Fourth time staying here and we still love this place. This was a family-friendly staycation and there were three babies with us. I truly appreciated Host's gestures. During the first night, one of the main water pipe went burst, affecting the whole neighbourhood. This was something out of Host's control, and the government were actively resolving the issue throughout the night. Upon Host's awareness, they immediately went out to get us 20 litres of drinking water to ensure that the babies have clean water required for their milk. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again for more staycations like this. Love that the babies enjoyed the pool and went to bed early after having a fun day.

Has a great family gathering at this beautiful villa. It’s balcony is directly facing the lake. Great view. We are able to access to the lakeside through balcony. The villa is also equipped with lots of games and activities for family. Clean and spacious environment. Easy to park and the owner has prepared equipment for bbq and steamboat. Will definitely come again.

Super big and clean space! Loved the pool, slide and KTV!! Owner was super friendly and responds very quickly!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a water filter that dispenses by hot and cold water and clean towels. My kids enjoyed the water play inflatable in the garden and the toys in the house. Sunway citrine, a family friendly mall with a supermarket and restaurants is just across the road which makes it super convenient. Legoland is also a short 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

It was our 1st Airbnb and we were skeptical at first, however it was amazing! Our family did not want to leave the villa as it had everything in it. Our family had 6 children from ages 1 to 9 and the house accommodated to all of them. Host thought of everything as he had: - Inflatables ready - Inflatables pump - Water filter(hot & cold) for our consumption - Workable BBQ pits - Ashtray outside at the garden - Lots of rubbish bin - Shampoos and body wash There was a security camera placed around the exterior of the house. We loved that everyone was on the 1st floor of the house, allowing our families to mingle and be close to each other throughout the stay. Will definitely be back!

One of my favourite homestay. BIG & SPACIOUS! All 6 bedrooms with own air conditioning & bathroom with water heater. Kitchen with complete cooking utensils. Jane's place is warmth, cozy, clean & strategic location in JB. Nearby Stulang Laut, Plaza Pelangi, Danga Bay, KSL Mall & JB's town. Lots attractive places nearby. Thank you Jane for the lovely home, fast responsive and for the Aidilfitri complimentary food, beverages & decoration. Definitely will be my second time on my next staycation!

Great host - Simple Place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at here. The location was perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. Puan Hayati was a fantastic host, always helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return on my next visit to JB. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Spacious and clean as in photos, owner responded fast and gave clear instructions on how to check in. Left a wallet behind and owner contacted us to get it back! 👍👍

I recently stayed at this Villa Quek homestay for a Raya gathering and had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The owner, Dave, was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. A deposit was required upon booking, which I found completely fair, and to my surprise, the deposit was promptly refunded right after checkout without me even having to ask. When we checked in, we noticed there was no microwave (it had been damaged by a previous guest), but the house did come with an air fryer. However, when I mentioned that I needed a microwave, Dave went above and beyond—he bought a brand new one and had it installed during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this homestay. Great service, great space, and a very thoughtful host!

The location of the airbnb is in a gated guarded community. Do not have to worry about the safety aspect and it is a quite community. The house was big, spacious and clean. Recommended for large groups.

Host very responsible and quick response. The bulb in one of the toilet not functioning and the host immediately sent technician to fix on the next day. Definitely will stay here again.

We came here due to business trip in Sutera Mall, Skudai. Location wise, it is 5 min to the mall and within walking distance have shop lots for anything you needed. The Room are big enough for us. Everything in the house are good in condition and have everything we needed. Clean are good as well, all the bags are well prepared for us to replace daily. Basic Kitchen Essential are prepared even our coffee finished, owner willing send over. It is a recommended place for group of people.

24/7 mini Mart 24/7 clinic 24/7 restaurants petrol station, ATM , all the necessary things on walking distance there's is neighbors both sides very quiet.
