Very close to where I was working, so worked out very well. He was also very kind to extend me an extra day at the last minute.

I had such a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a cozy retreat. Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Matt was great to communicate with and had responded quickly when there was an issue with the WiFi. Appreciate the cleanliness and the eco friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy walk into downtown. We are enjoyed both of the food recommendations offered.

I was in North Carolina for business. My wife and I usually stay at a hotel when we visit each month, but this time we decided to look for a place through Airbnb, and I'm glad we did. Everything the owners described in the listing was accurate. I hope their property is available the next time I'm in town for work. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This is a great rental in walking distance to downtown and also close to greenways for running/walking cycling. Communication was great and the hosts had plenty of extra touches. Loved the WV charger situation—charged my model Y as quickly as my home charger. The bedroom with the desk has a bed that seems unlevel—perhaps a broken bedframe? The bigger bedroom bed was quite comfortable.

Our stay was great, house was everything we thought it would be. Cassandra was quick to get back to any messages I had more questions then anything...Will most definitely stay when back in the area.

Oana & Andy’s place was very cozy, nice and neat!! Convenient and easy to get to. The area is undergoing renewal…felt very friendly and safe. The place was as pictured and described…very well equipped and nicely decorated but not cluttered. We needed a family and dog friendly place and this was perfect…space to be together and space to retreat as well. Very communicative and helpful…highly recommend this place.

A perfect house for a weekend in Raleigh. We really appreciated being able to walk to Lincoln Theater and local restaurants downtown. Blount Street is busy, but once inside with the windows shut we never heard the traffic. The house is neat and clean and very welcoming. I was thrilled with how well stocked the kitchen is!!! There was a coffee maker and filters but don't forget to bring your own coffee. The bathrooms were all clean the Linens were fresh the house was well kept. My dog loves the big backyard and the fenced in porches, especially upstairs she loved to sit and watch. Having the barbecue out back was also great, we didn't use it but I hope to be back again. I would definitely stay here again, looking forward to our road trip to Raleigh next year!!

Tino’s place was the perfect last minute stay! Tino was so easy to work with and was accommodating to my needs. The home was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The outside space was perfect also. The outdoor activities (darts and horseshoes) as well as the covered sitting area were so inviting. Luckily I was visiting during a warm spell in March and was able to enjoy the outdoors. I will definitely be returning!

Rob was an awesome host! Very responsive both helpfully & timely. He offered suggestions and things to consider we didn’t even think of. Also, Rob’s place was a great location, basically a mile from anything you could need. Very close to the University and walking distance from a great farmer’s market! Thank you Rob!

Kimberley and her family are the best! From the moment we met it felt like they were family. The home is serene and so welcoming from the moment you walk inside. My husband and I liked to sit on the porch drinking our coffee and listen to the birds chirping. The neighbors were so nice as well. It’s such a great town and community! Also it is minutes away from the park and downtown Raleigh area which has a lot of restaurants!

Felt comfortable and at home. There was a bit of mildew smell on house, but on general it was clean.

This apartment is a block away from bars and restaurants on Glenwood Avenue. Great coffee is right across the street. Had a little trouble following the directions to get into the space, but if you follow the instructions and photos provided you should be fine. A very good value for an apartment in central Raleigh.

We couldn’t be more thankful for our time here. This place will forever be special as it is where we went for our honeymoon. Audra went above and beyond, and was so polite. Make sure to book here, you won’t regret it!

I loved the area. Restaurants right around the corner and easy access to downtown. I wish I had more time to be there.

Audra and Brad were great hosts who gave my partner and I a wonderful experience. We celebrated our one year anniversary there and everything was in their home was better than we could ever imagine. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet spot and one that promises comfort. I wouldn’t have chosen to spend time anywhere else!

Came for March Madness and college visits. Location was extremely convenient - 10 min/$10 uber ride to the games, 5 min to NC State, and 20-30 min to Durham and Chapel Hill. A plethora of good quality restaurants were all within a 15 min drive. The location was very quiet and peaceful and a nice getaway from the craziness of campuses and March Madness. Kiyonna was a wonderful host. Communication and logistics, check in and check out, were all very easy. She also provided some nice little treats upon arrival that were greatly appreciated. Beds and living area were very comfortable and it truly felt like home. The washer and dryer were handy as we got caught in the rain one day and were able to dry our clothes. Thank you for a wonderful, stress-free stay!
