Aimy was an amazing host who was attentive, helpful, and extremely responsive! Her home has an amazing addition that supported 4 extra beds and was incredibly cozy! My friends and I had great time at our bachelorette party at Aimy's! Even in the Texas cold we had a great time being all together in her lovely home. The hot tub made the stay even better so we could warm up in the cold! Thank you Aimy for being a lovely host and sharing your space with us - we will never forget the memories made here!!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and family-friendly home! With 7 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group. The kitchen was a delight for cooking enthusiasts, featuring a gas stove, blender, knife set, and essential cooking supplies. The mini bar area was a fantastic touch, complete with wine glasses and cocktail accessories. We loved the outdoor string lights and Bluetooth speaker for evening entertainment. The home offered plenty of amenities, including a washer and dryer and ample parking for up to 5 cars. The host was very accommodating, and the high-speed internet and comfortable accommodations made our stay memorable. Overall, an exceptional experience! Highly recommend this beautiful home for family reunions and gatherings with friends.

Great place to stay for SXSW. Walking distance to a few spots and a short uber to downtown. David was a great host. Offered us early check in and check out which was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the heated pool as well. Would definitely stay again. Thanks David!

Greta was very responsive and accommodating, great host overall. The place was amazing, perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes we needed for cooking our meals. Loved this place!

We stayed here for my fitness competition, and it was the perfect spot! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything sorted out quickly. The hot tub and backyard area were a great bonus—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location & fantastic host! We needed a place in the Cedar Park/Leander location while we remodeled our house. Mabel’s place was perfect - cozy, clean & in a great location. Walkable to a beautiful park with trails, playgrounds and kayak rentals. There was something for the whole family. Mabel was responsive & flexible to work with us on scheduling. We were so grateful for her lovely, comfortable property during what was a bit of a stressful time. Highly recommend!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

This place was awesome! Amazing views, great amenities (especially the pool), great location, walkable to almost anywhere, lady bird lake was great to walk every morning. The place itself was amazing. Very clean and everything was easy to find! We checked in after midnight and it was as easy as can be!

John and Tracy were great hosts. They were extremely responsive and had solutions to a small challenge we had at the property that was out of their control. They took the small issue very seriously and resolved it almost immediately. The property is as described and felt new, with all sorts of nice touches and thoughtful amenities. The area, at least during our stay, was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the breeze through the trees. The golf cart was a wonderful add on and we used it to tour the neighborhoods and to get to the beach club. There is a beautiful trail through the woods that takes you to the beach club. My wife and I and our 5 year daughter really enjoyed the experience of the trip through the woods. The beach club had multiple pools and spas with an infinity each pool and pools for the kids that are more shallow. Thank you John and Tracy for a save, clean and fun Airbnb experience.

Would highly recommend. Location was the best, you are two blocks from Rainey Street, so about 3 minutes walk. We went all over Austin, and the Lyft rides were no more then about $12 + $15 per trip. This place has the best of both worlds, you get to have a condo, but the lobby is like a hotel. 24 hours check in/check out, a coffee shop in the lobby, which is also a bar. Not an out of control bar, but a grab a glass of wine or tap beer kind of bar. The pool was perfect, never overcrowded, always had chairs or loungers open and fire pit going if it was slightly shady. Amenities were exactly as described, unit was clean, and the bedding/beds were the comfiest I have ever been on. Literally took pictures of all the tags so I could purchase for home. When we go back to Austin, we will be staying here again.

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.

The place was a great deal. Nice view and great and efficient space all together. The building is nice. Has many amenities and quiet for the most part. The sheets need to be replaced. You could tell they are old. Otherwise the stay was perfect and they were very accommodating. My stay was stress free, which I needed because I was there to take the bar exam. Overall We would stay again!!

The condo in Lago Vista was top tier. Surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Texas hill country is indescribable and is a must see for any adventurous travelers. The exclusive gated entry to the condo surrounded by Lake Travis was another level of luxury. Not to mention the spa, sauna, indoor/outdoor pools and gym facilities. We felt truly in touch with nature. We will be back to explore all the nature trails the area has to offer.

Shanna is a very responsive host who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She allowed for early check in and even indulged our request for a Christmas tree. Her home was quite comfortable for our large, extended family and was conveniently located. We’ll definitely book with her again when in the area.

This home was great for our group of 6 for a long weekend. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms, so this house could easily accommodate a group of 8 or more. Plenty of room for privacy, as well as for meals and watching TV. We would have loved to better make use of the outdoor space (our busy weekend just didn't allow for it), but the pool and enclosed porch looked like some great places to relax and hang out. If we return to Austin with a larger group, this will be the first place we try to reserve.

This was our second year staying at this wonderful midcentury modern home, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered. The unique design and comfortable atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and all our needs were thoughtfully met. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We're already looking forward to booking another stay in the future!
