We were a group of students traveling to the area for a conference. The setup of the house suited us perfectly and is as described/photographed. Eric responded very quickly to everything and there was milk, cereal, drinks and more for us to use, which was ideal. Loads of bathrooms and the fans and aircon all worked well. Thank you very much Eric.

Fourth time staying here and we still love this place. This was a family-friendly staycation and there were three babies with us. I truly appreciated Host's gestures. During the first night, one of the main water pipe went burst, affecting the whole neighbourhood. This was something out of Host's control, and the government were actively resolving the issue throughout the night. Upon Host's awareness, they immediately went out to get us 20 litres of drinking water to ensure that the babies have clean water required for their milk. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again for more staycations like this. Love that the babies enjoyed the pool and went to bed early after having a fun day.

Extremely responsive and friendly hosts/management team. We booked the transportation to and from Singapore with Hometel as well and the communication was spot on. It was not easy coordinating 21 people on 4 different vehicles but Hometel made it possible. The villa was spotless and the rooms were nice and spacious with more than ample space for 21 grown adults. Only thing was that there were many mosquitoes all over the estate, so do come prepared with insect repellent! I would highly recommend this villa and especially the team handling it!

Place is spacious, cosy, very clean and with listed amenities. Enough things to keep adults and kids entertained. Minutes drive to restaurants and cafes. Hosts were responsive to queries and friendly. Sweet gesture of giving us a box of mandarin 🍊 as it was close to cny! Had a very minor hiccup with one of the game controls and hosts sent someone to rectify quickly. Great stay!

From the moment we arrived at the house, it was clear that this was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. I absolutely loved every aspect of the property. The swimming pool, pool table, and karaoke machine were all fantastic amenities. However, on the second day, we did encounter some plumbing issues with one of the toilets. Although this caused us some discomfort, the host's prompt response and efforts to resolve the issue were exemplary of a true Superhost. She even offered us an additional house to move to, which we declined to avoid causing her any further trouble. Her apologies were sincere and heartfelt. I would highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The host was very responsive and made a great effort to meet us personally, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while also explaining all the facilities in the house. The house itself is stunning and was the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony—it created such a beautiful and memorable setting for our special day. Our children especially loved the karaoke room, which added so much fun to our stay. With its spacious layout, the house comfortably accommodated all 16 of us, making it ideal for a large gathering. Overall, it was a fantastic and enjoyable stay, and we are truly grateful for the experience. Highly recommended!

Booked a 1 night stay for a birthday celebration. Our friends and kids enjoyed the stay especially with the pool and hockey games! Rooms were spacious enough to fit all 12 of us!

Joaane the host is a very feiendly and nice lady...she is easy to be contact and willing to assist anytime. The house is in a very strategic location ..walkable to KSL MALL and its is clean and aceeptable.

This was my second stay at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it felt just like home. The space is impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host's attention to detail and hospitality make the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay!

Worth the money. Clean as well. Very big and spacious. 8 towels provided. 4 bedrooms in total with 4 queen sized beds and 2 single beds in total in addition to some floor mattress. Do bring your own toothbrush. Toilet amenities could have been better with better soap and shampoo. They felt very diluted...

I had an amazing stay at this homestay! The place was clean and is nearby to the mount austin main area (sing k, restaurants and massage and cafe). Place was exactly the same as in the photo. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

It is right smack in the middle between the 2 checkpoints and full of amenities around the area. The place is quiet and feel safe with security. The host Marcus is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our family were very happy with the place as its guarded by security which we feel safe. House were clean & look exact like the photos shown. We had lots of fun with the claw machines & mahjong which was provided. Will come back again if we were to go there.

+ Proactive host, sent us all information ahead of time for a hassle-free self check-in. + Place is spacious, with yard big enough for 2 cars. - Beds were of varying quality, but it's not a hotel so let's not be overly fussy. - Quiet community, albeit not much to do in the area. Need to drive even for nearest grocery/convenience store. Be well stocked beforehand and you'll love your stay just as we did nonetheless!

The house is cozy and nice. The cleanliness of the house is excellent. There are 2 hair dryers and the owner prepared many towels. All washrooms come with shampoos n shower wash. Kitchen come with full set of utensils and water filter. 1 toilet near the kitchen and 1 toilet connecting 2 bedrooms. Can fit 2 cars in front of the house. The only downside was the slightly faulty front gate. It took us awhile to figure out. Thank you owner and we hope to go back n stay there again in future! AW

Location is not easy to find but if you put Bright Inn Homestay No. 15 on Google, you will not be mislead by the confusing road names in the area. The property is very new and in tip top condition. Very quiet neighborhood but you need to drive if you are looking for amenities. Host is very responsive and helpful.
