Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Matt was great to communicate with and had responded quickly when there was an issue with the WiFi. Appreciate the cleanliness and the eco friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy walk into downtown. We are enjoyed both of the food recommendations offered.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, quiet, and in a great location—everything needed was within walking distance. The host was responsive and made the experience seamless. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or a convenient stay in the area. Would definitely book again!

I was in North Carolina for business. My wife and I usually stay at a hotel when we visit each month, but this time we decided to look for a place through Airbnb, and I'm glad we did. Everything the owners described in the listing was accurate. I hope their property is available the next time I'm in town for work. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The host was very helpful with everything. The place is cozy and pleasant. Notes regarding mostly everything is in the room.

I stayed at Dustin’s place for a conference. It is within comfortable walking distance to restaurants and the convention center. The place is very clean and comfortable.

The place was fantastic! Super easy to find, exactly as described, and a sweet spot. Looks just like the photos and had the feel of an old building with modern conveniences.

We had a wonderful stay during our trip and the apartment was the perfect home base for our exploration. Perfect location for day trips and walks to great landmarks and restaurants. The apartment was neat as a pin and very comfortable. We would highly recommend Kelvin and Arthina's apartment!

This home was perfect for our group of 13 ladies! We had a great time hanging out at the house when we weren’t at the convention center. Publix is about 1.5 miles away, restaurants not too far. It was perfect for our group and our stay. Thanks!!!

Great house in a lovely + quiet neighborhood. The fenced-in backyard is super convenient and there’s plenty to do within a short drive. Athena & Drew were quick to respond and helpful + proactive during our stay. This is a great place to work from home, hang out, etc!

Had a wonderful weekend here, the house was clean and it had everything we needed for basic home comforts. Kayli was so helpful and went above and beyond to be accommodating and it was so nice that she provided a list of kid friendly activities. Loved the spacious yard and the game room- we all had a great time!! Thank you!!

We loved the house and how responsive Tammy was. We live in Minnesota and came to Raleigh to celebrate my sister's birthday with her. We wanted to be able to have a comfortable outdoor experience and the house was perfect for this. We loved the screen porch, landscaping and the fire pit. Highly recommend to other travelers.

The house was exactly what we needed for our family. Conveniently located to get to anywhere in Raleigh within less than 20 minutes. Matt was wonderful and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

In town for an event at the convention center and Andrew's place was conveniently located. The space is beautifully updated -- we especially enjoyed the open kitchen!

I can’t say anything short of amazing. Joshua was extremely accommodating throughout the entire stay. He included everything we would need or had forgotten in the apartment. The place was also in a really good area!

This place was quite comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, plus it was walking distance to a grocery store and shopping center and short driving distance to lots more. It's in a very pretty neighborhood, too.

Full disclosure: I am familiar with the general location. The unit was as advertised, with check-in a real breeze. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to any inquiries or requests I made. The neighborhood is very walkable, and this unit is set back from Daniels Street and far enough away from Oberlin Road & Wade Avenue such that you don't hear any street noise inside. There are bike lanes galore in this part of Raleigh. The Village District is less than a 5-minute walk and has multiple restaurants, shops, and even a fitness facility that will sell you a pass. (The Y is pretty close by, too.) This is a first floor unit, so you will hear footsteps when the tenant above is home (nothing out of the ordinary noise wise though). Also, if you like to cook a lot you may want to bring your own pots and such. (The unit has the basics covered nicely.) This unit is a real gem & a great value! I enjoyed staying here President's Day week. Thanks, Bob & Hal!

Great place for us to stay as it was close to everything we were doing, and close to our family. Easy to find, easy parking, and easy to get in. I dont want to pay for frills so it was perfect for us. Had everything we needed with comfy beds and pillows

The condo was perfect for our stay and is located is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The Village District is within walking distance which was very convenient. Michael's communication was on point and I would definitely reserve the condo again!

This penthouse condo was well maintained, nicely appointed and extremely spacious. Conveniently located and walkable. Great collection of breakfast, lunch and dinner spots and a fun wine bar right next door. We certainly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our family and attending NCAA basketball games! Great location for restaurants! Catherine’s place is well stocked with coffee/teas, paper products, and cleaning supplies. The home is nicely decorated and bedding is very comfortable. It’s very clean. We did have trouble finding our parking spot and contacted Catherine. She helped us out however I realized she sent explicit directions and pictures in her welcoming emails explaining this. If we would have just taken the time to read everything she sent. We did have trouble using the lock on the front door, even wiggling and giggling the door, so had to come/go using the locked back door. I shared this with Catherine and she shared that it can be finicky. Overall, for the proximity of restaurants and downtown, the rental was a good value.

Lynne was responsive helpful, kind and accommodating. This is a beautiful and comfortable home. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly Recommend!
