Alina’s home was a clean beautiful spacious property. Lots of room for our party of 5. We loved both the enclosed and open air decks and we made great use of the fire pit at the end of our evenings. And let me tell you if you are a stargazer you are in for a treat. Just beautiful!

My youth kids loved staying at Brittany's listing. It was the perfect place to be at where we could hang out and play games after our ski trip. We made a lot of memories and loved the space. The only thing that wasn't the best (which this is not their fault AT ALL), was trash removal. In the territories we had to take our trash to a compound, which was fine, just slightly inconvenient. We will 100% see if the Toasted Marshmallow is available next time we come on a ski trip!

Alex was a Great host! His lake house was clean and cozy.. The view was beautiful! My children and I really enjoyed ourselves.. Thanks Alex!!

Deb's home was charming, and it included a Christmas tree and other holiday touches. Several times throughout the weekend, my husband and I and our friends (two other couples) mentioned what a great house this was. We could all easily gather at the dining table as well as in the living room. This home was a well-kept house--all appliances worked, the water was plentiful and hot, and the lights were more than adequate. One could tell the owners cared for this home. On top of everything else, we could easily walk to downtown with all of its shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at Deb's home.

Gingers place was absolutely gorgeous! Had everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend to anyone. I cant wait to go back.

What an amazing place!!! It looks exactly like the pictures and hasn’t the coziest atmosphere with so many amenities. The hosts were incredible- going above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed as a family of 6 with 2 kids for the weekend. The home is clean, lots of space. We stayed for a weekend only, so did not use the Territory amenities, but there is plenty to do in house. Lots of board games and pool table downstairs kept everyone busy. Galena is 15 min drive only. The house has everything you needed inside. The host is super responsive! Thank you !

Sandra's home is beautiful! Spacious, tastefully decorated. The home is situated on a sloping hill with trees & flowers to enjoy. One can sit out on the back deck which overlooks all of this beauty and enjoy their morning coffee or evening glass of wine in peace. Sandra is warm & friendly. If your looking for a specific thing she provides guidance. It's also very rare to find a place that includes breakfast but she does and oh what a breakfast! Sandra is an excellant cook and you won't need lunch! Beds are quite comfy and if your as lucky as I was fall asleep to an owl hooting, something you'll never hear in the city. Overall it was a great getaway and well worth the money!

Of all the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at, this was definitely one of the most homey feeling ones and Garrett was a fantastic host, incredibly accommodating and friendly. We came for the weekend to visit Galena, but instead ended up spending all of our time in Scales Mound and the other surrounding little country towns, such as Elizabeth, because the peaceful surroundings and stunning views were just too good to pull away from. We would come back again for another unplugged weekend here!

We enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean, beds are very comfortable and it was very quiet. I would highly recommend for a group of 3 or less. The stairs are steep but we didn’t have any problems as there are great rails in either side. Best place I’ve stayed in since coming to Galena for the past 10 years.

We had a lovely stay at Kapil’s home. We had 4 adult couples for a weekend get-a-away. The home is spacious, with a large great room on the main floor. We cooked most meals in the kitchen and found all the necessary tools, utensils, etc. The views are spectacular. Each bedroom is an en suite, which was really great for privacy. Kapil thought of every detail - coffee, sugar, tea bags were all provided. Shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper was also provided. Washer/dryer in the home as well. Each bedroom also had a nightlight, which was very helpful! The game room is a fun addition. Lastly, communication with Kapil was great. He’s very responsive, polite, detailed and clear. He responded within minutes each time I had a quick question. I would highly recommend staying at this Galena Get-a-Way!

A beautiful place with lots to do. From the fishing pond to the fun stiff in the basement to the great outdoor space, my family had a wonderful time.

Came here with 8 close friends for a weekend to hang out/catch up. There was plenty of space to accommodate all the eating, cooking, talking, puzzles, sleeping, towels and showering space for after hot tub hangouts. The beds were very comfortable and I couldn’t get over the beauty of the woods surrounding the house! We never needed to reach out to the hosts, but they reached out to us just to make sure things were going ok. Very good instructions and clear signs as needed (WiFi QR code, light switches labeled, reminders about septic system). Clearly top notch hosting team

Phil's place was fantastic. Exactly how it was described and very clean. Phil's communication was very timely and helpful. I highly recommend booking with him.

This was just a great experience from start to finish. Beth was so friendly, helpful, responsive, and flexible, offering tons of suggestions for activities, helping out with any minor issues and basically reading our minds. And her place is perfect—cozy, private but close to town, has everything you’d need and more (so many activities for kids!!). We loved the hot tub, access to the community center, and it’s only a ten minute drive into town. And my kids loved the bunnies they saw hopping around the backyard every day. Can’t wait to come back—thank you so much!!

The place is very beautiful and cozy, with many areas to share and plenty of blankets available for everyone. The only thing I should mention is that the sauna doesn’t work, and the hot tub takes several hours to heat up. For example, if you plan to use it at night, you’ll need to turn it on a few hours earlier to allow it to warm up. They are a bit stricter than usual with cleanliness and order rules, but it’s worth it because it’s a very nice place to share, offering many options for family and friends to enjoy together, such as board games, ping pong, etc.

A wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. We experienced quite a bit of snowfall during our visit, which made everything even more magical—the house, set against the woods and rolling hills of the Galena Territory, felt like a true winter wonderland. We loved the wood-burning fireplace, and our kids had a blast with the basement games. The sunrise view from the second-floor bedroom windows was unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Just an all-around awesome stay—thank you!

Great place for a Galena stay! Beds were very comfortable and the home is beautiful. Will definitely want to stay here again if available and we schedule another trip to Galena!
