Fred's place was a great place to stay for our quick weekend trip. The space was clean and the perfect size for four people. The restaurant across the street is convenient and it's a quick drive to Kansas City.

This was by far the best place I have stayed. Beautifully decorated, spotless and it was stocked with everything you could think of. Lots of little touches like an umbrella, extra fans, and body scrubs for the jacuzzi tub. Cheryl and Steve were very friendly but gave us our privacy. Would highly recommend you stay here. There are also fun shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Brian was very responsive with anything I needed. There was one thing I needed from him in a timely manner and he jumped on it and took care of it. Highly recommend!

The apartment was wonderfully clean. She provided dishes, cookware, towels and washcloths, ice in the freezer, and even a laundry basket with information on where to find the facilities. A guide book was available with great information on local shops, restaurants and emergency info. Angie was great at communicating the info to get in the apartment, parking and check out requirements. The apartment is in a smaller neighborhood with some construction, but we never had any noise problems. The water pressure in the shower was amazing - better than home! It's really close to a grocery store, Target and gas stations. Only 30 minutes to anywhere really. I would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed at Nichole’s place and it was exactly as described. A clean and comfy home away from home. Check in was a breeze. Any questions we had Nichole answered promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was amazing! Clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could need. I highly recommend this place for families, as it came with multiple high chairs, pack n plays, and even a stroller! The neighborhood was quiet and close to an awesome park! We really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s! Her home was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful back deck and large private backyard in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well-appointed, and plenty of amenities were available throughout to make us feel at home. The location was central to a lot of different attractions in KC, with ample parking available for us at the house. Michelle was a thoughtful, responsive host, and she made us feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you for hosting us, Michelle!

We had a great stay at this location! It was perfect for our trip through town. The basement was spotless and very homey. There were lots of personalized touches like a book selection, local magazines and brochures, and extra items in the kitchen and bathroom.

Great place for two adults or two adults traveling with one or two kids. Exceptional value for money. 5 minutes to the Merc, ten minutes to Mass Street, 20 minutes or so to Clinton Lake. Particularly worth noting is that most Airbnb places say they have a "full kitchen" when they have skillet and a spatula. This is a FULLY equipped kitchen with pots, pans, mixing bowls, spices, and even a little cooking oil!

Perfect spot since our competition was just down the street. Loved the welcome sign! If ever have to come back, I would definitely stay here again!
