We loved our stay! It was very easy to find, the location was BEAUTIFUL!!!

Amy and her husband are very friendly. It’s a very peaceful place as I lived in South Carolina and I travel up here to work for the time being I love studying at her place. This is the second week that I stayed. I will be staying there more. I enjoyed myself very friendly to talk to and she makes beautiful pottery, but as her place it’s sparkly clean very comfortable and warm and there is a local sushi restaurant and a pizzeria that I ate at that I haven’t enjoyed and will visit again.

We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks. Great location. Nothing we needed was more than 15-30 minutes away even though some destinations were in other towns. Condo was clean and quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much.

This apartment is a beautifully curated space equipped with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable extended stay. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, it offers a peaceful atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making it perfect for work trips. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Tyrone’s place. It was perfect and clean for our little stay! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Way better than a hotel! Plenty of room for the pups to run and play also! Thank you!

House is clean, beds are nice. Having the fenced in yard is great for the dog.

Only a quick overnight stay but we had motorcycles in the back of truck so the secure off street parking was a huge bonus for our stay. Very clean and comfortable stay.

The home was excellent for my family of 4 and walkable distance to almost everything in Kingsport. Max was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The space was very clean, and the backyard is a serene space for a group get-together or daytime lounging. I’d absolutely stay again.

Place was very nice and clean and decorated beautifully. The beds were really comfortable and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My family and I were looking for a place that would be perfect for my grandma to comfortably move around in and Jeff’s place was simply superb. Very accessible with all the kitchen appliances as well. It really felt like a second home by the end of the trip. Had a lovely time in Bristol thanks to the Magnolia providing a perfect home base for us. If we’re in the are again we’ll come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The covered carport was nice. The front porch light was excellent and the neighborhood was generally quiet and respectful. Mathew helped us with check-out and I really expect that we will be back.

it's always nice when you walk in a home that's not yours but yet you feel right at home that's the feeling I had if you have a chance I encourage you to spend the night

Sarah's condo was beautiful. The view from the porch was stunning. This was our 2nd time staying at Sugar Top & first time at her condo. She is excellent at communication as well!

Great place! Very clean and as described. 2 things wish I knew when booking: Tire chains and/or All Wheel Drive are a requirement. Sugar Top Resort was windy during our stay, which means you can hear all sorts of air vents banging from the fireplace. This was incredibly annoying at night, and would keep a light sleeper awake. We talked to other guests in the elevator about this and it seems an issue for the whole resort.

Very attentive host and even though I made the reservation at the last minute when I arrived my car was already registered at the security guardhouse and the apartment was impeccable and has a unique view of Sugar Mountain!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect - just a 7-minute walk to the slopes, making it super convenient. The place was incredibly cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the fireplace, which made our evenings warm and relaxing. We would love to come back again!

Your place was very lovely. It was very clean and I hope we left it without any issues and followed your check out instructions. Unfortunately the pool and Jacuzzi was out of service due to them doing renovations but that was ok and we understood, stuff like that has to happen from time to time. I have stayed at many Air BnB’s over the past ski season and no one communicated like Julia and Simon. Although I could not make check in right on time because of my job, they let me know that I could’ve checked in 5 hours early! Also, Julia and Simon were the only host to check up on me and my girlfriend to make sure our stay was perfect. The huge hot tub in the bathroom is super nice and the view is amazing. Prior to me leaving my place here in East TN, I had ingredients packed so my girlfriend and I could make dinner. Well lone behold, I forgot them. When I walked into Julia and Simon’s place, I looked around and in the cabinets and what not, and there were all the ingredients I needed! Garlic powder, salt, pepper, oil, etc etc. This place was amazing and I will 100% be back. Thank you again Julia and Simon, we really had a good time.

Great stay at Alexis's Air B&B! The condo was adorable - just what you want for a mountain/ski weekend. FANTASTIC location - could walk to slopes, tubing hill, the little Beech Mtn Village. Lots of thoughtful touches and amenities throughout the condo - boot warmers, chapstick, etc. The beds were very comfy and the sheets were very nice as well - made for a good night's sleep!

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.
