Het appartement is zeer ruim en het is altijd mogelijk om een plekje in de zon of in de schaduw te vinden op de terrassen/balkonnen. De eigenaar woont op de begane grond, het appartement heeft een eigen opgang aan de achterzijde. In de ruime tuin staat nog een gite die verhuurd wordt. Deze heeft eigen terrassen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid en vriendelijke verhuurder. Hij is niet teveel aanwezig, maar absoluut zeer bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Alles wordt zeer goed onderhouden en is schoon. Dichtbij buurtsuper, bakker, slager, restaurants (5 minuten lopen). Zee en haventje (met boot verhuur) op 7 minuten wandelen. Van alle gemakken voorzien.

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We recommend this airbnb 100% (and in fact did so already several times 😄). First and foremost, the host is incredibly friendly and helpful (e.g. our son was sick and needed to see a doctor, Ivica recommended one and made an appointment on short-notice, he helped us out when our car battery was drained, we were welcomed with an amazing fruit platter and basics in the fridge, could check in and check out flexibly, super fast on answering questions etc). And the place itself is gorgeous. Tucked away from the crowds with everything you need: a wonderful garden, lovely playground with attention to detail, a heated pool and whirlpool, outdoor shower, enough space to dine in- and outside. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, we will be back 🙏🏻

Vielen Dank es hat wirklich sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und der Sonnenuntergang waren einfach traumhaft. Eine gelungene Auszeit.

Vi har hatt en utrolig flott storfamilie ferie i huset til Marin. Vi var 12 personer. 8 voksne, 4 barn. Huset innfridde alle våre forventninger til en sånn ferie. Anbefales virkelig! Og vi er ganske sikre på at hit kommer vi igjen ved en senere anledning.

Phenomenal host and outstanding place. Thank you Ivan. Very responsive and quickly responded helping guide us in late at night well after sunset. Had the lights on gates open and even made an extra effort to stop by when we arrived to make sure we had everything needed. As well as offering to open up his onsite restaurant/bar to cook a meal for the evening. We chose no evening meal but requested breakfast if possible and he made an amazing breakfast for us the next day. The location is off the main path near the river, extremely peaceful and quiet. What a great little spot. Thank you Ivan for everything.

We had an amazing stay at Anita’s place. Perfectly clean and just as described. The facilities outside were great too. We got a quick 5 minute uber into Trogir for more restaurant options, although Anita offered to drive us in. She would respond to our messages and fix any issues quickly which we really appreciated. Would recommend and would return!!

Tatjana und ihr Mann sind sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Das Haus war in einem wunderbaren Zustand und sehr sauber. Tatjanas Mann kam fast jeden Morgen um den Pool zu reinigen. Das hat uns auch keinesfalls gestört, denn er war sehr respektvoll, freundlich und man bekam meist nichts von ihm mit. Die Kommunikation mit Tatjana ist wirklich herausragend. So etwas habe ich vorher noch nicht erlebt. Sie ist hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Bedarf z.B. auch frische Handtücher gebracht, obwohl man in der Unterkunft auch waschen kann. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit im kleinen Örtchen „Sopot“. Wir würden es jederzeit erneut buchen.

Apartmán byl hned u moře. V poklidné části vesničky, děti mohly samy dojít z pláže do apartmánu, pokud něco zapomneli. Hostitelka byla vždy po ruce a moc příjemná. Dostali jsme doporučení na krásnou restauraci. Pláž byla podél celé vesnicky. Můžete si najít víc rusnou část nebo klidnější hned před apartmánem. Moře krásné průsvitné a čisté. Určitě doporucuji

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Predivnih nekoliko dana u obiteljskoj atmosferi. Draga gospođa Lidija nas je dočekala, napunila frižider delicijama ( taj dan dućani nisu radili), kupila čak i hranu za naša dva psa. Prostran, potpuno namješten apartman u mirnoj ulici, a opet u centru grada, na nekoliko minuta od rive, a s druge strane par minuta do predivnog parka. Sve preporuke, a Lidiji hvala na svemu😘

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The house is wonderfully spacious, which made us feel relaxed right away. The house is in real life better than the pictures show! The location is absolutely 10/10, with everything we needed within easy reach. The short distance to The Garden was a real bonus for us, allowing us to easily enjoy the surroundings every day. A special thank you to the host for the lovely bottle of wine that was waiting for us upon arrival—such a warm welcome made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would love to come back again

We hebben echt genoten van het appartement en de omgeving. Het is niet groot, maar wel heel compleet (Wat waren wij blij met de grote koelkast/vriezer) met een heel fijn, groot balkon. Zwembad is heerlijk en schoon. Het appartement ligt in een heel rustig dorpje, wij vinden dat fijn: mooie, drukke plaatsjes in de buurt maar weer thuiskomen in een rustige omgeving. We hadden heel fijn contact met de eigenaar, een vriendelijke man die ons van alles vertelde over de omgeving tijdens de fantastische boottocht die we met hem maakten. Samen met hem verse vis gekocht die hij voor ons op de barbeque bereidde. Zo leuk om zo echt wat van het leven in Kroatië mee te krijgen! Er zijn veel kortverblijvers in de appartementen, maar het is een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en vanuit daar allerlei uitstapjes te maken. Dan heb je waarschijnlijk een meer ontspannen vakantie...😉😊 Vriendelijke groet, Familie de Groot, Nederland

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Mislav's house. The welcome was warm, and the house was even better than we expected: comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped. Mislav was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay even more enjoyable. He also organized our boat trip with great care, which made the experience even better. Additionally, his recommendation for buying local olive oil was excellent. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the region. Es war super schön. Alles war einwandfrei. In der Nähe gibt es einen frei zugänglichen Strand, dem man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es gibt auch ein Restaurant was auch in der Nähe ist, was klasse ist. Die Unterkunft selber ist sauber und alles ist gut vorbereitet im Apartment. So das es eigentlich keine Fragen gab. Jagoda ist sehr freundlich und offen. Sie fragt immer wieder nach ob alles gut ist. Das macht sie in meinen Augen zu einer guten Gastgeberin. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

Das Haus und das Grundstück waren traumhaft. Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Personen da. Es gibt zwei getrennte Häuser. In einem haben wir Eltern geschlafen, in dem anderen unsere Kinder. Es gibt eine Boccia-Bahn mit Beleuchtung, so dass man auch spielen kann wenn es dunkel ist. Der Pool ist super und groß. Man ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Meer und hat zwei Möglichkeiten: einmal zum kleinen Hafen des Ortes und auf der anderen Seite in eine Bucht. Auf beiden Seiten sind schöne Badestellen zu finden. Marjan ist ein super netter Gastgeber. Er hat uns mit allen möglichen Tipps geholfen und auf Nachrichten immer sofort reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür! Sehr empfehlenswert.
