Todo espectacular lindo….

Nos encantó la ubicación, justo frente a la playa, solo cruzabas a la cera del frente y ya estabas en el balneario de Rincón. Especificamente el apartamento también queda justo al lado de la entrada al edificio, por lo q el acceso es bien fácil para la entrada y salida. Si quieres ir a la playa a pie...está super accesible. Igualmente a la piscina. Sales del apartamento y justo de frente tienes la piscina del complejo. Todo a un pasito. El parking asignado, igualmente a un pasito. De verdad q todo super fácil para disfrutar de esas amenidades. En cuanto al apartamento, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Tenía de todo lo q necesitabamos. Nos pareció una estancia maravillosa y de seguro volveriamos. Nos encantó.

We loved staying here! The location was great for our 2 night stay. We were able to explore Rincon and Aguadilla in an afternoon. Access to the garage was very nice and we felt extremely safe here. The air conditioning was nice and cold and the space was very clean with lots of travel info to browse through. morning coffee on the balcony was the best way to start our day. David was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

We loved our stay here. We have stayed in many of the different condos at this resort and have loved them all. We really enjoyed the extra large balcony with the amazing view of the ocean! We also appreciated having 4 beach chairs and a cooler to use while we were there. There were plenty of extra towels and bedding/blankets. The air conditioning and hot water both worked great! Also there were some water bottles and snacks when we arrived which was so great because we got in at 1am and had zero food or drinks in the morning. We were so grateful to have something to get us by.

We were only there for one night but we loved it, clean, excellent location, and Hector was very communicative. 100% recommend

omgosh this was the perfect getaway!!! Danny was easily the friendliest host, just person in general so that was super refreshing!!! when I had a question he responded ASAP!!! and he gave good recommendations of somewhere to go dancing for my birthday. The home was spotless and we had everything we need. we had a super early flight and Danny was able to accommodate us at 3 am 😅 the beaches around and the food were everything!!! will be staying here again for sure on my next trip

This gem is even better than what you see in the photos. And is honestly my favorite AirB&B over the years. It was perfect for our family, especially with havhing kids. The beach right in front of the condo was clean, inviting and beautiful. The condo itself is gorgeously decorated, clean and has everything you need. The owners were extremely responsive, and accommodating in every way, making this trip one of are all time favorites. The back patio is a dream at sunset and you literally feel like you are in paradise every time you step out. Even the condo security guards are sweet and helpful. Thank you!!! We will be back!

We were here for 3 weeks. We loved the location, being a short drive to many beaches and good restaurants/food trucks. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with the exception of a rooster or two. The bed was pretty comfy, even for my super picky hubby. The kitchen is basic- a cooktop, microwave, and toaster. But it works well enough for 2 people. The washer and dryer were a huge plus! We had a small water issue, but Ramilda was super quick to respond. Also, we made 3 new 4-legged friends with the neighborhood dogs who joined us on every walk we took. They look a little intimidating, but are actually all very sweet. Overall, this was a great place, great value, and we’d definitely recommend it for a short or long stay.

Nelida is an extraordinary host! If you are looking for a place near Rincon, Anasco and Mayagüez this Airbnb has everything you need. I highly recommend Cozy Modern Blue Home. "Is like been home out of home"

It was absolutely beautiful. This home is perfect for families, and it’s in a great location. You feel safe, there are so many places nearby, and the town is gorgeous. This location was spotless, and there were great amenities available such as towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. I would recommend this airbnb 110%. I would love to return here for my future stays. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured and even bigger than we expected! 5 minute walk to the beach and to some great restaraunts! Super short drive to rincon downtown or other cool beaches around for surfing or snorkeling! The balconies and rooftop were so nice at night and in the morning! Loved the outdoor shower and bathroom! Would absolutely recommend!

This was our 2nd time staying at Victors and my family absolutely LOVES this house. We truly feel it’s our home away from home. Make sure you ask for the Google Coordinates when you come. The home is well aired and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and aside from a few mosquitos that come in from the outside, Victor takes pride in the cleanliness of the home and keeps it immaculate. The area is close to many beaches, restaurants and shops. When the island had a blackout, Victor was proactive in starting the home’s generator. The only issues we had were the bugs, bees and mosquitoes outside the pool area which is hard to control. I recommend getting some kind of spray during your stay.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations in Rincon. The house is amazing. Everything was like new - super clean. They even had a welcome board with our name - The kitchen is fantastic. The living room area and the dining section is beautiful... and balcony is the best relax place ...it is a retreat location. The bedrooms were spotless and clean - same as the bathrooms ...I felt like we were in a five-star hotel. The service and the interaction with Laura was amazing. And the most important thing is that you do not have to worry if there's no light or Electric SERVICE in Puerto Rico. This house is actually Serviced by their own electrical panels which allowed for electrical service regardless of electricity in town. Our satay was the best ! We recommend this place like no other .... 100/100. Excellent

If you’re a surfer, this place is for you! Right in between all of the best surf breaks. Clean house and very nice host. Highly recommended

Mark was a great communicator and very responsive to our messages. House had everything we needed and an amazing view. Relaxing to the ocean waves was a perfect way to spend our time there. Great area with some really good restaurants within walking distance at the top of the hill. Would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others!

What an amazing sunset views and great recommendations of restaurants and things to do around Rincon by the host. Will definitely plan to come back here. The host was very accommodating for a late checkout when my wife was not feeling well.

Place is great. Quite. close to everything. and nice swimming beach in the back walking distance! so much better than beating thr crowds at the famous beaches! awesome place!

Excelente apartamento, muy limpio, céntrico y lo más importante para mi súper seguro. Todo con seguridad para dejar el auto y entrar a las facilidades. Es hermoso, la vista, el ruido del mar es espectacular. La verdad que me encantaría volver muy pronto.

I love to return to Casa Cotorra, immaculate apartment, extraordinary amenities and it close to supermarkets, a bakery and Rincon beaches.

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
