Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

This mountain home is beautifully decorated and the covered, outdoor space has fun things to offer. Ideal for a family looking to disconnect and spend time together. There are no televisions or electronics. The pool was a perfect temperature. The bedrooms were uniquely decorated and the upstairs bath was beautifully remodeled. The master bed had a broken board, squeaked loudly and the mattress sagged. Easy fix. The views from the upstairs deck are stunning, however the decking isn’t extremely stable (needs to be reinforced) and there are no furnishings on the deck. It is such an amazing outdoor space that more should be done with it. It would be perfect for lounging, sunning, ping pong, etc. The Tesla solar system and Starlink WiFi were perfection. A/C units in each bedroom and in living room cooled spaces well. Check-in was very easy and instructions were great. Lourdes was extremely friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

Excellent home on the edge of El Yunque. Beautiful family home with so much character. We had a large group with kids and the children loved the outdoor spaces. The covered patio for morning coffee and evening enjoyment was amazing.

Sergio has been a great host. Very proactive, met us in the house and showed all the details. He provided very detailed instructions and suggestions for the best places on the island including beaches, attractions, stores, restraints. The location is outstanding. it is about 30 minutes from San Juan and airport and closed to El Yunque Forest and Fajardo. The local beach was too wild for us and we chose Luquillo that was just 30 minutes drive. On weekdays, it was perfect. We went there 3 times. To stay in this place you would need a car. Driving was fine. A lot of traffic around San Juan area but, otherwise, people are driving similar as in New York. The place itself was fine for us. Plenty of space for two couples. A lot of wild life around. Be ready for cats, dogs, chicken, and birds. I would recommend this place if you are looking for active and relaxing vacation.

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

My family of four stayed at Ricardo’s place and had a perfect time. The place is safe, clean, and convenient for anything you want to do in Rio Grande and nearby spots; plus it is near a grocery store and drug store so you can get everything you need very easily. It had enough room and the kids loved all the video games, board games, and pool. Ricardo was an extremely responsive and helpful host. He ensured we were able to check in and check out easily and he responded to any of our smaller questions during our stay promptly. I’d recommend this home to anyone staying in this area.

Rafael’s place is such a gem. There is nothing like waking up in the morning to a beautiful Puerto Rican view. The location was great and close to restaurants and beaches. It felt one with nature, listening to coquis at night.

Just one word...spectacular! Lisa and Ryan are the most incredible hosts. Beyond my expectations, their attention to detail and cleanliness was superb! The meals are fabulous, hope you stay a couple days to try everything! They gave special love and attention to my puppy. She loved it here. Thanks to you both for my most memorable stay! Until we meet again in your slice of paradise!

My family and I travel to PR yearly. We had orrignally booked at a different listing that turned out to not be a fit for my family despite the good reviews. There were too many issues that shouldn’t have been knowing your space is being used by anyone. I travel with husband and two toddlers. Sebastian’s place was a quick find, but also the perfect fit. Clean and well maintained residence, nice views of the area, responsive and near the areas we usually go to. Wish I would’ve booked here first! He worked with us and helped the trip to end well. The host/listing makes all the difference when you travel abroad and I’m so happy we got to experience a good outcome with Sebastian.

We stayed for 4 days and although the surrounding area outside the Villa was questionable, you can’t beat being right on the beach! After speaking with ubers and what not, it is not in the safest area but you probably won’t do much in that spot anyway. It was such a cute apartment and we were all happy with our stay! Fredy and Suany kept me updated the entire time and were responsive when needed! 10/10!

My family and I stayed in Eduardo’s place for 4 nights and it was great. The apartment was spotless and looked better than the pictures. It had all the amenities a family could need. When you arrive, it feels like a hotel. We found it challenging to find a nice restaurant for dinner nearby. Most restaurants weren’t open after 6pm and the ones that were mainly sold fried food. We drove to San Juan for dinner most nights. Otherwise this place was perfect and I would stay there again.

Veronica was an amazing host! She was very responsive, making communication effortless, and her place had everything we needed and more. The thoughtful touches and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

This Airbnb exceeded every expectation! My group of eight stayed here for a golf tournament, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The home was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and breathtaking views. It was the perfect retreat after long days on the course. The location was unbeatable—minutes from Grand Reserve, Bahía Beach, and El Conquistador, plus easy access to beaches, restaurants, and El Yunque. Everything we needed was close by. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was our host, Iris. Her outstanding hospitality and quick communication made us feel right at home. She provided great recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. If you’re visiting Río Grande, stop searching and book this place now. Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

An absolutely fantastic AirBnB experience! The house is in a perfect location - close enough to beaches, shops and restaurants, and the rainforest, yet it feels a million miles away. The outdoor covered terrace has a breathtaking view of the hillside, while you are serenaded by the beautiful sounds of all types of wildlife. Felipe is a wonderful host! He quickly responded to any questions we had, and he is a such a kind, generous man. This is truly a nature-lover’s paradise.

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

Unique location in the rainforest. Beautiful, interesting plants everywhere you look around the house. Birds accompany the morning and coquis in the evening. Not easy to find the first time. Had great seafood in Rio Grande and Luquillo. Not sure how comfortable the living room couches would be for sleeping but the two beds on the first floor were very nice. We’d happily return!
