I really liked the clutter free space and tasteful design. The beds were comfortable. The area peaceful. Loved the fence backyard. The large kitchen table was great for all the board games we played. I liked the hand sprayer in the showers. Lot's of throw blankets. No bath soap or shampoo provided, so bring your own!

Enjoyed our quick overnight. Within 30 mins of getting there a family of 4 deer came to the front yard to greet us. Very quiet area and very relaxing.

The home was more then beautiful! Amazing views! Super clean and full of entertainment! Close to town center! And a great host! I stayed with the full family and will definitely come back

The home was cozy and pet friendly. Loved the cottage furnishings. Theresa was a gracious host who checked on us when we got there to let us know if we needed anything to call her. Check in and out was simple and easy. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful beautiful place but very hard to find! Needs better signage. You have to enter a road that’s closed and go down a sketchy private drive. Don’t attempt this at night.

Great little place in the neighborhood. Matt was very responsive as well as proactive with any communications. We would not hesitate to book again when in the area.

Very comfortable lots of space very relaxing would love to stay again

If you are looking for a perfect getaway around Boone this is the perfect spot. Lance is an incredible host, he fired up the sauna and the hot tub for us multiple times. The pond with the rock was a beautiful backdrop for our stay, def will be back in the summertime when we can swim. Love this place and will most definitely come back.

The place was truly breathtaking we thoroughly enjoyed the horse riding which was absolutely amazing now we're deeply inspired to move to the mountains this place is gorgeous you wake up to a stunning view of the horses we will definitely go back again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Tammy and Tim were such wonderful hosts and so kind! The space was beautiful and peaceful, they left lights on so our late night check in would be easier in the dark. The house was perfection and the welcoming committee by Chief and Ferdinand every morning was so enjoyable. We loved everything and can’t wait to come stay again!

Peter was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! He was also very accommodating for our needs. Thanks for everything you’ve done ! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place ! Very convenient location, beautiful neighborhood and very nice neighbors. Hot tub was amazing ! Plenty of space for everyone. This truly is a great spot !

Our family realy ejoyed our stay! Perfect location to explore Moutain City and surroundings. Loved the old round table for meals, kitchen is well stocked. Love the big porch, homey feeling in the whole house. Temple is a gracious host, very helpful with all my guestions! Would highly recomend this lovely farm house. Cathy

Truly a wonderful place to stay and the hosts were even better to deal with! We actually came across some abandoned puppies on our way to the house. They were so supportive of anything we needed to do to take care of them including taking them to the house and offering to come and help us with them if needed. We were able to contact a non-profit shelter who took the pups but we were so grateful of the owner's response to the issue at hand. Just a great experience all the way around and we will be back for sure! Constant communication and the best attitudes. The space was just as described and we enjoyed every minute with the home and the scenery.

Great hosts! Friendly. Helpful. Tons of cool books to read, lots of area maps, guides and books. A nice desk in an area with character. Thoughtfully stocked. Fresh eggs. Very beautiful property in a very beautiful area.

We absolutely loved this place as a get away for a couples’ weekend so much so that we are planning to return with our children this summer. It’s very homey and has everything you need to disconnect from things and relax. We can’t wait to return!

Chris's cabin and property are beautiful! We loved having the river right behind us to play in with our puppy. Everything with the cabin was great, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of wood for the firepit, charcoal for the grills, and an amazing view of the river and surroundings. Very private and very remote, I would strongly recommend having an SUV/all-wheel drive vehicle. We saw two black bears as we were driving back to the property which was fun to see (but glad they weren't any closer or on the property). Chris is very helpful with instructions for getting to the place, and was very responsive when we had questions. We definitely hope to go back and highly recommend this property!
