We enjoyed our stay at Nicole’s place! The house was clean and worked great for our girls weekend. Nicole was helpful and proactive about helping with broken WiFi during our stay and we were able to fix the issue in minutes. One note is that the outdoor spaces are quite worn/unkempt and do not look like the photos (i.e. turf coming off the fence, rug ripped into pieces, etc) but that was no problem for our group since it was raining for much of the weekend.

I hesitated a little bit before giving a rating for our stay. We've had 3 problems over 4 nights, but i can understand that they are linked to external factors, not likely to reoccur, and David handled them well. First issue was the temperature in the apartment. It was abnormaly cold for Texas, and the inside temp when we arrived was 58°F (14°C). Seems like the thermostat was giving issues. But there was 2 extra portable e-heaters that once plugged in warmed up the place within hours. Then the next morning there was no water. Seems like a pipe burst outside. It was also fixed in a matter of hours. Last, the appartment has a washer and dryer, but seems like the washer was down. However David let us use one from another unit. The place is nice, clean, and has all the equipment and ammenities you need for your stay. The location was what we needed. It was pretty quiet. David was quick to answer on our requests. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Given the opportunity we would stay again

Clean and cozy - close enough to all major Fort Worth attractions but still out of the city for it to be a bit more calm!

I had a wonderful stay at Mary’s Airbnb during my recent trip to Dallas. This was my second time staying here, and it was just as cozy and comfortable as I remembered. The space is well-kept and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for my commute to and from the FIG – a huge plus! Mary is a fantastic host, always responsive and accommodating, which made the stay even better. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas, and I’ll definitely be back!

Great stay

Edina is a wonderful host. Her condo is as described in a well-established complex. Skylights in the vaulted ceiling added to the spacious feel of the living room. We hope to return to this quiet spot when we visit again!

Great location with plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. Was clean and neat, and very functional. Wonderful place close to many parts of Dallas.

Great location if you want to be in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and need to bounce around. I had a lot of visiting and was 20-30 mins from anyone and everything. Felt more at home than my home to be honest because of all the traveling I do. I know if I ever want to come back to TX to visit the in-laws and they can’t house me I hope this place is available because I loved it.

Ali Nicole was very responsive and very helpful. She is a kind person. The place is spacious and located well in the Dallas area; close to good crossroads and easy access to the highway. Groceries and other stores are a two minute walk! I found her place to be ultra comfortable and has more than everything. The master bedroom bed is the most comfortable I have slept in. The grounds of the complex are so interesting, great for your dog to sniff and explore. Very safe area and friendly people. Ali Nicole was so accommodating for my dog!!

Great for my family. Very clean, place felt like home, the beds were soooo comfy. She had great products in the bathroom for us to use and ample towels. The storage space was great.

Great apartment with lots of parking. Very clean and good amenities as well. Will stay again if available on a future trip.

Couldn't ask for a better host than Quinn. Great location. Not counting traffic depending on the event, a 10 minute drive to AT&T Stadium. Place was clean and had tons of amenities which we did not necessarily need, but was a nice surprise. Only down-side was that it was a third floor and my wife has mobility issues, but the unit was near the stairwell and close to parking. Also, Quinn was nice enough to help with a suitcase on check-in, was super responsive, and lots of other small gestures, so it was definitely still 5 Stars from us and we are Superhosts ourselves.
