Insane location for an excellent price. We stayed for five weeks last minute after our first place we booked wasn’t clean or suitable for my family to stay for five weeks. Josie got us in last minute and I’m so happy she did. We discovered a beautiful area of Raleigh with our dogs and 3 year old son. Fenced in both back and front yard. The space was amazing and very clean large space with updated and clean bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and BONUS kids play room with tons of toys and books. A lot of pieces around that show they lived there, but this was welcome for us as nothing was missing. Book this, you will NOT find a place this good for this price in this neighborhood.

The place allowed for us to have a wonderful weekend with no problems or worries. Would recommend or stay there again.

This was a clean, comfortable place. The communication was wonderful! We were traveling with dogs, so the back fenced yard was greatly appreciated! It was also wonderful to have 3 bathrooms. Plenty of space, we never felt cramped even though we had 5 guests with us. Will stay here again when we return to North Carolina.

Our host was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive, flexible, and friendly! The place was amazing and fit the description. Worth every penny.

Deb's place was by far the best AirBnb I have stayed in to date. It was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished! The kitchen was great to cook in, the smart TVs were user-friendly, and the beds were SO comfortable! I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout, from the snacks provided to well-stocked cleaning items. I don't have kiddos, but the space was absolutely family friendly while still being a comfortable "home away from home" for those without children. The location was very convenient to Downtown Raleigh as well as the highway, so it made for a great home base for traveling around the Triangle. Would love to stay at Deb's again!

We took my daughter and some friends for her 16th Birthday. They loved the house. It was so spacious and very clean. They loved the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds.

Not only are Kelvin & Arthina just lovely people, but they are also two of the most kind & accommodating hosts I’ve ever stayed with! The home was clean and spacious and the location was very convenient for exploring Raleigh & the Triangle. Parking was super easy and always available. Fully stocked kitchen if you plan on cooking in the house with spices and everything. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Nice, cozy place to stay. If you’re looking for a place less than 5 minutes from downtown and affordable, this is the place to be! Great host and nice atmosphere.

I can’t say anything short of amazing. Joshua was extremely accommodating throughout the entire stay. He included everything we would need or had forgotten in the apartment. The place was also in a really good area!

Full disclosure: I am familiar with the general location. The unit was as advertised, with check-in a real breeze. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to any inquiries or requests I made. The neighborhood is very walkable, and this unit is set back from Daniels Street and far enough away from Oberlin Road & Wade Avenue such that you don't hear any street noise inside. There are bike lanes galore in this part of Raleigh. The Village District is less than a 5-minute walk and has multiple restaurants, shops, and even a fitness facility that will sell you a pass. (The Y is pretty close by, too.) This is a first floor unit, so you will hear footsteps when the tenant above is home (nothing out of the ordinary noise wise though). Also, if you like to cook a lot you may want to bring your own pots and such. (The unit has the basics covered nicely.) This unit is a real gem & a great value! I enjoyed staying here President's Day week. Thanks, Bob & Hal!

I enjoyed a long weekend at Kristals place! it looked just like the pictures, was clean, styling and had everything I needed. It was a wonderful jumping off place, centrally located in Raleigh - felt a close drive to everything I was looking to do. It is an older building so at times could hear neighbors, but was very quiet overnight and did not negatively impact my stay.

This was a beautiful place!!! Cleanliness is a BIG deal to me and this place was practically spotless! Huge shower/tub, huge tvs, beautiful bedroom and living room and free of clutter. They also provided extras like soap, floss, qtips. A plus was it’s a gated community!!! I felt very safe at night and my kids and I walked to several restaurants with no issue! There is even a Publix in walking distance. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe which was also important to me and even the neighbors were friendly as I had to ask a few some questions The only thing was the shower head is too far up. I’m very short so it was hard to get and the angle allows water to come out the back all on the floor . Also even with pictures it still took me awhile to find the keys - it’s a black pouch and not a box and it was tucked behind the drain pole which was hard to see… but I get it’s for privacy. Otherwise this is a 10/10 spot !!!! I will definitely stay again if I come back to Raleigh !!! ☺️

The condo was perfect for our stay and is located is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The Village District is within walking distance which was very convenient. Michael's communication was on point and I would definitely reserve the condo again!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our family and attending NCAA basketball games! Great location for restaurants! Catherine’s place is well stocked with coffee/teas, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The home is nicely decorated and bedding is very comfortable. It’s very clean. We did have trouble finding our parking spot and contacted Catherine. She helped us out however I realized she sent explicit directions and pictures in her welcoming emails explaining this. If we would have just taken the time to read everything she sent. We did have trouble using the lock on the front door, even wiggling and giggling the door, so had to come/go using the locked back door. I shared this with Catherine and she shared that it can be finicky. Overall, for the proximity of restaurants and downtown, the rental was a good value.

I loved staying at Robbins place. Felt right at home, it was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Raleigh
