We enjoyed our stay! The location was only 0.6 miles to the Historic Ballpark, so we had a lot of options without needing to worry about parking. The place was clean and comfortable, and was quiet due to it being above the separate garage in the back. Woudl definitely;y stay here again! Thanks, Carrie!

Molly's place is adorable and as advertised. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. There are lots of great restaurants, bakeries and coffee spots within a 1-2 block radius (in all directions). Highly recommended!

I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

I recently had surgery at Duke hospital, and couldn't have picked a better place to recuperate. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and serene. I was accompanied by my sister and brother-in-law, who had their own bedroom and bath as did I. The beds were plush and comfy, as were the bath linens. I so enjoyed taking daily walks through the nearby cemetery. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The hosts were very responsive. The location is extremely convenient. Check in and check out were as smooth as cream. There were tenants in the apartment above, and their movements were easily heard. However, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Halley and Will’s place is absolutely perfect. During my longer stay here I fell in love with Durham. They were always responsive and I appreciated the book in the unit with local recommendations. Can’t say enough about how at home and peaceful I felt here. Clean, safe and comfortable, and in a very walkable part of town. I spent many fun nights at Louella’s and lovely mornings getting coffee down the street. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space!

Close to Duke Hospital in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and updated. Our family was able to relax comfortably and fit our needs perfectly.

We would definitely stay again. It was well appointed and served our purposes well while there to see 4 colleges. It’s close to lots of places to eat. Wish we’d had better weather to enjoy the back yard.

Beautiful and large home with generous space which ideal for families or a group. The neighborhood is quiet at night. It is probably walkable but we did not take advantage of that. Sam was helpful via messaging.

We were in Durham for a family gathering. Everyone who stayed at Brad's house were very pleased. The house is spacious, clean, neat and had everything we needed. Brad was helpful every step of the way...and we had lots of questions! We like to walk and the location is blocks from downtown...making for a pleasant walk. We highly recommend this house for your visit to Durham.

Second time staying here. We were just as happy as the first time. The place is exactly like what is pictured. Very nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chelse's place. First, the location was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops (highly recommend JuJu and Vin Rouge). The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. And the house was adorable with everything we needed there. The family room was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We would love to go back!

Rental unit was as described, very clean and easy to check in. Location is great - walkable to downtown. The bed was SO comfortable, and the linens were nice.

Linda’s condo was quite large and each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The kitchen was nice and big and well stocked with everything needed for cooking. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area. If I ever go back to this area, I will be looking to see if her place is available.

Enjoyed my stay. Place was quiet and close to the downtown area. I was able to easily access the highway and reach my work destination in minutes. Would stay here again when I’m in town.

This apartment is perfect for a couple, and the location is ideal for accessing Duke University. Lots of natural light in the apartment adds to the appeal. Very modern but still comfortable. A gem!

Sorry for the long message but Liz turned our bad situation into a pleasant 2 weeks. We had a home fire about a month ago and have been unable to stay at our home during repairs and fire mediation. We were in need of a place ASAP and Liz came to the rescue. She accommodated our early check l in request, and extended our reservations twice because of our repair timeframe taking a bit longer. I know that her business is to rent her property but she made sure to go above and beyond in actually being concerned about the progress of our home. I am pleased to say that we are back in our home and want to publicly thank LIZ for providing a property that felt just like home. We stayed here for 4 nights. The beds were comfy and the unit was very clean. Location is ideal - close to the Chapel Hill center but feels very private. We will come back again when in the area.
