Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

We loved the location and easy check-in! It was very convenient to several surrounding attractions and local stores/restaurants. It is in a neighborhood that is pretty large, with lots of safe places to walk. Steve was extremely proactive in all communication and very thorough with instructions! Beds were comfortable and outside noise was very minimal. Could have used a few more dishes and serving utensils but there was pretty much everything we needed as far as laundry, toiletries and household supplies. Overall a wonderful stay!

Great spot to stay at while visiting Boulder! Beautiful trails are right in the backyard, and the location is conveniently near CU and Table Mesa shopping areas. The space was perfect for an extended trip because of the small kitchen and fridge.

This stay was such a good trip. We were cozy at home when we first walked in. Would love to come and stay here again 🙏

Julie’s place is so cozy and cute. I appreciated the coffee and oatmeal provided! It was very quiet, but so close to the Hill, campus, and Chautauqua Park. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future if possible!

Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. We were within a 10 minute drive of amazing hiking and Pearl St. There is a convenient Safeway nearby that had all the groceries we needed for the week. The place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely would book again when we come back!

Great, private place. Perfect for unwinding after Boulder activities. Perfect place for parents/family (2 people) visiting CU students. Jen’s humidifier was very thoughtful and welcome! Easy to feel at home. Great little signs and notes to operate items (coffee, light switches, etc.) which was nice and appreciated. Definitely recommend.

This was a very nice place to stay on my last minute work trip. Really quiet neighborhood and peaceful inside the house.

This was one of the most comfortable Airbnbs I have ever stayed at! There were so many little extras like cozy blankets, toiletries, kitchen appliances, a sweet little basket of snacks and a note for our Volleyball players. There was plenty of room for our 2 families of 3 and a great hangout for our teens. We were so thankful to have a space to rest and hangout between games and not be stuck in a hotel room. It felt like we were staying a friend’s house! :)

Silvia's place was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. My daughter and her family live nearby and the place was big enough for our whole family to enjoy the holiday together.

Great location and space for our family for a few weeks. Well stocked kitchen, close to restaurants, and bike paths. Cute neighborhood. Felt like home.

The home was lovely and welcoming, and the yard was spectacular. The host is excellent and very responsive—they left us a variety of cookies from a local shop, a delicious little treat upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! All our questions were answered very quickly, whether we were communicating through text or the Airbnb app. As someone who has reactive dogs, this was the ideal place to stay as the backyard was totally fenced in and it made our trip a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here as it felt like a home away from home with everything that you could possibly need!

Kimberly was great! Super responsive and accommodating. Our son was sick and it was a very comfortable and clean place for him to recover out of his dorm, she even allowed us to check out late to allow him to sleep in a bit more. She was very caring and quick to respond.

It's hard to do justice to how wonderful this house is. It is huge--we are a family of five with three nearly-grown children who all want their own bedrooms but we like to hang out together a lot, and this house has two separate floors with plenty of beds. The beds are all very comfortable (my pet peeve is great places with bad beds) and the kitchen and bathrooms are all very well stocked. I loved the additional touches like the cool lighting, full coffee and hot cocoa provisionings, lots of bathroom items like disposable razors, cotton balls, and more. And the hot tub was fabulous--deep and hot, with tons of towels by the door. The washer and dryer work well too, and there is an LG Steamer that dries your shoes and clothes when you come in from the snow (I had never seen one of these and it was fabulous). Ellie and Hadi were incredibly responsive and very generous in giving us a late checkout. Overall, this house and the owners feel warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Had a great 6 night stay. Location is perfect. Easy to walk to Pearl, CU campus and shops (Sprouts etc.). Well stocked kitchen. Nice appliances. Beautiful linens. Small but nice bathroom with a rain shower. Washer and dryer was nice for a longer stay. Would recommend and hope to visit again. Street is busy/loud but quiet at night.

Good location for walking to downtown Boulder and to access Eldora skiing. Very clean and very quiet unit. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. We would stay here again with our kids.

A spacious condo in a fantastic location with a classy mountain vibe--the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with my wife! The hot tub a few feet from the gently flowing Fall River was a favorite. Everything very clean, with kitchen and bathrooms well-stocked. Super-close to RMNP. The host Maria was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Our new happy place in Estes! We hope to stay here again.

Eric’s place was incredible! The space was SO clean, incredibly cozy, had everything that I needed and could think of, and Eric was such a kind and responsive host. I loved walking the neighborhood in the morning and grabbing some local coffee and just looking at the mountains. The space is very well organized and I was so at peace being able to feel right at home the moment I walked in the door (which is hard when traveling a lot of times). Everything that one could think of that they would need, Eric provided. I will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

Of all the Airbnbs we have visited this was the best value because of the convenience, cleanliness and price. It is a well stocked, comfortably furnished bargain. There is a Lebanese restaurant that is fantastic two blocks away and many others just a little further. Add great Middle Eastern food to the package and you can't ask for more for the price.

Walking into the condo felt like our own private cabin with riverside access and easy parking. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the Fall River entrance to the park and close to the grocery store as well with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our host even sent a message with local recommendations. We had everything we needed and more. We were able to settle in comfortably. I loved that there were two full nearly identical bathrooms. Both bedrooms were excellent and the beds and bedding were comfortable. Our host was helpful and made sure we had everything we might need available. We loved the fireplace too!

This condo was perfectly located for our needs. We were in Boulder for the holidays and Kaela's place was in the ideal spot just blocks from my parents, my brother, the Sanitas Trail, the Ideal Market/Sweet Cow creamery/Beleza shopping area, the Pearl Street Mall, Spruce Confections and, and, and so many restaurants and shops. We walked most everywhere and slept well at the end of each day. While we didn't spend much time in the condo itself, when we were there it was easy.
