and exactly as described. If the weather had been nicer we would have enjoyed the outdoor seating as well. Lee Ann has nice little host touches from local snacks, provided water and lots of local recommendations. All communication was timely and proactive. We would definitely stay at her place again.

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean and spacious and had everything you could ask for. The dock was beautiful and was a perfect spot to hang out at. Would definitely book again when going to Herrington Lake.

This rental was such a blessing! Needed a nice and safe place to stay while my mom received tx at BH on Nicholasville Rd for over 6 wks. It was my first time using Airbnb and this home could not have been in a better location. It was 10” from the hospital and the Summit At Fritz Farm was 3” away and right across the road. It was a good place for my mom to come home to so she could focus on rest and healing after daily radiation txs and weekly infusions. Susannah, the host, was very communicative and timely in her responses and very helpful and friendly if any questions. She even had extra supplies, such as paper towels and TP, delivered to the door for our extended stay. The home was just as described; clean, in a quiet neighborhood and there were tons of amenities close by. Super location and overall great place to stay! I would highly recommend this listing to anyone. Very good value! Only con would be traffic, as Man-o-War road runs right behind the house and was noisy at times.

Sometimes you book a place and it is a huge disappointment from what you see online. Melanie’s place is the exact OPPOSITE of that. I loved it from the second we pulled up. This apartment is so cozy, clean, and comfortable, and Melanie was a responsive and gracious host. The neighborhood is historically beautiful as well and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend in this perfect, intimate space, we were so busy on our short trip. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to town!

Susan was a great host! She was very attentive and checked in with me right away. Her upstairs apartment is quite cozy. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and I felt safe parking my car on the street out front.

The accommodation was just a few minute walk from all sorts of nightlife. McCarthy’s bar, the Rooftop, and Greenery were some of our favorites. Really appreciated the heads up that it is very loud until about 3am. Keep that in mind that’s it’s above a very popular bar when booking this. The room was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend if you and a few friends need somewhere near the heart of downtown.

Great deal for everything you get, we wanted a quiet weekend before holiday craziness started and it was exactly what we wanted! The hosts were so helpful and clear and quickly responded to questions. We hope to come back in the summer time!

Our stay at Nora’s abode was easy and so comfortable! The home was very clean, Nora was responsive with our questions, and we loved being able to walk to cute coffee shops and around the beautiful neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect little place to stay for UK mom's weekend - easy drive to all campus area things. Love having my own kitchen and personal space at the end of the day. Apartment is the perfect size for one or two people, with everything you need. I love that the hosts kindly provided a white noise machine in the bedroom; multiple hospitals nearby and frequent sirens. Hosts are very friendly and responsive!

Great location! Super quick walk to Rupp arena and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Seemed to be a very safe area, we did lots of walking and no concerns. Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Lex.

I especially loved how walkable the area was—so many great spots were just a short walk away, which made exploring super easy. We booked Brandon's apartment in Lexington for the Men's NCAA Basketball Tournament held at Rupp Arena. The price and location were great considering large fan bases coming to town. Rupp is about 1.2 miles from the unit but we're big walkers and there's plenty of sites, food, coffee and bars along the way. We felt easily at home and extended our stay to a 5th night! Booking by the hospital campus and across from the UK campus made us feel more secure and gave us a vibrant base with amenities. The apartment felt very spacious for my 18yr old son and me. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, enormous closet space, lots of towels/ supplies, awesome kitchen and easy on site parking. The place was quiet. There is some traffic noise from the bedroom (four lane street outside) but I live in Chicago so this was not an issue for me. Only minus the couch and chair can use an upgrade to match the really nice apartment. Kroger 7 mins drive away. I'd 100% book again on our trips down south!

This was a great place to stay while attending NCAA basketball at Rupp Arena! Easy walk to restaurants and easy in and out driving for visits along the Bourbon Trail. Andrew was a responsive host.

This was the most beautiful and ornate airbnb I've ever experienced! Everything's so charming and full of stories as this place is a true extension of Mr. Lee who is so full of love and life and you can tell he's eager to extend that to his guests. The only possible downside is theres no elevator so for quests who are handicapped and have a hard time with stairs this may not be for you considering there's a few flights to the room BUT Mr. Lee insisted to carry our bags and made sure we were comfortable. The decor is so unique and vibrant yet calm and the town of Paris is very quaint. We enjoyed our $25 gift card to Lee's restaurant and had the place to ourselves to dine. The room also had free organic bananas, muffins and drinks in the fridge. The whirlpool jacuzzi tub was also a plus! 10/10 would stay again.
