The accommodation is a small officetel located on the top floor of a 15 story building in the northern part of Suwon overlooking a buzzing street which for me was really relaxing. Also in the afternoon the sun beautifully shines through the window directly on the bed. It is just a 15min walk away from Ajou University where I needed to go. The place has all the amenities needed for a short- or even long-term stay. I was alone and had plenty of space. It will also be big enough for two persons but could get crammed at times. The building was a bit hard to find but that was probably on me for not being familiar with Korean addresses. I recommend inputting the original address in Hangul into Naver Maps.

벌써 여기만 연박까지하면 7번째 머무는 곳입니다. 침구류가 진짜 편안하고 깨끗해서 꿀잠자고 암막커튼까지 완벽하여 잘때 방해가 아예 없는 곳입니다. 의자도 일회용도구들도 넉넉하고 물도 센스있게 준비되어져 있고 특히 옷스팀 다리미도 있어 출근할때 편했어요~ 2층에 침구류도 있어 인원추가하시면 여러명 거뜬할거 같아요~ 청결도가 10000% 인곳입니다!

Was at the core of everything and easy to commute to anywhere. The location was perfect, with convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport options. The space itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth stay. Loved to stay in this space and town! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a central, cozy spot to enjoy the area!

This lovely apartment is totally renovated, has a stylish minimalist K-style Interior with ultra comfortable mattresses and so much love to Detail. Really everything was there: from the Welcome package on the bed with cute baskets carrying towels, drinks and little candies. To the Glass Coffee Grinder and Kids toys in the dining area. The large Air Purifier to assure great air quality. The little amenities like band aid, disinfectant, Charging cables for multiple phone plugs. The Design and the color arrangement, the little decoration well placed here and there ~ the location is a true Gem! The Neighborhood is also fun and entertaining with all varieties of shops right outside the home, like a Homeplus Express, Multiple Coffee shop Chains, Bakeries and restaurants... you just need to step outside the home and you have all possibilities to eat & drink. It is also very silent and the place was definitely extremely well designed. Modern K-Style Interior aesthetic ~ Its here!

가족여행을 처음으로 airbnb로 숙소 예약을 해보았는데 숙소 컨디션 너무좋습니다. 다만 주차공간이 suv로 들어오기에 좀힘든거빼곤 다 좋다고 하셨습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 다시 예약하고싶은 곳입니다

Amazing and peaceful stay! The property was full of heritage, thoroughly cleaned and extremely private. It was also amazing that we get to see the hot air balloon flying up and down as part of the amazing view. Location wise it was located up a steep hill, which as fun, and within walking distance to hwasong fortress and some convenience stores, and the famous suwon fried chicken street. Our host was very respectful of our privacy but so hospitable! Thank you for sending us the juices during our stay. Host also put in extra effort of leave a map for the surrounding for us. We stayed with a 3 year old and it was super child friendly with bath tub, high chair, utensils, water dispenser. 10/10 stay, we’ll definitely be back.

This is my second time staying at this apartment. I love it because the apartment is very spacious and Great location! 5 mins walk to train station, great food and shopping. Brian is a great host. Would love to come back here again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Excellent location around the corner from a police station. Short walk from train, buses, tons of restaurants cafe and shopping The space was amazing. Cozy and modern, bright, clean, amenities and very thoughtful. Our family with kids had everything we could ever need. The host was very responsive, friendly helpful!

숙소는 공항철도 역에서 아주 가깝고 호스트님은 친절하고 신속한 응답으로 궁금증 도와주시고 무엇보다도 우리가 도착했을때 비가 왔는데 차로 픽업도 해주시고 체크아웃 할때도 시간여유를 두고 체크아웃 해도 된다고 하셔서 아주 감사했습니다. 다음에도 이숙소에 재방문 확실합니다

Eun was really responsive and helpful. The location is close to bus and subway stations. It was very quiet and comfortable.

인왕산 자락 및에 아름답게 리모델링한 빌라의 꼭대기층. 내부 인테리어가 매우 인상적임. 서촌의 조그만 래스토랑 및 공방이 많아 즐길거리가 많음.

Taehong’s place was an excellent stay for a trip to Seoul, centrally located in the heart of Seoul with easy access to Seoul station and lots to see and do in the area. He was an amazing host, very helpful and responsive!

It always felt like home for me throughout my stay for 2 months. The room is cozy and clean with everything I needed, and the host responded and managed it very quickly whenever I had any request. The neighborhood is a beautiful, calm and very local Korean residential area with good transports of a subway and buses. The internet is fast and stable. I will definitely come back!

I would stay here again where my family and I felt so right at home. The large kitchen island, great living room layout, Master bedroom with 2 twin beds, it's a lovely place for 6 people to stay comfortably. Not only was the location excellent, the view of the place since it was the penthouse of the building, it felt really good to look out of the windows in the morning and at night time! Highly recommend!
