Donna's place was wonderful - a beautifully appointed space with every possible need anticipated and provided for. Donna was very friendly and communicative and gave clear instructions on how to find and enter the place. The neighborhood was beautiful, serene, and had a bus stop that made downtown Raleigh extremely accessible. Can't recommend enough, thank you Donna and Tim!

The cottage is within walking distance to great restaurants and bars, very well appointed, and is quite private. I plan on staying there again when in Raleigh

Ann was a great host! She was super helpful and cared about our stay. There was a lot of us and she accommodated any additional materials we needed. Bathroom has great water heat and pressure, plenty of room to play games and the AC units worked really great!

If I could give Arup and Krysta 10 stars I would. Their guest house is absolutely perfect, clean, and spacious. Arup and Krysta are incredibly kind people who made our stay very comfortable to where we felt right at home and did not want to leave. This was the first time where their bnb looks even better in person than the pictures.

My husband and I had a wedding to attend nearby and wanted to have a weekend getaway for ourselves. The location was perfect, the home exactly what we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great time at Matt's place. Nice quiet neighborhood. The place was cute and very clean. Great location for us..close to places we wanted to go to. Matt was a great host. Responded to any questions we had quickly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Raleigh.

Alison was amazing and very proactive making sure all was perfect. The place was very clean and spacious, kitchen had all that was needed! Hot tub was perfect and calming! Very central area to many places around. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful place on a peaceful street. This was perfect for the two of us and our dog for the week as we were moving to Clayton and before we closed on our house. Very clean and nicely decorated in a peaceful setting.

Came into town for a concert and Kelsey’s place was perfect for a quick, one night trip. The guest house was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again for sure!

This was the perfect spot to say the least. Upon entering there is the new smell that I love and it was immaculate! New hardwoods throughout and comfortable and cozy. Quiet neighborhood in a historic district! Lots to do in a short walk. Our host William was attentive and efficient. We will be back.Well worth the stay! Thank you

Great airbnb. Alan was super nice and communicative. The pictures do not do this place justice. We will be back and hopefully able to enjoy the incredible pool. Although Alan and his wife live on the property , we never felt as though we didn't have privacy or were being "watched". I generally do not book these type of airbnb's but I have no complaints, everything was perfect.

Can’t say enough great things about this space & the neighborhood. Initially drawn to the “walkability” to downtown, but was presently surprised by the neighborhood & location & found ourselves primarily spending time in Historic Oakwood. The sense of community and friendliness can’t be matched. The unit itself was in superb condition, brand new and beautifully decorated. You will feel right at home. We loved making coffee in the morning and going for a walk through the neighborhood..
