Fourth time staying here and we still love this place. This was a family-friendly staycation and there were three babies with us. I truly appreciated Host's gestures. During the first night, one of the main water pipe went burst, affecting the whole neighbourhood. This was something out of Host's control, and the government were actively resolving the issue throughout the night. Upon Host's awareness, they immediately went out to get us 20 litres of drinking water to ensure that the babies have clean water required for their milk. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again for more staycations like this. Love that the babies enjoyed the pool and went to bed early after having a fun day.

always a pleasure staying here, nice improvement with AC in living hall since our last visit. very quite place with Masjid 700m away and no traffic! good place for family gathering. Wifi very good along with Host-provided Ntflix. small suggestion for improvement: maybe extra mattress or Toto & blanket :)

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The host was very responsive and made a great effort to meet us personally, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process while also explaining all the facilities in the house. The house itself is stunning and was the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony—it created such a beautiful and memorable setting for our special day. Our children especially loved the karaoke room, which added so much fun to our stay. With its spacious layout, the house comfortably accommodated all 16 of us, making it ideal for a large gathering. Overall, it was a fantastic and enjoyable stay, and we are truly grateful for the experience. Highly recommended!

The unit is clean and new. Value stay. I use EV and it is convenient since there is EV chargers in the building, although not the best charging rates.

Great location right above the mall which is self contained. Unit is very keen and new, and the host was very to communicate with and very quick in response. I will book again if I go paradigm mall to stay

Suggest to replace the bedside table with a new one because it is broken, when we check in

Han Lin Homestay is an ideal place for a short getaway. Map they gave is easy to read and the location is not hard to navigate even when driving. Very prompt in response too. Great and clean place. Thank you.

Our family really love Matthew's Airbnb. It is really tastefully furnished and yet cosy as well. Amenities are very well equipped as well and we have everything we need there. It such a tranquil and beautiful place, and I think it is rare to find such a nice apartment in JB. Matthew was absolutely friendly and super responsive as well. He was very flexible with the check in and check out and was responsive all the time. Thanks Again!

We loved how the guards were friendly but also careful during our check in. Made us feel safe. Instructions provided had pictures so it was easy to recognise. Lift was super fast even when unit was at high ground. Scenery at bedroom and living room was breath taking. House was peaceful, serene and clean. During our 1st night, the aircond leaked water in the guest bedroom late at night, but Momo was very responsive and got it fixed the very next day even on a public holiday. Great for families with toddler as there were minimal breakable items. House was clutter free. Unsure if toys in the drawers were meant for guests, if it is, like I said, great for toddlers and kids. Wardrobe, microwave oven and toilet was clean hence no smell. Would definitely recommend to stay.

the place is very clean. as described by host. love the night view. very near to shopping mall. strict security. feel safe. host very responsive to requests and questions. beds comfortable. host might need to replace the sofa as the spring is damaged and can literally feel it! downside : if u want to cook, this accommodation is not for u as they charge 250rm for cleaning. only microwave is allowed.

The hosts were very proactive in communicating with us, way before our trip even began. They even provided recommendations for local breakfast at the local eateries downstairs. The house was impeccably clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, which made us feel right at home. The excellent proximity to Mid Valley was another plus point! Will definitely return to stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommended! 😊

We had no trouble accessing the apartment, and the check-out guidelines were simple and well-organized. The host was incredibly supportive and responsive, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful local recommendations. The only minor drawback was that the building (12A) is located deep inside the complex, so getting to the apartment required a bit of a walk from the main gate, including passing through the parking basement. However, this wasn’t a major issue, just something to keep in mind for future guests. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

Great location, just right beside KSL shopping mall. Lots of food options around the listing too. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient location.

Nice place to stay, easy access to parking & shop

stayed here for 2 nights. house is clean, as shown in pictures. check in was a breeze. location is great! just within the many great restaurants/eateries in eco botanic. jaya grocer is very near as well. about 8mins drive to Legoland. will def come back for our next visit.
