We had a wonderful stay at Cora Homestay near Talpona Beach! Our family of 6, including 2 children and 4 adults, found the place perfect for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal – close to a quiet and beautiful beach that let us enjoy the serene side of Goa. The property was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable for all of us. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We highly recommend Cora Homestay to anyone looking to enjoy South Goa’s peaceful charm. Noella and Erlick were very helpful during the pre-checkin period. The check-in was comfortable. Babu the caretaker was super helpful and ever smiling. The food was really amazing and it tasted even better with the beautiful sitting area in the balcony outside. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is filled with interesting antique items. The bathrooms were recently renovated and were neat and clean. Best part was the welcome you get from our favourite “Patches” just before you enter the house. Thank you Noella and Erlick for everything. Thanks.

The description cannot give the true beauty and atmosphere of the property. It was a true home for our big family of 20! The caretaker was a big and reliable help in all our needs. He helped us find best products to prepare amazing food, fresh vegetables, fruit, even the local fish market with the tastiest fish and shrimps we have ever had. Preparing food in this spacious well-equipped kitchen and eating on the terrace was just marvellous. Lots of big and small terraces with tables and sofas to talk, read, play games, rest. Good wi-fi. The amazing swimming pool with water in perfect temperature! The fabulous garden with lush greenery and flowers, magically illuminated at night. A lot of small spaces beautifully arranged, even in a big group you can find space for yourself. We just had a wonderful time, full of laughter, rest, relax, very good food and even dance with live music. We are already willing to come back. Thank you very much!

Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay! The host lives abroad, so we were greeted by his mother, who was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We stayed here for New Year's Eve and spent most of the time on the secluded Galgibaga Beach, which I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay at this place. Overall, it was a completely tranquil experience!

Overall, a 10/10 place if u wish to spend some peaceful times with your loved one's. No noisy cars sounds, no traffic jams, no rush. Just relax with beautiful nature sounds. The host was also very very helpful in providing us the top notch facilities and was there for any urgent needs. This place is also a must visit for rainy seasons given the plantations surrounding the place, one would just find greenery everywhere. Talking about food as well, there's a cook, and you'll get the most authentic traditional style food over there. And trust me, its worth every penny. I would surely recommend staying there for couple of days, as one would get to explore nearby water bodies, small hikes, exploring the village, and lot more.

I can highly recommend a stay in this great place! The location is beautiful with an amazing view on Talpona river from the balcony. Wfh was never better! The area is calm, a little bit remote within a small, very friendly neighborhood. Although quiet, it is just a few minutes by car or scooter from the Canacona beaches and towns. The house is clean, spacious and offers everything you need for a comfortable short- or long-term stay. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped for a family, Wifi works well enough for Zoom calls and there is power back-up. Nilesh is a great and caring host. He was always available, reacted almost instantly to messages and helped with any issue or questions we had. He arranged housekeeping and a Taxi pick-up at the train station for us. All in all we enjoyed the stay at Nilesh's place like a second home and would love to come back.

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!
